Since his last promotion about four months ago Nero has passed his Obelisk Core Shadow Academy exam as well as having passed the GMRG History Exam course followed by creating his own character sheet and having it approved by the Combat Master. Further activities consists of: having worked on his personal wiki article with reasonable effort, has participated in two events of the tenth Independence Games and three events in the most recent of the Dark Crusade. For his activities Nero has been bestowed with an Crescent with Amethyst Star and fifty-one Clusters of Fire as well as two Seals of Reminiscence.

It should be clear by now why Nero is more than eligible for his promotion to Guardian. His great activity paired along with his outstanding communication that broadens from the House to other Units in the Brotherhood, to his eager fulfillment of the promotion requirements as of late.
