Krath Core was my first contact with the Shadow Academy from the inside as I originally wrote this course. It has been passed on a long time ago and it has found a new teacher every bit worthy of continuing the legacy for a long time to come. The complexity of this course lies in the difficult combination of theory and practice to grade and Cyberguy manages both with excellence.

The stepchild of SA courses in terms of takers, the ASP programming curriculum is plagued by the lack of the prerequisite HTML knowledge in the Brotherhood. Spears' explanations go into depth and detail on a complicated subject and I hope that once the gap is filled, his course will see far more graduates.

(Note: This medal recommendation is solely based on the work for this one course, Spears' work as Magistrate and Praetor will be rewarded separately and accordingly)

One of the hardest courses to grade is the easiest to pass - the Test of Lore. As a longterm grader of this particular course, Kir Katarn has proven himself a great asset to the Shadow Academy and has supported countless new initiates on their first steps into the Brotherhood. By this medal, I wish to express my personal appreciation for his help.

Dealing with one of the tougher to teach subjects in the Brotherhood, JaM3z has proven that even a programming language can be taught well and entertainingly. A graduation figure that, while lower than that of many courses, is pretty impressive for a dry matter shows his skill in making things happen.

A teacher often overlooked because he does one of the three courses whose exam are not on the site, Anshar has done a great job in dealing with apprentices in this particular field. As this is a course that is often failed, dealing with the candidates and keeping them motivated to try a second time is a tough task indeed and Anshar again and again manages to get them to come back and ultimately graduate as full-fledged Krath. The move of this course from mandatory to optional has, if anything, increased its popularity and Anshar is to congratulate for this feat.

A long-standing member of the Shadow Academy staff, Ciara reliably and faithfully teaches what is probably the most outwardly boring subject but of great relevance to the Krath order: Grammar. In spite of this liability weighing down on her, Ciara manages to keep a steady number of graduates in this curriculum for which she is to be commended.
