Event History

Rathus is a unique member of the Brotherhood. You won’t see him enter competition after competition, looking for personal glory or fame. You will see him, however, during large-scale events, where he’ll show his pride, ability, and passion for Taldryan. The recent Fading Light chapters are testament to this. Rathus was part of the “A-team”, the team that won the Fading Light Run-on with an impressive showing of daring, skill, and team spirit. It doesn’t end there. He’s also competing in the current ACC tournament, having kicked it as far as the final 16 by virtue of eliminating two seasoned Brotherhood veterans. Perhaps we are all lucky that Rathus shies away from regular competitions, as he’d be the sole winner of all of them. His most defining trait is his communication abilities; not a day goes by in which Rathus can’t be found making the Taldryan IRC channel a livelier place, blending in smoothly with the younger members and our older denizens.. Rathus, I’d have awarded you something Harpy-themed, but this will have to do for now. - Kaz

Since his return to the Brotherhood, Ondur has set himself apart from other new arrivals. Not only is he an active competitor with a wide range of abilities that saw him write an entire song for a competition that Tarax was hosting, or his entry in the more recent Fading Light Tournament. He has also passed the dreaded CoJ courses in the Shadow Academy (along with 5 others), and added a Dark Maven in writing in the process. He is not just a consumer, lingo that some of us have come to use, but a creator; having run a Brotherhood-wide competition which asked members to compose an intelligence-like report on various members of a dark cult. It is however his constant communication over the Taldryan mailing list, and in more private communications, that reaffirm Ondur’s willingness to be a part of our club. - Kaz

Armags, everyone’s favorite Aussie. Armags’ rank belies his veteran status in the Brotherhood, but such are the whimsical ways of real life. Armags is a never ending fountain of activity, knowledge, jokes, and wisecracks. Armags has taken it upon himself to lead the Harbingers as BTL since Nero stepped down. Leading by example, he has entered in just shy of 10 competitions, snagging up crescents of various levels in over half of them. Not only that, he has also hosted a Brotherhood-wide competition with a TOR flavour: naming the elite raider team. It’s easy to say that Armags is a gaming bulldozer, over two-hundred of CFs agree. Not only is he active within the Brotherhood, but also outside of it. Bringing us a new member under the name of Kooks who has already risen through the ranks and is making his final push for DJK under Armags’ tutorship. -Kaz

In less than two weeks, Gorn has already started to make a name for himself. He routinely comes on IRC and joins discussions and has completed 20 Shadow Academy exams in a short time period. On top of that, he already completed a character sheet!
