Since the last time we were here, Syrena has been a flurry of activity. It seems like every time I turn around, she has a new idea or a new competition idea or a new something. She's managed to squeak out 9 competitions as the organizer, 1 as a co-organizer, on top of participating in 38 competitions. In those comps, Syrena has managed to score a Gold Nova, Crescents of many types (1 Diamond, 1 Ruby, 1 Amethyst, 3 Sapphire, 1 Topaz and 1 Quartz), 211 Clusters of Fire, 22 Clusters of Ice, 24 Clusters of Graphite, and a Dark Side Scroll for being part of a featured article on the wiki.
This, in addition to four society ranks (1 GMRG, 1 Shroud, 1 Envoy Participant and 1 Envoy DM), has put Syrena in the range of collecting yet another accolade for her wardrobe in the form of another Sapphire Blade. Well earned and well received, Syrena. I always look forward to whatever shenanigans you're going to get up to next.
Congratulations.

I’m gonna keep on dancing down in West Tatooine,
I'm gonna keep on dancing at the Pink Rancor Club,
Pink Rancor Club
Pink Rancors, Porgs, Space Mermaids, and every other manner of strange sightings have undoubtedly helped Syrena keep Odan-Urr lively. Climbing the ranks from the Battle Team Leader of the Knights of Allusis to Aedile, then Quaestor, of House Hoth, she's been a busy woman. Her infectious energy has infiltrated the Clan as a whole, and rarely a day goes by where we don't see her darting around, jumping into a conversation and throwing herself headlong into whatever shenanigans are going on. From trying to understand the Rock and Stone buffoonery of Jack, Arabella, and I, to confused warbling as she watched several of us dip, dive, and shout expletives while fighting clankers and oversized cockroaches in Helldivers.
As our Quaestor she has begun building new storylines to continue those left behind by her predecessor, while bringing a new, fashionable flair to the desolate tundra of Kaal, and seemingly subverting the rebellious tendencies of the shockboxing champ she took over from for now. She has also taken a keen interest in the ongoing Clan Narrative, helping to point out some of the trickier parts of the story and where newer members may be confused as we move into the events, her perspective in COU is always appreciated and this award is another, well deserved, point toward her brilliant DB Career.
Ever onwards, Syrena!
Chronicler Wolfe, 2025-08-28 18:26:01 UTC
When I joined the Herald staff years ago we had like 5 people in all of the DB who could do a decent robe and weapon. We had talent and a go-getter attitude to get us through a lot of it, but there was no base for it. None of us had any art background, we were self taught and just "there".
My second term is completely different. This club has fostered many great artists since then and I have my pick on who my staff are. Syrena is one of the top picks and probably one of the only few people who actually have an art background to backup all the talent and go-getterness and everything in between. She brings a much needed professional perspective to our plucky little group and I am immensely grateful for her being there. Brilliant artist.
That said, these awards aren't just about praise and sugary words, they're about facts and stats, so here they are: 2 custom robes, 1 custom weapon, 1 custom accessory and 4 custom artworks made for Clan Odan-Urr. Enough for a buck and change of XP (3700 to be precise).
Syrena's service so far has been exemplary and I expect she'll wow us even more with her expertise, knowledge and talent. Thank you for the work you did so far, and congratulations :)

Is it bad to say "What he said"? Because Tarvitz rolled in and took away all my thunder. He put it quite well in how much of a pleasure it's been to have Tor around over the last year. She's always got something to say, some bit of random to share and more than happy to have small conversations with anyone and everyone who's around. I'm not gonna be able to wax poetic about things, so I'll leave you with this.
Tor may not be the most active, but she is one of the more impactful members we have. Thank you for being part of our Clan and part of the family. As Wolfe says, Ever Onward.
Congratulations on your new stabby, Tor. (And you thought I could only give you a Grand Cross. Supriiiiiiiiiiise!)

Having joined us in September of last year, Vidh has spent almost a full twelve months with us. In that short time she has proven to be an excellent addition to both the Clan's community and its participation in competitions.
Since she was last awarded for her efforts, Vidh has participated in multiple roleplay events, passed a Shadow Academy course, and gained a society rank within the Shroud Syndicate.
However, atop of this, she has also thrown herself into a multitude of competitions. Along with organising and running eleven of them herself, Vidh participated in fifty three others, earning the following:
Two Crescents with Diamond Stars, aCrescent with Ruby Star, four Crescents with Amethyst Stars, two Crescents with Emerald Stars, thirteen Clusters of Fire, six Clusters of Ice, ten Clusters of Graphite, and a Seal of Loyalty.
Any of these would have helped Vidh to stand out, but beyond this she has continually worked on multiple other areas within the Brotherhood. Serving as both a Magistrate to the Herald and Praetor to the Emissary, she has helped to both boost the Brotherhood's arts and graphics while also helping to recruit others. In doing so she further worked, creating graphics for Wolfe to use in his reports.
Vidh cannot be thanked enough for her efforts, but hopefully this Sapphire Blade will go some way to addressing that.

Reiden has been a loyal member of our community for a long time. It's time that we truly appreciate his contributions. He has a wealth of knowledge of the people and events in the Brotherhood. He is always available on discord offering advice, sharing important information, or helping new and veteran members alike feel at home. He's always got the perfect meme ready, lifting spirits and keeping our community fun and welcoming.
Congrats on your SB, Reiden!

Reiden, the constantly active magistrate, has put in a lot of effort to help the members' fictional experience. Beyond his normal duties of helping process the Voice queues, he regularly gives feedback on pending CS changes, proofs, corrects, updates currently in system items (sSuch as feats, powers, disciplines, species, as recently as the end of July fixing multiple typo and name/gender coding issues in our feats), and, most importantly, is a constant presence on our Discord. He is regularly the one people ping with a quick question, and despite the many, many channels our Discord server has, he is always insanely fast to spot someone asking a CS related question in general across all the channels. He tracks CS system changes to consolidate indepth update guides for members. He regularly helps foster the fictional community with discussions within our fiction-chat channel. This is in addition to his regular duties, such as processing hundreds of CS submissions on the site.

Dante has been a long-standing and dedicated member of CSP, and his presence has always been valued. Over the years, he has contributed in meaningful ways, consistently bringing insight and steadiness to everything he’s involved in. Whether active day-to-day or stepping in when he’s able, he has always made a difference. His dedication hasn’t gone unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful for the time, energy, and heart he’s given to this place. Dante may not always be front and center, but he is, and always will be, an important part of CSP. We thank him sincerely for everything he’s done.
Congrats on your SB, Dante!

Not gonna lie here, I am pretty stoked to add to this recc. While this is all just excess XP that Dante has earned in the past, it goes to show his previous efforts and activity.
Way back when I first joined CSP, Dante was one of the first to welcome me. He helped teach me the ropes, and while I never really had a "master" Dante was that person. He taught me not just how to survive in this club but to thrive. Even though I never learned how to be good at Jedi Academy, he still tried repeatedly. But enough of me reminiscing.
Congrats on the Sapphire Blade Dante!

Even though Waza is a recent transfer into the Clan, he has made his presence felt both in his Discord chatting and activity. Since his last recognition, Waza has participated in 51 competitions, 8 roleplaying sessions, and DMed a session of his own. He has garnered 2 Cresents and 27 clusters during that time. He is always an encouraging voice to his clanmates, seeking to bring out the best in them and helping them live their best DB life.
Congrats Waza!

Waza was always a pleasure to deal with, serving Odan-Urr as a long-time Summit member, acting as the intake point for our newest members during the run of our Proving Grounds Battle Team from its inception through to its closure he got to know and assist many of our newest members as they found their voices within the Club, furthermore he was always a strong advocate of roleplaying activities within the Clan, very rarely was one opened where Waza was not in participation. While his last few months of service were slowed due to health issues, he still carried on the flame through conversations in the Summit Chat, pointing the way for the rest of our Summit to engage with new members and continuing outreach with new joins who had been mostly silent since their arrival in an attempt to find a perfect fit for them within the Clan.
While we were disheartened to hear of their decision to leave Odan-Urr, it came at a time when their health was returning and they were seeking a change to help them regain activity and find themselves within the Brotherhood, and seeing them do just that has sparked a sense of joy within me.
Here's to many more awards, and many more activities Waza!
Ever onwards, my friend!

A member's first sacramental award is a special occasion. While merit medals are awarded for excellence in the day to day, sacramental awards are the threshold between the average and the great.
Kora is simply that: great.
In just over a month, Kora has amassed the 5125 XP required to earn her first ever Sapphire Blade. While I'm not sure if that's a record, it's still an extraordinary achievement in and of itself.
The numbers speak for themselves: 50 competitions participated in netting 19 crescents, three clusters of ice, 84 clusters of graphite, and one scroll of foundation. Five society rank ups in the Collegium, Inquisitorius, and Shroud Syndicate. 21 shadow academy courses passed with four new degrees attained. A promotion to Equite 1.
All of that, in a month. That's more than most members do in a YEAR.
This Sapphire Blade is more than deserved, it is EARNED.
Congratulations on your first of what will likely be MANY sacramental awards to come, Kora!

To further embellish the praise our CON has given, I firmly believe that one should remember that as of today, Kora has only been a member of the DJB for just under 2 months and 1 week! I am in the same boat as Dracaryis in that I am unsure of if that's a record or not for a Sapphire Blade, but it feels like it should definitely be near the top.
Her creativity and artistry shines well in many things she does, her enjoyment of both the craft and Star Wars itself is apparent with very little effort on a viewer's behalf. As her Master, I can speak directly to her drive and enjoyment of the club, as well as her hopes and aspiration to continue to add to it in the future, and while no award is given for future projects, I believe this to be a fitting bit of fuel to throw onto her fire to keep her going, not only for her own benefit, but as a benefit to the club as a whole from her contributions.
This award may be attributed to XP, but I have no doubt that if she continues to find enjoyment and creative sparks within our ranks, it will be followed by numerous Service rewards as well, so congratulations on your first big prize and I look forward to seeing it eclipsed by even shinier ones in the future!

Astralis has quickly become a force to be reckoned with not only in Clan Plagueis, but the DB as a whole. Since his last medal (which was less than a month ago, might I add), Astralis has been an absolute beast in regards to activity across just about all aspects of the club. Let’s get crunchy for a moment and take a look at the numbers. Astralis has submitted to an incredible 77 competitions, placing in a whopping 24 of those and earning a whole cornucopia of crescents including 4 Diamond, 5 Ruby, 7 Amethyst, 6 Sapphire and 2 Emerald. But his activity hasn’t been limited to competitions, we also saw Astralis gaming it up with fellow members with to earn a staggering 242 Clusters of Fire and a rank up in the GMRG, his artistic talents have brought him 60 Clusters of Graphite along with four rank ups in the Shroud Syndicate, and he’s continued to tear through the Shadow Academy ranking up twice in the Aurora Collegium of Sciences while successfully completing another 19 course and adding another 5 degrees to his already impressive list! But, on top of all of this, Astralis took his first steps into the ACC and Roleplaying, completing 1 of each activity and earning him his first rank in both societies! His total literary work has earned him 5 Clusters of Ice for his nearly 3000 words of fiction! And did I mention that all of this happened in less than a month?!
On top of all of this, Astralis has been asking questions and learning as a newer member while simultaneously answering questions and helping to guide his students through the club, helping encourage them to participate and be active. All-in-all, Astralis is a member that we are proud to have, someone who is a flurry of activity, who continues to explore the different aspects of the club and someone who looks ready to light a fire under the butts of some of our veteran members! Congratulations Astralis, on your first in what I am sure will be many well deserved Sapphire Blades.

Livia never ceases to blow me away with her constant hard work, toiling away at various activities she is never one to shy away from a clan event, gaming opportunity or trying new things! Since her last recognition in October, Livia has participated in a total of 55 competitions. Of those 55 comps, she’s placed in 20 of them! These include 5 entries into the Plagueian House feud, Ascending Conspiracy earlier this year where she helped House Ventress on the path to victory, 13 entries into the recently completed Vacation on Hoth where she took 6th place overall as well as a few entries into Season 1: Parabellum. All in all this has earned Livia a well deserved 3 Crescents with Ruby Star, 6 with Amethyst Star, 2 with Sapphire Star, 8 with Emerald Star and 1 with Topaz Star for her placements.
Now this is a solid level of activity, but with Livia, even if she isn’t participating in an event, she stays incredibly active. How active? Well, how about earning a staggering 1446 Clusters of Fire across 74 gaming activities? Yes, you did in fact read that correctly, 1446! This has allowed Livia to continue climbing the rank of the GMRG with 5 rank increases to hit rank XI. Livia also gained 8 Clusters of Graphite for her artistic endeavors and continued to dabble in Roleplaying, earning another Cluster of Ice and increasing herself to rank 3 in the RP Society. Livia’s activity numbers speak volumes about her passion and dedication to the clan. She is a member that we are lucky to have in our midst, while not the loudest member, her name is one I see pop up the most often (in a good way!). It feels like not a day goes by where I don’t have an email with her name on it letting me know that she refuses to slow down her incredible pace of activity! I am absolutely honoured to be able to recommend Livia for her first Sapphire Blade. Congratulations Livia, this is truly well deserved!

Since the last time we were here, A'lora has managed to score the XP necessary to get a brand new Sapphire Blade. This comes from doggedly pursuing the SA society, pushing through the last few degrees and couple dozen courses to land at rank 12. Also, there's been five other society ranks, 1 Envoy Participant, 2 ACC participant, and one in both the Shroud and the Inquisitorius. With no less than a pouch of crescents and enough Clusters of Ice to sink a small boat, it's plain to see that A'lora has managed to get enough done to earn this award.
All this in addition to a staggering 25,000 words of fiction in three entries (three entries?!), 7500 words in RP and participating in 36 competitions.
Well done, A'lora. Well done and congrats.

Twenty-five thousand words in three entries? My brain broke at that, and that's not counting the seven thousand in a single roleplay.
A'lora is one of those silent power-houses in Odan-Urr, the kind who swings in, competes, occasionally drops a novel, and disappears back into the void while silently stalking, prepared to strike again when no one is looking. The amount of effort they put into each project they submit is astounding, and this is definitely an award well deserved.
I look forward to your next brain-rattling amount of fiction drops, A'lora, and more insightful discussions about The Brotherhood, past and present.
Ever onward!

According to what the great Mango AI is telling me, Orv has earned enough XP to warrant another Grand Cross to add to his collection. To get here, I assume this auto-magic, do-math-for-wally robot came to the conclusion after knocking out 49 competitions, 24 CoGs, a Shroud Syndicate rank up, a bunch of crescents, and brought home 241,410 credits for Clan Arcona. Orv is way past the point of needing pixel-based trophies, but we appreciate him being here, taking part in competitions, and just being a continued positive presence for the House and the Clan.
It is an honor to share the same space as you brother, keep being you!

It's a pleasure to be able to add to this recommendation, Orv has to be one of the most dedicated members of our club as there's few places without his touch. Today, we recognize him for his continued efforts as a member of Qel-Droma and Voidbreaker II. While Orv has influenced much outside the clan, the single most important thing needed for this club's existence is members who engage in fellowship. That Orv continues to do this after a busy DB career as well as growing demands of real life is something to celebrate and we in our little communities of HQD and VBII are thank you he continues to spend times with us as a regular member in our chats, a core participant in our competitions, and continuing presence of positivity. Congrats Orv on the shiny and thanks for adding to our community.
Raiju, 2025-06-14 20:21:44 UTC
I am honored to add to this Sapphire Blade recommendation for Orv in recognition of his recent contributions to the Dark Jedi Brotherhood's website. Recently, Orv took the initiative to create a screencast that pitched a series of visual and usability tweaks for the website. This presentation, complete with mock-ups and commentary, clearly represented at least several hours of preparation and reflection. The tweaks pitched in the video included visual improvements to the navigation bar and logo alignment, adding a subtle dropdown shadow effects, and a glow effect for news posts that added additional emphasis to items posted by Councillors. Orv also revised link colors to improve readability, and introduced a visual update to the dossier navigation pills.
Once his proposals were approved, Orv quickly implemented them, creating individual pull requests with detailed (video) demonstrations for each change. Orv then continued to refine his implementations based on feedback from the community, addressing concerns about the visibility of the navigation bar on mobile devices, ensuring that the site remains user-friendly across all platforms and devices.
Keep up the good work, and congratulations!
