In my time in the ACC (both as a Trainer and as the Combat Master) one member has shined above all others. He has been consistently active in the training and mentoring of initiates, as well as any others who wished to improve their skills. He has dedicated more time to the ACC, and in more productive ways, by far than any other member, constantly striving to do his best for the Antei Combat Centre. As Sr. Trainer he has helped turn the ACC staff into a group of active individuals who know their job and, most of the time, relish the chance to do it. He has fostered activity on a level I have never seen in a member, and for that alone he deserves this award.

In addition, he has revamped (practically recreated from the ground-up) the ACCLive system into a viable work which can actually be fit into gaming nights - no small feat - and has been indispensable in the current project to rewrite the Compendium. For this, and a number of both smaller and larger contributions which are far too numerous to name, I hereby recommend that Krath Prontifex Dalthid be awarded the Ruby Scepter.

Thank You;
For some time now, Oberst has been one of the more instrumental members in making Tarentum the tightly-knit organization that it is. He methods haven't always been the easiest on the Clan members, at times, but Oberst is a harsh leader, and expects a lot out of people. He pushes them to limits that they couldn't reach without the irritation behind them, forcing them to give even that tiny bit more; this can even be seen in his motivation of myself, and my Proconsul, Rekio Corsair, in our time of leadership.
Oberst is a tie to the Clan's past, and he is someone who can help members understand, and comprehend past glories, and revel in their own abilities, to garner their own glories. He's helped several people in their rise in rank, and position. Most notable among them has been Spears, who is a testament to Oberst's ability to mentor others. Another is Welshman, who Oberst and Lenzar took on as Roll Master, to help initiate him into a position of leadership.
Another duo is Rekio and myself; I can honestly say that our abilities as good leaders have derived from him, to a great extent. Oberst has served in a good number of leadership positions, and has allowed us to take from his knowledge, and tactics. Over the past year and a half, since Oberst's return to the Brotherhood, and Tarentum, I can truly say, his presence has strengthened us all, even as our presence has changed him (even if only a bit). He's of tremendous value to the Clan, to the Sith Order, and to me as a friend.
As I near the stage where I will be forced to withdraw from Tarentum, to care for the Sith Order, I know that Tarentum will be led forward to even greater glory, with examples such as he at the head.

He's a good man and much loved by as well as a mentor to many in his clan.
SO Gord Darkonian has been serving as Consul since the end of April last
year, in that time Gord has always been there for his clan and has put forth
some great ideas for the AoC to consider. His work with the other consuls
in getting things accomplished for the betterment of the Brotherhood has not
gone unnoticed

Dagger is a truly outstanding Praetor.

He's done a phenomenal job, with regard to the planning and creation of several JK2/JA SP levels for the upcoming GJW. Dagger's devotion to the project is unparalleled and absolutely staggering; he has quite literally devoted hundreds of hours to the development of single player levels for the Dark Brotherhood.

Additionally, Dagger has submitted numerous MP levels to the Dark Brotherhood. Although these levels have remained largely unreleased (entirely my fault), their significance has not been lost. At last count, he has submitted 8 MP maps, for public release (Duel_Sphere, FFA_Western, Duel_Crucible, CTF_DesertSiege, CTF_SnowSiege, CTF_Aerial, CTF_Vertical, and CTF_Swamp). Dagger has also spent innumerable hours working on a JK2 representation of Arcona's Fortress Pyramid, although that project is still a work in progress (but it looks amazing from what I've seen so far).

Of exceptional note, is Dagger's willingness to broaden his own horizons. Throughout the course of the project, Dagger has made reference to numerous JK2 tutorials, and labored through many hours of trial-and-error experimentation. If Dagger was found unable to do something, he would learn how, and within a week he would be able to do it. His willingness to pursue new areas of expertise is an inspiration to even me.

In closing, Dagger's accolades, in the expressed area of level creation, are perhaps the greatest achievement by any single individual in the last year. It is an absolute pleasure working with Dagger, and helping him playtest his levels; and I hope to help him playtest even more levels in the future...

Mage has been with the Dark Brotherhood for a long time, ehibiting quality activity and great initiative. He is one of the more active members since the split and has been a constant source for expansion and reliability. Unfortunately, Mage has had to leave us due to Real Life, but that doesn't stop us from recognizing what he has done. Mage is a great guy, and hopefully we will see him back someday.

Pyralis is an amazing Headmaster. From working out and having the Dark Fury project implemented to his general attitude and running of the Shadow Academy, Pyralis is one of the best Headmasters the Dark Brotherhood has EVER seen. He's gone beyond just contributing to his Clan or Order. In fact, his instructional overhauls have gone so far as to revolutionize training in the Dark Brotherhood.

As recommended by KPN Khobai:

On behalf of Clan Arcona and as a representitive of the Dark Brotherhood, I would like to recommend Krath Archpriest Korbane Ashoka for a Ruby Sceptre.
The Dark Brotherhood owes Korbane a substantial reward for his previous and continual efforts to publish the Dark Voice. Korbane has taken on a task, that no one has ever wanted to do before, and he has done it both consistently and with a high degree of excellence.
To the effect of Clan Arcona, Korbane has always been an encouraging figure. He has most assuredly helped to form House Qel-Droma into the tightly knit house it is. Despite his lack of position, Korbane nonetheless manages to be a leader and a figure of inspiration for everyone in his house and clan.
AED JaM3z of House Qel-Droma had this to say about Korbane:
Korbane is a true pillar of HQD. I cannot rembember a moment in which he was not active in all my time in HQD. He always was and is determined to improve the house and the clan, and being Rollmaster the past few weeks, he has done a tremendous job. I think this award not only commends both his loyalty and service to his clan, but also his duties for the Dark Voice.
A Sapphire Blade is awarded for long-term service in a particular area. However, a Ruby Sceptre is awarded for Leadership and/or Innovation in a particular area. Personally I think Korbane has achieved more of the latter, with his unrivaled dedication to the Dark Voice and his superlative devotion to House Qel-Droma and Clan Arcona.
I hope you all share my appreciation for what Korbane has accomplished, and I hope you decide to award him the medal that he has rightfully earned. Thank you.

Based on this recommendation, the Grand Master, Deputy Grand Mistress, and Chancellor all agree that Krath Archpriest Korbane Ashoka is due this fine award for his dedication to the Dark Voice, his Clan, his House, and his Battle Team. I could not have chosen a finer person to take over the publication of the Dark Voice, and it makes me proud to bestow this award unto Korbane for all of his truly hard work. Congratulations!
