Over the last two months since his promotion, he has personally motivated many of the members of Ajunta Pall, as well as members of Plagueis not assigned to either unit. He helped members of both units with editing, proofing, and ideas. He personally participated to the maximum, submitting to 11 of 11 events. He earned two Gold Novae, and an additional top five placement, serving to showcase that despite his workload in helping others, that he could contribute to the unit as a whole. He sets the example of what a Battleteam Leader should be. I'm proud to request that he be awarded a Steel Cross for his dedicated work. He has more than earned it.
