Since his Ruby Sceptor back in July Tali has not let that slow his leks. Participating in 53 (63 w/ Containers), the war proved to perhaps be too easy for Qel Droma's favourite purple people eater, earning 3 Bronze Novae and a Silver one across 24 competitions that were participated in. During this time line Tali has also earned 1 Cluster with a Diamond star, 3 with Ruby, 1 Amethyst, 4 Sapphire, 6 Emerald and 3 Topaz, which is an awesome ratio of effort considering that throughout all of this time he has been HQD's Quaestor as well, training up our newest AED, Sofila and helping Doon keep the fur out of the Voidbreaker's air conditioning systems.

He keeps QD running like a well oiled machine, regular on the news posts, regular on checking his numbers, regular events and regular shenangins. This is espeically obvious when we come to look at Sofila, his Aedile. He specifically has taken the time to call with Sofila, streaming his screen so she could see the new menus and functions available to her and type out all his explanations to ensure that she had the strongest entry into Arconan leadership that she could. Not only that but he maintains the most reliable of our reporters, producing 8 full reports across the last 7 months, with his monthly House reports calculating activity awards for his members and providing fictional plot points and updates to the House. All of this included in what was given to Sofila as part of her onboarding. Of course, Tali's business lekking didn't stop there, as he was always prompt in writing and submitting recommendations for members to ensure they receive timely awards, working with his AED and BTL to provide House lore for upcoming plots, and providing competitions either through assisting his previous Aedile in running a set recently, or in the creation of his upcoming house event.

Reiden is a boss. In fact, I think at one point he went by Boss Reiden Palpatine Karr, Boss. He gets to put boss in there twice, that's how much of a boss he is.

Since his last medal, Reiden has participated in 30 competitions, earned a pair of Novae, and participated in a run on. He's got XP for days and has earned this medal based on those numbers alone. I was particularly pleased to see Reiden step out of his comfort zone and get involved in RPs. In our last clan RP he contributed over 2500 words. It's great to see a member who has been around for a long time try some of these new fandangled opportunities.

Rayne is the Right Hand of the Emperor. She does everything she can to help support CSP. She has been a dedicated member of this clan for a long time, and now she has stepped up into the role of Summit. In addition to all of the competitions run and participated in, RPs played, and presence within the Clan

Rayne has served 7 months as QUA and 2 Months as Proconsul. This was not a consideration in her last medal, which was awarded on activity alone. She served 5 months as QUA prior to her last medal. Being on the summit can be demanding at times, but Rayne has never shied away from answering the call. In her time as QUA she ran 15 competitions and advertised many of them to the Clan. Additionally, Rayne has been instrumental in advertising the events that the Clan has going on, whether she is running them or not. She's sent emails, pinged on Discord, and participated in as many events as she could as a leader. I believe that a good leader leads from the trenches and Rayne is a great example of this.

Additionally, Her contributions beyond advertising competitions have already made an impact on Clan Scholae Palatinae. After being appointed to Proconsul, Rayne has stayed true to her vision of helping to create a deep and enriching fictional environment for CSP. Rayne approached me and made the suggestion that we open a chat on discord where our members can discuss the fictional aspects of their characters without the pressure from the greater DB. Her suggestion was quickly welcomed by the clan and this chat gets occasional updates with prompts or questions members would like to discuss. Rayne oversees this channel, including setting up some basic rules and routinely contributing prompts for our members to chat about.

Rayne is constantly searching for new ways to improve the Empire. Paying homage to her fictional role as an ISB agent, Rayne gathers intel from across the DB chats and keeps me informed of what is going on but more importantly Rayne represents CSP in a fashion fitting for her position.

She has been an instrumental part of the team and she has continued to grow as a leader. It is my great pleasure to see her continue to grow and can't wait to see what else she has to contribute for the benefit of the Empire. Congratulations Rayne and Thank you for everything you do for CSP.

Since his last medal back in February '23, Doon maintained a steadfast presence and activity within and for Arcona as both a member and a leader. In those 11 months, Doon organized 8 competitions (plus a coorg in there for good measure), and participated in an additional 35 (which comes up to 44 if one includes containers and brackets). Of those, he placed in 9 as evidenced by his collection of Crescents plus 1 Silver Nova from GJW XVI, in which he took part in 11 of the War's competitions. 27 fiction activities across both regular fictions and roleplaying activities tallied up to 47,451 words of fiction, which further earned him 4 ranks in the Inquisitorius, 11 in the Envoys as a Participant, and 4 as an RP organizer. He earned from that and his other activity: 96 Clusters of Ice, 14 Clusters of Earth, and 4 Clusters of Graphite.

Outside of the more easily tracked activity was his work as a Battleteam Leader for the Voidbreakers in House Qel-Droma. Doon "Soft Paw" Sulvir kept the team trucking along during a period of intense leader turnover, maintaining a familiar face and continuity for his team. Further, his efforts through RP and his Mines of Riquis event continued the story and legacy of one of the most consistent and constant Battleteam names in contemporary Arconan history. Doon also tackled his own shortcomings over the past year, improving his presence and systems as a BTL that had him entering the new year looking far better than the last annual turn, and showing great potential for what's yet to come. Beyond that, as Ood points out in his dossier note for Doon, the Shistavanen also assisted the Chamber of Justice with a selection of inquiries related to an otherwise undisclosed complaint, making him pivotal not just for his own unit, but giving him impact — however small or large — to the Brotherhood as a whole.

Proconsul Wulfram Armis has reached the required 5125 Medal XP to earn their first Sapphire Blade.

Ever since hiring Wulfram as the Proconsul of Odan-Urr, he has hit the ground running and has shown no signs of slowing down. Not only a constant presence on discord, engaging with members and participating in RP as well as creating new channels for the Battleteams, in his first week, he has recruited five new members to the Clan, reworked the entire COU Fleet including spreadsheets, which is a big undertaking as he had to carefully plan ships in order to achieve the tactical cohesion we were looking for. It was an entire fleet overhaul that easily took a few hours over the course of a couple of days. Buying, selling tweaking, outfitting. He has also been consistent in helping me plan for the future of the Clan including setting up for an event that I'm going to kickstart within the next few days. I'm exceedingly pleased with his effort, work ethic, and ability to work well with others. He has a bright future in Odan-Urr and I look forward to everything he brings to the table. However that's just the tip of the iceberg in regards to his activity. Since his last medal, he has participated in 58 competitions and organized 4. Written a combined 20k+ words for fictions and RP. Earned 1 Crescent with Ruby Star, 3 Crescents with Amethyst Stars, 2 Crescents with Sapphire Stars, 6 Crescents with Emerald Stars, 505 Clusters of Fire, 44 Clusters of Ice, 175 Clusters of Earth, 3 Clusters of Graphite, 8 Scrolls of Indoctrination, 1 Scroll of the Master, and 7 Seals of Transcendence. This has enabled him to gain the required XP he needed for his first Sacramental Award and it is truly deserved!

Since his previous recognition in late August, the artist known as Eleceos has seen to a tally many members can hope to reach with a year’s diligent effort. Within this short span of time, he has not only organized half a dozen competitions of his own, but participated in a whopping 65! That is over 20 competitions A MONTH!

Of course, we must not forget that Eleceos faced the Great Jedi War XVI during this time, and for his efforts brought home 13 Seals of Transcendence as well as beating every bin on offer. Further, for three of these he earned Bronze Novae, adding them like a cherry atop the sundae of 35 Crescents contained within the icecream cone of 70 Clusters! Now that is getting one’s just desserts!

If all of this competition business wasn’t enough, he’s also continued to serve within the Shadow Academy and earned 9 Scrolls of Foundation, no doubt grading the Lightsaber course he hand-crafted for the Academy records.

Eleceos is an amazing member. Truly. I’m rarely lost for words, but his persistent and staggering activity and engagement beggar the boundaries of even my voracious vocabulary. In our House, we award a special item for the person who’s earned the most Crescents in total each quarter. Now, I reckon I ought to extend my thanks to Ele for minimizing the administrative burden of having to move said item to anyone else’s possession, since he so systematically displays supreme Crescent-harvesting prowess. Yet on the other, I feel like this Miraluka has by some twist of fate intertwined his name to that of the Blind Key.

Amazing work, Ele! An astounding record that is easily worth some blue cutlery to your collection of colorful knives.
