Cimozjen Kurios, better known as Bentre or Benny, joined the Fist office in my first wave of staff hires as a new Fist. In the year and some change since he has been an advisor and force of stability in the staff. Every staff discussion and every policy initiative during this period benefitted from Benny’s thoughtful and member-centric perspective and input. The Fist staff often has to make tough calls on everything from cluster values, platform adoption, in-game guild policies, submission requirements and even something as fundamental as the Rites of Combat. All of these calls I could not have made without Benny’s experience as a club leader and a leader within the gaming community. Every platform adoption, proposal and policy change done by the office during this period benefitted from Benny's input and review. Quite simply, his presence on staff made me a better Fist and made the staff more effective overall. While his primary role as Praetor was helping to oversee the smooth operation of the office he personally reviewed 135 gaming submissions providing timely and accurate support to 73 unique members.

Please accept this well-deserved token of appreciation on behalf of the Fist staff and the gaming community as a whole.

Zuser has been a long time contributor to Clan Plagueis, always to be counted on for participation in our major events. Since his last medal, he has participated in 46 competitions, with good showings in all three of the significant competitions we have hosted this year: Our Ascending Confederacy house feud, the Raiders of the Lost Arc clan feud against Taldryan, and the recently completed Pro Bowl. The last saw him complete his best slate of entries, with 7 competition submissions earning 42 points for his team. His competition entries have earned him 1 Diamond, 2 Amethyst, and 2 Topaz crescents. Additionally, he has been awarded six clusters of graphite for his graphics work. In addition to this, Zuser still possessed 3,342 medal XP from his long standing service to Clan Plagueis. His ongoing contributions to his home clan have shown his dedication to his clan mates stretching back more than a decade.

Since his last award, Kant has gradually plucked away at what the Brotherhood has to offer, completing 15 competitions (minus containers and brackets), collecting 2 Crescents along the way. From the Shadow Academy he's completed 16 courses and 4 degrees. By this steady effort, he's collected enough of that sweet sweet XP to earn his first Sapphire Blade. Congratulations, Kant!

What can you say about Bril aside from "damn!"? His activity has been excellent since his arrival in Clan Plagueis in April, making short work of the progression to the rank of Equite 1. Some folks tend to hit that rank and slow down, but not Bril. He's continued to blast his way through activities, amassing experience that has elevated him to the level of a Sapphire Blade. He has now graduated from crosses to the first medal one can inflict serious bodily harm with!

Since his last medal recognition, Bril has on damn near every activity metric. Competitions? 51 entries earning crescents of the following variety: 4 Diamond, 5 Ruby, 2 Amethyst, 2 Sapphire, 1 Emerald, 2 Topaz, and 1 Quartz. Fiction activity? Well, he's completed 3 ACC matches, 13 fiction activities, totaled just over 42,500 words written, and a cool 99 Clusters of Ice. He's even pulled in 403 Clusters of Earth and 12 Clusters of Graphite. Rounding it all out, he completed 16 Shadow Academy courses and earned 6 degrees. Suffice it to say, domination. He has also been one of the most active members of the Plagueis community, helping build an active and engaged clan at the levels Plagueis has not seen in quite some time. It cannot be overstated how important member to member engagement is, and Bril has been a huge driver of it for us here in the Ascendant Clan.

As such, having amassed the requisite 5,125 medal XP, it gives me great pleasure to recommend this Sapphire Blade for Bril Teg Arga. His contributions have not passed without notice to his Clan mates and the Plagueis summit. Well done, and keep up the great work!

Sinya Ani has continued to rack up the XP even while a Rogue, accumulating the 5125 Medal XP to earn their first Sapphire Blade! It is a testament to the sheer volume of activity previously accumulated by Sinya that they were able to push themselves over the threshold and into the realm of earning a Sapphire Blade. Tahiri has always been one of the absolute pillars of Plagueian activity. This has not stopped since her last award earlier this year. During our internal Ascending Confederacy event Tahiri entered 10 of the available competitions. More recently during the Plagueis vs Taldryan event, Tahiri upped her game as she always does. She entered 13 competitions while placing in 6 of them, securing 86 crucial points to help our Clan see its way to victory over the dirty, dirty Republic. Overall since her last recognition Tahiri has entered 53 competitions, earned 15 competitions crescents, and gained 14 Clusters of Ice along with 118 Clusters of Earth. She has stepped up, as she always has, when her Clan calls. And all of us on the summit are grateful for her crucial contributions.

Has it really been nine years since Tra'an got a sac? What? WHAT? Tra'an has spent much of the past decade as the guy that was always here for the Ascendant Clan whenever it asked. Clan Feud? He's here. Great Jedi War? Check. Rite of Supremacy? For sure. He has been the quintessential di Plagia, making sure to honor the call no matter what is going on in his life. This was most recently demonstrated during the recent Plagueis vs Taldyran event where he made contributions to the Plagueian victory. He has amassed the requisite XP (and then some) to have been rewarded with this Sapphire Blade, and it gives me great pleasure to bestow it upon him. He was the leader that was there at the dawn of the modern iteration of our Clan, and the reason that I came to Plagueis in the first place. Congratulations my friend.
