If you look at Alexander’s record since he was Knighted more than a year and a half ago you will see that he has earned numerous Clusters of Fire, a couple of Novae and three Dark Crosses all of which speaks to his high level of activity.
When Alexander originally transfered to Clan Naga Sadow he was a member of House Marka Ragnos but when the time came that they needed a battleteam leader in House Shar Dakhan Alexander quickly signed up and transfered house to help out as the leader of Tenebrae, a job he held for no less than six months and when we had to close the battleteam for a while he accepted it completely and only asked for the chance to lead it once more when it was reopened. Never once did he complain because he knew that it was what needed to be done at the time, now the battleteam has been reopened, with Alexander in the lead and I expect to see great things from him in the future.
But right now I want to reward him for his commitment to Naga Sadow and I can think of no better way than with a promotion to Sith Warrior. Congratulations Alex!

For a long time now, Alex and activity have gone hand in hand. Having been a Dark Jedi Knight for well over a year now, there has seldom been a moment when Alex has not been clocking up more medals, winning more events, inspiring more members.
Way back in 2012, Alex was still a part of House Odan-Urr, where his regular tally of Clusters of Fire, of Crescents, and even the occasional Novae, all add up to illustrate his impressive -- and consistently high -- levels of activity, with him having been an active participant not only in the regular monthly events during 2012, but also in the Horizons Vendetta later in the year. Fast forward to his new home in House Marka Ragnos a year ago, and Alex continued to act as an example and a rolemodel to the other members of Clan Naga Sadow, with him taking home many, many more Clusters of Fire, Dark Crosses and other commendations for his efforts throughout the Dark Crusade last year.
But there has been more to Alex than just his own activity, and last summer he also stepped up to the table, joining the Summit to serve as Battleteam Leader in House Shar Dakhan. Even if it was a shame that the Clan was without many new recruits in the form of Journeymen last year, this never diminished Alex’s own dedication, and his tally of awards once again stands as testament to his high levels of activity, which remained an inspiration to others, and earned him not only more Clusters of Fire, but Clusters of Ice, a Nova and two Dark Crosses.
For Alex’s continuing commitment and his overall dedication and passion for not only the Clan but the Dark Brotherhood itself, I extend my support to this elevation and look forward to what the future still has in store for Alexander DelGotto.

While many of the other recommendations present will paint their own pictures of what Alexander DelGotto is capable of, I feel my recommendation should be something shorter and sweeter, that paints the perfect picture of the kind of Equite that Clan Naga Sadow needs. When I was promoted to Quaestor of House Marka Ragnos, the Clan Summit put out a call for new Battleteam Leaders. Alex was one of the few that put his name down, and when we sorted through those applications, his stood out as one of the best - not only for his eloquence but for his drive and dedication. Despite having only applied for Battleteam Leader of Scepter of Ragnos, we saw a need to have Tenebrae's leadership position filled, in the other House. Despite being part of House Marka Ragnos, Alexander placed the needs of his Clan before the needs of his House, transferred over to House Shar Dakhan, and took up the mantle of Tenebrae's leadership position. Since acquiring it, he has done an excellent job with the battleteam that I founded. For taking care of my battleteam-- selfish of me, perhaps-- and for being an upstanding member of the Brotherhood that is willing to put the needs of the club before his own, I am very proud to write this recommendation for Alex. I could wax on about his participation, his drive, his thirst to continue working and doing more whenever he can. I could do all those things with impunity. However, one thing stands out for me, and that is his humility and his determination to make Clan Naga Sadow a better place for the sake of doing it, not out of personal greed. That is what our Clan needs right now and he does an amazing job of embodying that ideal.
Thank you, Alex. I hope this recommendation serves as an adequate reminder that you now stand tall amongst the ranks of the Equites - the equals. Please accept my gratitude and thanks as you stand proud amongst us. Rise, a Warrior, of Clan and Brotherhood!

Since I became Aedile before Naga Sadows last push in the Final Crusade, I was keeping track of all my members. in his time walking the universe as a DJK Alexander has shown me nothing but determination. Always asking what he can do for the house and the clan. So he did what he could. Which was becoming the Battleteam Leader of Tenebrae. Pushing to be active within the Final Crusade, I saw his determination and the awards would come as followed. Immediately after the Crusade, he was looking to help in whatever endeavor myself and Mirado cooked up. It has also been quite sometime since his last promotion, and I think Alexander's activity and leadership have flourished since then. I believe he is ready to join the Equites.
Shirai Dupar, 2014-01-20 02:22:23 UTC
Alexander is an example of what it means to be a solid member of Clan Naga Sadow. While members who can explode out a mountain of activity are amazing, I think the constant workhorses are the more memorable people. Clusters of Fire roll his way, with Crusade participation to pad that as well. Also, he served for around six months as Battleteam leader. He’s steady, he keeps on keeping on, remaining always active.
What’s most interesting about him, and why I would like to put his name forward to be promoted to Sith Warrior, is the way he handled the business of being a battleteam leader. See, recently, House Shar Dakhan had to close its battleteam. A distinct lack of membership dictated that a battleteam wasn’t feasible, and so, I was forced to lay him off. He took this like a champ, but the important thing was, he refused to just give up on it. He distinctly made it clear to me that when the opportunity presented itself, he wanted to take the reins back. More than anything else, he is a pure professional, the kind I want to always work for me. Because of this, I ask you please see to it that Alexander DelGotto be promoted to Sith Warrior.

In the two months Vaar has been back on the summit in Clan Naga Sadow he has been almost annoyingly hyperactive. He never seems to stop working on things or coming up with things for the betterment of not just his own house but the whole Clan.
Over the Christmas holidays he singlehandedly came up with the idea and created a “Newbie guide” for new members coming to Clan Naga Sadow. In it he added everything new members need to know to get a good idea of what Clan Naga Sadow and the Brotherhood is all about.
He has also been busy recruiting and training new members. On top of all of that he still has time for gaming as well, having earned a couple of hundred Clusters of Fire since his last merit medal. He has also taken it upon himself to create and run the weekly Clan Naga Sadow competition. And even with all that I don’t think he has ever missed putting out a report every Tuesday since he became Aedile.
For his hard work for his house and his clan I would like to reward Vaar with this Grand Cross of the Dark Side. Congratulations Vaar!

For the past several months, Vaar has been one of the hardest hitting members of Clan Naga Sadow. His activity for the Dark Crusade has already been recognised, but away from the warfront, Vaar displays his strongest skills, consistently being a central pillar of the Summit.
Whether it is in his immediate work as Aedile, working closely with Teu his Quaestor, as well as the members of House Marka Ragnos and the wider Clan, or whether it is in his broader commitment to Clan Naga Sadow, wherein Vaar has been instrumental in coordinating and directing a number of key projects in recent days. To cite just a one of Vaar’s efforts, he has recently demonstrated his commitment to the youngest members of the Dark Brotherhood in his work putting together handbooks for new members to help better acquaint them to their new home. This alone stands out, for he has worked over the holiday season to complete it, when most of the rest of the club had written themselves off from too much Christmas wine.
For the dedication he continues to give to his Clan -- at the same time as his work for the wider club in his other roles -- and the example, and commitment, he provides to the newest and most important members of the Dark Brotherhood, I wish Vaar thanks and hope he continues to be one of the rocks on which his House, Clan and friends can all depend.

Vaar, this is someone who I have recently come to depend on as an Aedile for House Marka Ragnos. He goes above and beyond whatever I ask of him to do, be it poke the journeymen in the house or even come up with ideas for the current reworking on the Clan and House Lore. He delivers and it is done with excellence and in a timely manner that I have come to expect from him. He has started to put out weekly trivia competitions for the Clan. However the true reason I feel he deserves this award of a Grand Cross is because without him, I would not be able to be Quaestor. With him as my second in command, I know that if I need to take a couple days away he will be there without question running the show until I get back. His activity has been superb these last few months, during the crusades he’s managed to participate in twenty events including a bronze nova.
He has become truly a pivotal member of the House and Clan and there is no one better I would rather work with. So that you Vaar for being that awesome skittle loving guy that you are and keep it up!
Teu Buhkari Sadow, 2014-01-20 02:03:36 UTC
What can I say about this guy, he's been my QUA, my Second in Command, and now my AED. The Brotherhood could use a few more of him running around, although the place my implode from the awesome if that happened. Quick with a joke and always willing to help out with anything. Vaar, is great at any task/job he is set to and gets it done right. I have nothing but good things to say about him. This award is well deserved!

Vaar Mai, otherwise known as Mirus, is a pretty cool guy. I'm not in HMR, so I probably don't interact with him as much as some of his members, but I can still see a lot. His reports are top notch and interesting to read. His weekly trivia is really fun as well. He also is a really active Summit member in the competitions he can participate in. This is something CNS really needs right now. I've also witnessed him on IRC and he brings a lot of activity to the Clan channel, which is good for newer members who see that we have a fun place to be and to do stuff. I also saw hints to a Prospectus change, so I can tell that Vaar does more as a Summit member than just run competitions and do reports.
More recently, I've seen a lot more from Vaar because I've now been around more than a week. I'll try to keep this short and to the point: He has recently recruited multiple members (Shi and Rhiann come to mind). He has started or driven the Summit to work on important projects (such as the CNS leadership document). He has been a great example to other members of the Clan - both Summit and otherwise. This is exemplified in the whopping amount of Clusters of Fire he has earned lately gaming with other Clan members, and the fact that he enters nearly every competition. In addition, Vaar constantly looks for ways to improve himself, from studying other Aedile's reports to figure out how to improve his own, to outright asking other Clouse's Summit members for advice and bringing their ideas and concepts to our own Summit. And that whole paragraph was just the barebones facts of what Vaar has been up to in the past months.
This guy is what every Summit member should be, but I don't think many of us could compete with Vaar's dedication and activity. I can't think of a member more deserving of a Grand Cross of the Dark Side. Congrats on your award, Vaar!
Epis Locke Sonjie, 2014-01-20 02:04:49 UTC
Vaar shows the type of tenacity you couldn't ask for someone to show. Hes always on the grind wherever. Its natural to want others to be active, Vaar shows just the blend of a competitive nature and eagerness. I feel he has a hundred and one ideas burrowed inside him when he bursts into brainstorm, always thinking of things for the clan and his house to do. Vaar has long been active in his fight for Naga Sadow to shine with or without an event. He has earned this award in fashion. Congrats Vaar!
Shirai Dupar, 2014-01-20 02:05:20 UTC
Vaar Mai came to CNS as a gamer, tried and true, and wound up evolving into one of the more well-rounded members we have. Even when not sitting on the summit, he aided his Clan in fictional development and other projects, but he’s also filled a seat or two on the summit as well. His rise has been a steady one, burning bright and with no signs of dimming. He’s taken over running constant clan trivia competitions, asking for ideas on the mailer to make sure he’s running competitions that people will want to do. He’s served Clan Naga Sadow well, and for a while now. I think it’s time we award him a Grand Cross of the Dark Side. His work shows great merit, his presence strong, and his activity constant.

Sometimes there are members of the Brotherhood who take what is expected of them and shatter it completely. Rhiann is one such member and I am extremely proud to have a Journeyman like her in House Marka Ragnos. Aside from the mandatory time in rank and the completion of her Obelisk Core exam, Rhi's also proven herself to not only be a keen gamer through pazaak by earning over one hundred clusters of fire - and mind you you only need 40 to be considered for promotion - and a rank of III in the new GMRG society. She's written a beautiful fiction clocking in at just over 1500 words detailing a scene in which Rhiann and Vaar play chess. And, of course, she's active in the Brotherhood as a whole, a consistent presence in our IRC and a constant competitor across a wide variety of competitions (six, at current count). It's not often we see someone who gets involved so early in such a deep manner, but those who do tend to be some of the best members we could ever possibly get.
For Naga Sadow to have such a driven and a responsible new member is a privilege for us as Summit, and it is with great pleasure that I recommend Rhiann Baenre for the rank of Guardian immediately. -Vaar Mai, Aedile of House Marka Ragnos
