Dash has continued to better the Antei Combat Centre every chance he gets. As he can attest to running the ACC is not the easiest of tasks, and yet he has managed it while still playing an important role in the MAA's office. He has trained and looked after the current staff; poking and prodding them when the need arises. He has also made the necessary changes to the ACC itself to keep it running smoothly and always open to new ideas for how to better things. His current efforts are focused on what has become a very successful Championship ladder, with new and unique venues to fight in. The judgements have come in a timely fashion, with no real delays to speak of. I am quite happy with how things have progressed for the ACC and am more than happy to award Dash for all of his efforts. Congratulations!

Teroch (Dash) and I have an interesting working relationship. I have long been an advocate for what he does, for how he runs things. That said, he does do some things at times that make me flip my ^&%$. We don't always see eye to eye, and I have had some rather interesting discussions with him through the years. That said, He does have my respect. Only a man who has a genuine care for the Brotherhood pushes so hard for what he thinks is right. He has worked with Korras to bring down Master at Arms turnaround time to an absurd timeframe, and he has worked his fingers to the bone to refresh and strengthen the Antei Combat Center. Add to this his work behind the scenes guiding his home clan, and you are still only seeing about half of his effort. He does these things not out of a desire for rank and medals, but because he wants the club to succeed. For those of us who aspire to leadership and elder ranks, this is an attitude worth emulating, this is what sets one apart. For even though we may argue some, we're both willing to talk our way through it and get something better done that what we had before, and then put in the work to make it happen. Dash, I am happy to award you with a Grand Cross of the Dark Side as a token of esteem. Thank you for all that you do. ~Muz Ashen, Dark Lord of the Sith.

Since taking on the position of Voice of the Brotherhood Vodo has taken on the task of releasing fiction that not only incorporates the entire DB, but also featuring members who have excelled at various competitions. His fictions have been well-received due to their quality and the overall entertainment value of the plots. He has also continued to run various fiction-related competitions, with more focus on Run-Ons, which have received some great interest and participation. He has also taken on the task to help others run DB-wide fiction competitions. For his continued efforts in the fictional realm of the DB we believe he is more than deserving of this award.

There are few positions that have such an impact on activity in the Brotherhood as Voice. As gaming retreats to MMOs, GMRG events and Vendettas, Fiction has emerged as king. Wrangling such a beast can be an intimidating task, especially when there has only been one man in that position before you took it. Such events beg you to make it your own, and Vodo has seized upon that with gusto. He is much more involved with the fictional development of the Brotherhood, and he has been working to make canon-type events more accessible to the average member. This work is critical to our long-term success as a club, and effective at getting more and more people invested in what happens within the club and its vendetta events. As a result, I am hereby awarding Vodo with a Grand Cross of the Dark Side as a token of esteem and appreciation fro his hard work. Thank you for all that you do, Vodo. ~Muz Ashen, Dark Lord of the Sith

We have not had a massive crisis in some time (thank god), but the maintenance of the Brotherhood's systems never stops. With so much competing code and servers that are unruly on the best of days it takes someone special with the knowledge and tempermant to keep the cogs of the club running without running and screaming for the hills. Although have a good and highly productive life outside of the club, Orv still manages to find some time to continue to help improve everything we do here. He has always been adding bits and pieces to our infrastructure when he has a chance, as well as maintaining and stabilizing what he can when things pop up. His efforts continue to take him beyond the here and now, instead focusing on the future and ensuring that the club stays relevant, at least technologically, for years to come. His efforts cannot always be seen, yet the fact that our website continue to function and even improve is a testament to his skill and efforts. Thanks for everything, Orv, and please keep it up!

Orv is epic. And not in the Xbox gamer way. He's not just a sixteen year old kid swearing profanities and insulting mothers (although he is from Arcona, so the mum thing goes without saying), but more like Gilgamesh, who the gods hated so much that they killed his best buddy and he stormed the underworld and attacked the very gods that had sought to kill him. He's that kind of ancient awesomeness. Orv works a double shift every day. EVERY DAY. He goes to work at 8 am and comes home at midnight. He is also a husband and a caring father, so he has another twelve hour job on top of that. Figure in five hours for sleep (i'm being generous here) and we can see that Orv does thirty-three hours of stuff in every day. That's before you calculate the work he does for us...work that I may add doesn't pay him, except in pixels. So when I tell you that Orv has been the one guy responsible for keeping our site from sinking like an overweight flailing man in quicksand, you have some kind of reference for how much he does. He keeps the hackers at bay. He polishes the site functionality and adds to it where he can. He's also been working with the other coders and is working to make sure that everyone is up to speed, which is a crucial bit of site planning. On top of all that, I know he has been working on several big overhaul-type projects for the site. I don't have a way to even guess at how many hours he spends on our site a week, and frankly, I don't want to open that can of worms, because i remember having a similar discussion with Jac when I was herald. So, I will just repeat. Orv is Epic. And to commemorate and reward that work, I am proud to present to him a Sapphire Blade as a token of our appreciation for him. Thank you, Orv. Your work means a lot to all of us. ~ Muz Ashen, Dark Lord of the Sith

Ben is another member who is so consistent in his work that he makes it all seem effortless. However it takes great energy, skill and commitement to ensure that the DB wikipedia runs as smoothly as it does, and that is really thanks to Ben's continued efforts. Due to his efforts I have never had any worries about the wiki. His reports are perhpas the best ones I read, and overall I have never had any complaints with anything he's accomplished. He also takes time to help mentor newer members, ushering them into the wiki and making them productive members. Ben, please keep doing what you do, and thank you.

There are positions in the Brotherhood that are silent-running. When they do their job right, nobody knows that they are even there. Wiki Tribune is one of those jobs. People only start talking about the Wiki Tribune when things go wrong. Not anymore. Ben's sense of irreverent humor makes it into his reports and actually helps people read and digest what he is talking about. Add to this his work to bring ever more people into the Wiki and helping to make it one of the most successful forms of activity that the DB has, and it's plain to see that Ben is doing a great job. The great hatted one may not get a lot of public acknowledgement for his efforts, and he may even be irritated by the praise, but it's well past time to reward him anyway. Benevolent Whiner Taldrya, you are hereby awarded a Grand Cross of the Dark Side for your continued excellence as Wiki Tribune. Thank you for your service, it is most appreciated. ~ Muz Ashen, Dark Lord of the Sith

I remember seeing James show up a few months back after a long absence. He was once an integral part of the coding staff in this club, with many of our current systems having been molded by his hands. I was thinking that it would be great if he were to jump back in and start helping us out once more...thankfully he did just that (and how). His efforts have been astounding. He has helped do some general maintenance to the DB site, helping stabilize some of the wonkier (technical term) aspects. However, it is the "new" work he's done that has truly blown my mind. He first introduced a new Master-Student option to our dossiers, further cementing the Master/Student Programs of the various Houses and Clans. Next, he completely overhauled the competitions system so that both the front and back-ends work so much better. It even does all of the work of rec'ing the medals for you! It hasn't been officially released yet, but he has worked on an activity tracking system that will really help everyone keep track of their activities and ensuring no one gets forgotten in terms of rewards and promotions. Last, it is his efforts that have allowed us to now have an automated system for doing AWOL checks, which has been a great boon to everyone in the club. These are 4 projects that have directly benefited everyone in this club, and his efforts are more than deserving of this award. Congratulations and thank you!

Jam3z was one of the heavy coders in this club when I joined. There's prize few things that are on this site that he didn't have a hand in putting there, or otherwise know about. And when he retired, back when Jac was still GM, we all made a collective frowny face. Sure, we have had some great coders since then (and Orv is the man), but losing someone with that level of skill and understanding about how our site works is always a blow. Many people underestimate the role that coding takes on our site, because if their work is done right, nobody complains. It's a constant fight with the site to keep the Brotherhood moving. There's scriptkiddies lurking around the corner, and so many bits of functionality that can trash the whole kit and kaboodle because it hasn't been updated in a few years. Orv has been working his tail off just keeping us afloat and using the odd minute free to put in work on expansions. And then James came back. I really didn't expect him to do a whole heck of a lot, to be fair. Most dudes post-retirement will just stick their head in, chat a bit, maybe play a game or two, then vanish back into the Real World. And I didn't want to get excited at the thought of having another coder back around prematurely. I am glad to say that I was very wrong. Since his return, James has dove in and fixed problems as well as worked to expand things for us. In a time when every man-hour helps us drastically, James came to the rescue with time and energy, working on stuff liek the Master-Student functionality ont he site, Awol automation, and an activity tracker that is in beta testing right now. That's a whole lot of work for a retired guy to show up and do in short order. And I wanted to properly express our appreciation for his work quickly (and to encourage him to keep at it, because we need him around). As a token of our esteem, I hereby award James Entar an Emerald Dagger. Thank you very much. ~Muz Ashen, Dark lord of the Sith

Teu has gone above and beyond to help our TOR guild members complete a very lengthy quest that is only available a short time. She spent her entire day running several groups of guild members around Tatooine. She is always volunteering to help out other guild members and she is such an awesome asset to the guild.
Thank you Teu for just being awesome! We appreciate you!

I would like to recommend Varoth for a Dark Cross. In the three weeks he has been my apprentice Varoth has earned 79 Clusters of Fire, 2 Pendants of Blood, 3 Scroll of Indoctrination, and 3 Crescents with Amethyst Stars; risen to the second eschelon of the Grand Master's Royal Guard; completed 9 Shadow Academy courses and a Dark Maven. In addition to his extensive TOR participation Varoth has competed in two House competitions. Varoth is a model member of House Plagueis and his actions reflect great credit upon himself. Indeed the House needs more members like him.
Thank you,
