Kooks is a successful up and coming member of both Taldryan, and the Brotherhood - but where you can really him shine is the Old Republic Guild. Having earned numerous Clusters of Fire, as well participating in numerous raids - he is destined to become an important leader in its operations. Moreover, Kooks has participated in several competitions, earned a merit medal, and has successfully completed several Shadow Academy courses (and earning the rank of Freshman in the Society in the process). For all this, Kooks should be promoted to Guardian. Congratulations!
