Since her return to the Herald staff in August as Praetor, Alaisy has been an integral part of the staff. Alaisy has completed both member request items as well as working to keep the administrative portion of the office humming in the form of things such as avatar approvals and competition review. In the realm of member rewards handed out by the club, there are fewer that require more work on the part of the organization than custom robes. In keeping with the Herald office's desire to provide the highest quality work to the members wherever possible, Alaisy took a point role in creating member robes. She has completed four unique robes to meet member requests, keeping to their instructions while providing an excellent end product for the members in question. Additionally, she created the Great Jedi War award robes given to Clan Vizsla for their second place finish in the most recent Vendetta with the Clan being ecstatic with the end product.

On the administrative side, Alaisy has taken a primary role in approving graphics competitions as well. With only minimal instruction, she's sunk her teeth into that duty to ensure that competitions are moving quickly through the approval process while still ensuring that they comply with Herald guidelines. Additionally, she's been an invaluable assistant with approving avatar requests. In both of these duties she has helped to provide short turn around times by virtue of our differing time zones, allowing our office to better cover requests as they come in. She has also been the vocal face of the Herald's office in the DB Art Chat telegram channel, giving feedback and advice to other artists often to help them expand their own skills and talents. Finally, in the last week she has provided absolutely indispensable feedback on developing the specifics of the new Vendetta Dossier Skin Reward Guidelines. Through this policy we hope to better codify the process for generating reward skins, and her input was key to balancing the desires of those making requests with the needs of the artist that will be tasked with fulfilling the request.

In short, Alaisy has been an absolute stand out on the staff of the members that have served during my tenure. Thank you for your service.

Alaisy is, without a doubt, one of the most prolific and active members within Arcona. Since her last recognition, she has participated in 109 competitions. She placed in a significant number of these and earned a whole slew of Clusters. In total, she has accumulated 39 Crescents (2 Diamond, 8 Ruby, 12 Amethyst, 9 Sapphire, 5 Emerald, and 3 Topaz) as well as 113 Clusters of Fire, 61 Clusters of Ice, 4 Clusters of Earth and 45 Clusters of Graphite. She is not only prolifically active, but her keyboard also goes brr: she has written a total of 23,730 words of fiction.

In addition to being a veritable competition-completing machine, she is also incredibly supportive and enthusiastic. She has jumped into the SARLACC event with both feet and completed the full complement of three ACC matches in the first round. In addition to this, she was also quick to provide encouragement and assist in proofreading. She is constantly helping to hype events, encouraging participation and helping to inspire activity and excellence in others. She also frequently participates in the clan and house-related RP sessions, where she assists in driving the storyline and helps others with character development.

It’s for all these reasons that I am proud to lend my voice in support for awarding Alaisy an Amethyst Kukri. Congratulations, Alaisy! You definitely deserve this and so much more!

When it comes to Zxyl Venzos Taldrya, it isn't an understatement to describe his efforts as critical to the operation of the Regent staff over this past year. As my Praetor, he has carved out his role by refusing to be a "Yes Man" but challenging every decision being made, bringing perspective and questions. This is critical to making the right calls, or at least the best call we can try to make. It helps us to consider all the perspectives before moving forward. Additionally, he has helped in the training of magistrates by bringing his direct experience and enthusiasm to the forefront, often with large info drops that have gone on to be incorporated into Regent Staff instruction manuals that he has assisted myself in creating. Frankly, I could go on for paragraphs about the effect Zxyl's presence has within my staff environment, but intangibles can only go so far and there's no point padding beyond the base truth: he gets the job done and ensures that others get the job done too.

Since his last recognition, Zxyl has been instrumental in the implementation of several content releases, corrections, and upgrade systems. As the Regent staff is still somewhat new within the Dark Brotherhood's existence, it's important to outline just what is involved in the creation of a single Item Prototype. It is a multi-stage process that involves initial research and population. This gets you the item, its description, categorization, and potential pricing structure. From there, it is reviewed and cleaned up over several passes before being finalized for pricing and description. Then, it is necessary to create the system image using the Regent Item Template in Photoshop. From there, it then needs to be brought into the system and fully detailed with any slotting, aspects, and store stocking rules. When it comes to rules, there are always at least two: stocking after sale and unstocking after return. This whole process is for a single item. Needless to say, there is very rarely a single item included in a release, so multiply this process exponentially. It is no joke to say that each release is a significant time investment.

So, what are we looking at in terms of numbers? Starting with the Space Vehicle Upgrades Project, Zxyl took a primary role in the review and design of 135 upgrades, including their tier categorization and pricing. In order to release those upgrades (which was done as individual Item Prototypes), it was necessary to remove existing Aspect slots from existing Space Vehicles and add the related slots as defined by our rarity policy for Space Vehicle Upgrades. In total, Zxyl processed 99 Item Prototypes in this way. With the next step in Upgrades, Zxyl worked to implement Weapon Item slotting in our Combat Droids In total, it was necessary to add a related "unstock" rule to all weapons in the system so that when a Droid was sold alongside its weapons, those weapons would be removed from Utilis Innovations, avoiding the stocking of weapons in the incorrect store. In total, 252 Item Prototypes had to be updated with these unstocking rules. Carrying on with the Upgrades deploy, Droids themselves received their Upgrade system. To do so, Zxyl created 20 new Aspect Types that would be used by Droids for Upgrades. Then, he entered 85 Upgrades into the system under those Aspect Types. He then worked with the Regent Staff magistrate to have the Aspect slots updated on all Droids and ensured correct deployment during the Maintenance Window. Finally, for the "Order of the Fallen Mandalorian" update, Zxyl was instrumental in the design and deployment of 36 Item Prototypes.

That's all just the current deployed work from Zxyl on staff. That in itself is equivalent to hours upon hours of work effort. On top of that, he had to keep up with my own rapid sprints of activity where we easily put in tens of hours of work in a single week at a time to work through the phases of development. All of this work has had a measurable impact on the Brotherhood itself through the Possessions system and how it impacts the member base. On top of that, all of this work would not have been completed without him. At least not in the timeframe that it was.

For his exceptional work, dedication, and focus on the Regent Staff, I offer my recommendation to grant Zxyl Venzos Taldrya an Amethyst Kukri. It is well earned, and thank you, Zxyl.

Additional reasons

Zxyl Taldrya Venzos, alternately known as Noobis, Nihlus, and many other names, has been a steady contributor to Taldryan since his promotion to EQ3 in February. As numbers go, he’s participated in 24 competitions, including 12 events during GJW XIV. For those efforts, he’s received a Silver Nova, a Crescent with Amethyst Star, and a Crescent with Sapphire Star. He’s also racked up 75 Clusters of Fire, 8 Clusters of Earth, 14 Clusters of Ice, and 14 Clusters of Graphite.

Besides his activities as a line member, Zxyl has contributed a great deal to the Clan as a member of the Taldryan Summit, first as Aedile of Ektrosis in February (continuing from prior to his last promotion) and then during his nine-month term as Proconsul of Taldryan. He’s helped to organise and track the Taldryan Summit’s activities, creating a Trello board for Summit members to coordinate on projects, and reorganised the shared Google Drive we use for storing our project files.

Regarding specific projects, Zxyl has also taken the lead in updating Taldryan’s Wiki presence. He created a monster spreadsheet for our Wiki improvement project, tracking the update status of each page and individual members’ contributions to said updates, ensuring each page has been categorised correctly. He was instrumental in planning the Clan’s current storyline, Aggressive Expansion, and ran its fictional intro competition (New Pursuits) back in April. He created four NPCs to be used as adversaries to Taldryan member characters during the story, including full character sheets and fictional backgrounds, and contributed 6600 words in Clan fiction updates (posted in the story’s Discourse thread). Most recently, he helped to plan the Pro Bowl between Taldryan, Plagueis, and CNS this past September, and served as one of the team captains.

Although his service as Praetor to the Regent is both more visible and arguably more impactful on the Brotherhood as a whole than his work as Proconsul, Zxyl’s contributions to Taldryan are worthy of recognition. As such, I’m happy to add my recommendation to the request that Zxyl be awarded the Amethyst Kukri.

It is my pleasure to recognize Vyr Vorsa for his efforts he has put into the club since his last promotion.

Since his last promotion he has participated in 64 competitions, organized/co-organized 33 competitions, completed 11 PvP matches, 13 PvE activities, 8 Fiction activities, 8991 Words of Fiction, 6 run-on posts worth 4099 words, passed 4 Shadow Academy courses, 7 news posts, and 18 news posts comments. While doing so, he earned the following: 6 Gold Novas, 8 Silver Novas, 2 Bronze Novae, 2 Crescents with Diamond Star, 5 Crescents with Amethyst Star, 1 Crescent with Sapphire Star, 1 Crescent with Emerald Star, 22 Clusters of Fire, 34 Clusters of Ice, 65 Clusters of Earth, 59 Clusters of Graphite, 4 Legions of Scholar, 21 Seal of Discord, and 24 Seal of Vision.

I’d also like to spotlight his Great Jedi War and community event contributions. Since his last recognition, he has participated in two Great Jedi wars, getting full participation in both. Not only did he get full participation but he racked up 16 Novae and placed in the top 10 both times. As a matter of fact, in the most recent war he was awarded the title of “First Hero”, which is an amazing achievement. In the latest war, he did all this while helping and encouraging others to try their best in the war. In addition to the Great Jedi Wars, he also hosted 6 community events, each of which took several hours of his day. Of note, this includes getting people to come together and running group activities with them. He also participated in 7 community events as well, which helped strengthen Odan-Urr’s community.

In addition to his activity above, he has served as a Proconsul of Odan-Urr for 11 months, during which time he has worked hard to improve Odan-Urr. First, he created a whole new storyline for the Clan called Seven Pillars, which is a multi-series story broken into many episodes. These “Indiana Jones” sort of events focused on the mysteries of the Force, archaeology, adventure, and that sort of thing. He was able to complete two full events, each furthering along one continuous story. This brought some much needed variety to our clan offerings as before our main storyline was peacekeeping. As a matter of fact, the Seven Pillars events were well received and left our members wanting more of it. In order to create this, it involved the creation of new characters, competition(s) creation, teaser video, reference gathering, and three event fictions totalling 3,023 words. Of note, post-event he did some wonderful archival work for Seven Pillars, saving the efforts of our members for potential future use and enabling someone else to easily pick up where he started.

Second, he created a COU Story Group, which has been a wonderful way to encourage critical thinking and collaboration on clan storylines as well as how DC fictions might fit in. He led the group in discussion and archived some of its outputs as well. Of note, some of the things it led to were a revamped image of the Kiast system and a major rewrite to one of our planets. The former was created by Vyr, which was a massive improvement to the versions we had before. The latter was not done personally by Vyr but he created a very important tool that led to the creation of these projects by others. Third, he created a 2020 Novice Lore Guide as a substantial update to our previous year’s update. This required updating most sections and he even added a few useful sections as well, all in all totalling 2316 words.

Fourth, he wrote up an in-depth proposal for a clan possessions upgrade. This involved being the primary author for a detailed fleet loadout complete with breakouts (with links!), reasonings, and credit totals. It also included a separate narrative of 474 words to help explain the fleet loadout. This resource has already been used as a base upon which to improve and build further. Fifth, he wrote 7 Clan related news posts (4 full news reports, 2 event reports, and 1 Councillor of Urr post). Sixth, he co-graded one of our more arduous competitions called Scimitar of Hoth for many months. It involves a lot of manual counting and I just wanted to call out how much I appreciated the help grading it. The 2 hour discord sessions were a usual occurrence for each one. Seventh, he was a great co-grader and consultant for the Clan Peacekeeping events, where a second pair of eyes is always greatly appreciated. Lastly, he worked on some wiki updates for both the Clan and club. This included 42 image uploads, 13 major updates for clan and club (Fiction Center, limbo, the Okami, Iron Forces, etc…) for 2425 words, and 74 minor updates for clan and club

During his time as Proconsul, Vyr has done a lot for Odan-Urr and thus the club. Words can only say so much so I am proud to recommend that he be awarded an Amethyst Kukri for the exceptional value he has provided Odan-Urr and for the dedication and time he has put into the Clan. My friend, thank you so much for all you have done. I’ll always appreciate it.

V'yr, your continued contributions to both Odan-Urr and the Club are what make you a highly valuable member of this community. The fiction group has allowed us to create coherent lore arcs by being able to verify details from past events we can use in future stories. The fleet overhaul was a massive undertaking and the way you organized every detail with links and explanations allowed for a clear and accurate depiction of the proposed fleet. The Seven Pillars was very successful as it provided something new and fresh for us all to dive into. All of this and what was already stated above takes large amounts of time and dedication. Thank you friend and congratulations!

Arden Karn di Plagia has been an active and engaged member of Clan Plagueis for more than two years. He spent a substantial amount of that time as Consul, as well as Right Hand of Justice, and after both those tenures has remained a strong member of Plagueis' group of advisors and active members.

As Consul, Arden oversaw numerous events, ranging from interclan competitions like Operation: Antiquities or a three-Clan Pro Bowl, to internal events such as run-ons and large, multi-week events like Mysteries of Aliso. In total, Arden organized 31 competitions and co-organized another 9. During his tenure as Consul, Plagueis had a hard-fought fourth place in the Rite of Supremacy.

Arden also served the Justicar's office as Right Hand - described by Dacien below - while Consul, and since his time as Consul, Arden's activity has helped to drive Plagueis forward, as Ronovi details later in this recommendation. For his leadership of Plagueis and his time as an active and contributing member, I am pleased to award Arden this Amethyst Kukri. Congratulations, Arden!

Additional reasons

It has been a long time coming, but I am so happy to be writing this recommendation for Arden Karn di Plagia. Arden has been a constant presence in Plagueis, serving as its Consul for over a year in 2019 and continuing to contribute to the clan’s activity, structure, lore, and competitions.

During his tenure as Consul, Arden led, co-led, and supervised a number of events for Plagueis, including the third Pro Bowl with Clans Taldryan and Scholae Palatinae, the Song of Discord run-on, Mysteries of Aliso, Operation: Antiquity, and Vacation on Mustafar. He was Consul when Plagueis got a 4th place finish for the Rite of Supremacy: Meridian, and appeared on multiple episodes of the PlagCast as a regular. During and since his Consul tenure, he has worked to update the fleets and possessions of Plagueis and maintains a consistent presence on Telegram as a mentor and master of various apprentices.

In terms of participation, Arden delivers hardily. Since his last recognition, he has organized or co-organized 40 competitions, but he has also participated in 94. He completed all the bins for both the Thirteenth Great Jedi War and the Fourteenth Great Jedi War, earning himself a slew of awards in the process: Two Gold Novae, one Silver Nova, one Bronze Nova, one Crescent with a Ruby Star, four Crescents with Amethyst Stars, one Crescent with a Sapphire Star, two Crescents with Emerald Stars, nine Pendants of Blood, 407 Clusters of Fire, 33 Clusters of Ice, 25 Seals of Graphite, a Seal of Loyalty, thirteen Seals of Fury, 16 Seals of Discord, and eleven Seals of Vision (that’s a lot of seals for a seal-adoring guy). He is known for his Great Jedi War: The Movie competitions as well, providing a creative outlet for members following the vendettas. He has assisted the clan in winning the run-on event in the wars twice in a row, collaborating and bringing fresh ideas to the table every time.

Most recently, Arden helmed and co-organized the fourth Pro Bowl with Plagueis, Naga Sadow, and Taldryan, judging a week of his own comps while also helping two new organizers with their own weeks of competitions. The Pro Bowl raked in 745 overall submissions, an astonishing number given the size of the three clans’ rosters. Arden made sure he had news posts ready to go, frequently checked in with teams, and assisted the team captains in order to make sure that all the event rules were followed. He wasn’t just an organizer with the Pro Bowl: He was the head mentor and leader of it.

As a former second to Arden and a friend, I am honored to recommend an Amethyst Kukri for him. He has demonstrated, time and time again, his ability to both be active and be a role model for newer members and older members alike. His strengths lie in his ability to organize and collaborate, creating successful interclan events and working diligently with other clan leaders to help them get the job done. In a time when it’s easy to isolate within one’s own unit, it is refreshing to have Plagueis constantly reach out to and have fun with other clans in events and storylines.

Congratulations, Arden, and thank you.

General Ronovi Tavisaen, 2020-09-16 03:12:34 UTC

Arden served as my first Right Hand of Justice and proved himself to be capable and reliable in that role. He carefully considered all issues that I presented to the Chamber for discussion and provided useful advice. We did not always agree, but his arguments always helped me craft and improve my decisions.

During his tenure the Chamber issued two public decisions, both of which he contributed to in material ways. He also spent considerable time and effort on matters that did not result in public decisions - the nature of the Chamber's work means that many of the issues it investigates and considers are never publicly revealed.

Arden was a major factor in the smooth transition from Jac to myself as Justicar, and I am very happy to lend him my recommendation.

Over the last 11 months, Vez Hirundo - aka Arch - has been an enormously active member and an impactful leader and advisor. He served five months as Combat Master earlier in that timespan, and has remained active and a source of advice for both his summit and for myself since then. His personal activity has been incredible - more than 90 competition entries, four Novae, and more than 40 Crescents! As Arch's Clan Summit describes below, beyond just his personal activity, Arch's contributions to his Clan have been significant and made Odan-Urr a better place. As their words do his efforts more justice than mine could there, I will leave that to them, but will touch instead on Arch’s time as Combat Master.

Arch’s contributions to the club as a whole were on display during his five months as Combat Master. In addition to the typical tasks of managing a staff, which Arch did extremely well, he also organized the first major ACC event since the previous Great Jedi War, the 2019 ACC Championship Bracket. The Bracket was a huge success, with more than 30 member participants. Arch worked hard to bring the ACC to more members, regularly highlighting excellent member matches and to work towards building a better ACC Community. He poured over the Wiki and made numerous corrections to documentation, Force powers, and Skills. He was always present in discussions and while we didn’t always agree, I could always count on him to give me a straight opinion with plenty of data and logic behind it. In short, Arch was a great Combat Master.

For his efforts leading the ACC and for his incredible activity in Odan-Urr, I am pleased to award Arch this Amethyst Kukri. Congratulations, Arch!

I had thought a while about what to write in this recommendation. I had considered long-worded praises for Arch, or a heart-felt thank-you-note from myself and the Odan-urr Summit. To be honest, I couldn't make either of those perfect the way I wanted to so opted for a simpler recc, more concise and to the point where showing what Arch has done so far simply spoke for itself. So let’s begin.

In the recent Great Jedi war Arch has shown what it means to be a former Consul, Combat Master and current titleholder of Odan-Urr and what it looks like when one of his pedigree steps up and cleans house. A Gold Nova, a Bronze nova, two Silver Novae and 13 Seals of Vision demonstrate his willingness to work for the Clan, but also for himself and his own enjoyment. The great jedi war isn’t the only arena he has excelled in, though. Overall he has participated in 86 competitions, earned 41 Crescents, 56 Clusters, 4 Scrolls of Foundation, 2 Legions of the Scholar and 1 valuable Scroll of the Master.

Apart from competitions, he has also written 5822 words of fiction, judged 2 ACC battles and participated in 1, passed 6 SA courses, gained 1 SA Degree, and coded a wiki page for the Clan: https://wiki.darkjedibrotherhood.com/index.php?title=The_Jedi_Codes_of_Clan_Odan-Urr&oldid=173891. He is a guiding hand for new members, active in Clan chat and often engages in assisting the Summit with educating members or helping them around the DB. I've personally benefited from his guidance and advice in several writing competitions in the Great Jedi War that saw me win Novae and helped me become a better writer.

Arch is an invaluable member, titleholder, leader and above all a good friend to almost everyone he interacts with. For his contributions I am proud to recommend this award. Congratulations!

Captain Morgan Sorenn, 2020-09-03 02:34:15 UTC

Vez Hirundo, or “Arch” as many of us know him, has always been a great friend to Odan-Urr. Vyr covered many of the reasons why that is the case, but I’d like to focus on a few ways he has done so that often fly under the radar. First and foremost, he has been a shining example of what it means to be an active member of this club. His activity is a role model to his fellow Odanites. Many times leaders forget to be that role model when they step down from a position. As I once told a new recruit, competitions are part of the life blood of this club and every rank should be doing them. Arch is very much a shining example of someone who has accomplished this feat. Second, he has been a wonderful mentor, always willing to lend advice without ego getting in the way. I can’t tell you in words how much I appreciate that. You know how much that means to me though. Third, he has attended many Odan-Urr community events, both for roleplay and gaming. He put aside time and energy to hang out with the Clan on weekends, being there as an active presence. This is the perfect example of why Arch is so awesome. He is there for the little things, like weekend hangouts. Odan-Urr isn’t just a label we slapped on him, but something he tends to much like his gardens. I respect that so much.

For everything my peers have covered and my own additions, congratulations on your new Amethyst Kukri! Well done, my friend.

Vez Hirundo is someone who so clearly loves the Brotherhood and what we’re about that it shows whenever you interact with him. Vez has been a big help pushing the Battle Team story forward, as well as the Clan story, to say nothing of his contributions to the recent War. Vez is also an active member of other Brotherhood-wide societies, both judging ACC matches and grading SA courses, and actively working on the Wiki, Vez is making sure all the club can see how Odan-Urr members stand up in the Dark Jedi Brotherhood. His service in the Shadow Academy in particular has been recognized with several Scrolls of Foundation and Master, and a Legion of the Scholar.

Vez Hirundo has stood out as one of our finest in recent times, and for this reason we the Summit support this award.

Revak Kur has continued to impress me since I hired him as Quaestor of Sunrider. I remember when he took command of his first House all the way to where he is now and it fills me with an overwhelming sense of pride. Revak Kur has proven himself as someone I can constantly rely on to not only do their job but to exceed it, all while showing everyone just how active a leader can be.

First, I’d like to spotlight his community events hosting further. This has been a major initiative for Odan-Urr and one of the hardest things to do for it is find willing hosters to set aside their precious time to get Odanites together. Another word for it is member wrangling and since many of our members have busy schedules this is a difficult task. Out of all my volunteers Revak has stepped forward the most, hosting an outstanding 14 events. And when he isn’t hosting he is right there supporting others events, details you can find below in Vyr's recc. He doesn’t have to host or attend events, but Revak stepped up anyways and our community events would not be as successful as they’ve been without his help. On behalf of our community, thank you so much.

Second, Revak took the initiative all on his own to create an Odan-Urr Activity Assessment Guide, which has already been used to help instruct his House summit. It was a pleasant surprise one day to see this document shared with me. It’s current iteration has 16 pages and captures all the knowledge collectively passed down as Revak learned how to award and promote members. Not only that, but it's very detailed and has clear pictorial examples of what to look for and how to get there. To pull out one example that I remember having to learn from scratch, I call out “how to check someone’s wiki contributions and properly give them credit for it”. Now we have a document to help teach that and it has already made the process of awarding/promoting members much smoother for our younger leaders. It even includes nuggets of wisdom and gotchas to look out for.

Given all that you’ve done for Odan-Urr, it is my pleasure to recommend that Revak Kur receive an Amethyst Kukri for the exceptional work you’ve done. I couldn’t imagine a Summit without you.

Additional reasons

Leading from the front is a phrase often thrown around when leaders in the DB are concerned. In many cases it is simply a fact that House leaders are the ones doing the most to participate and, through their participation, motivate their House members to do the same. And that is no bad thing in our club. Revak is one of these “from the front” leaders, always doing more than he is expected to to motivate his members to engage with what the Club and Clan offers.

Revak’s tally is impressive since he has participated in 97 competitions since his last recognition, and organized 10. His participation and activity has put him at the top of the Clan’s activity roster every month and even won him several Scimitars of Hoth, our monthly competitions for the best and most active members. He has participated in the Great Jedi war in a huge way, won 27 Seals of Vision for his efforts, and helped out many of the newest members of our Clan (as well as some older ones), through telegram and mail, to engage with the, often intimidating, GJW competitions. His normal activity amounts to 60 Pve or PvP matches, 11 written fictions (altogether 9,227 words written), 11 SA courses passed, 2 SA degrees, 14 Crescents, 2 Pendants of Blood, 335 various Clusters and 1 seal of loyalty.

I would be remiss not to mention Revak’s work as Quaestor of our only House, Sunrider. As it is our only House, we are aware that the burden placed on Revak’s shoulders is immense and he has never let us down. Running the Vatali Unsettled storyline — a multi-chapter competition event which created and continues to create new and exciting internal factions, locations and character in our star system, provides members with hours of fun through various competitions, and furthers the Clan’s overall storyline onward — is just one of his successful projects. He has also participated in the reorganization and review of our Clan’s Possessions (fleets and army), and created a guide for our new leaders on Activity Assessment of members and when and how to give members rewards they deserve. He has either participated in or hosted 32 weekend community events with a total of 116 hours invested in either playing games, roleplaying or socializing with other Clan members.

As his Proconsul, as his colleague and team mate, who has worked with him since we were Battleteam Leaders together years ago, it is my honor to present him with this award. He has more than earned it. Congratulations!

Captain Morgan Sorenn, 2020-08-30 02:34:00 UTC

As I'm sure the others will be listing details of actual activity. Let me be one to give some insight on just what I think of Revak! But, in a good way as I have nothing negative to say about the guy. Since rejoining the Brotherhood and stepping into leadership for the first time, Revak has always been there for me and has been readily available to chat, even concerning personal matters. He is a cornerstone of this Clan and I couldn't imagine an Odan-Urr without him in it. When I see him, he is always offering advice and maintaining the quality community feel that we in leadership roles have been trying to push. He is a role-model of a human being and I'm honored to call him a friend. He is so deserving of this award because I know it will only help to motivate him further as we move into future greatness. Kudos! Revak, you're the man.

Ah, what can I say about Revak Kur? A friend, a mentor, and a pillar of the entire Clan. For as long as I’ve known him, Revak has been open, accommodating, and friendly. He’s helped me nail down the finer, more often overlooked parts of Leadership in the Brotherhood, and been a very patient teacher while doing so. Revak is always available whenever someone needs him, and is a crucial part of keeping Odan-Urr running as well as it does. Congratulations on your award!

Primary reason

What do you get the leader that has everything, but continues to do everything? James has consistently supported the office of Senechal for nearly an entire year. Improving the functionality of the community on Telegram with bots and support of the gaming community. While maintaining the site itself, he consistently responds to inquiries and fixing and answering questions on dossiers, changes in credit awarding and support of the possessions system, support of the voice staff on forms and CS related updates for characters. All while fighting off an endless wave after wave of spam bots intent on finding their way onto Clan rosters. As a member of the Dark Council he stepped up and provided additional functionality for communication of Great Jedi War scoring and format, and ran a series of competitions as well as improvements to the Great Jedi War format to display information for the membership. For all this great support since his last award, I recommend for James a Amethyst Kukri to add to his already impressive collection of medals. Congratulations!

Primary reason

Ciara has since her last award, stepped up her level of contribution to the Brotherhood. Over the past year taking on the role as Praetor to the Headmaster, and then seeing herself promoted to the role itself as Headmaster and member of the Dark Council. As well as several months working with the Chamber of Justice as the Left Hand of Justice during this same time frame.

As a member in Naga Sadow, while supporting the Headmaster, she participated in 70+ competitions between gaming, writing, and graphics, earning dozens of crescents and clusters. Grading exams and earning scrolls of foundation. During this same time frame she was a member of the Clan she organized a Shadow Feast for the Shadow Academy providing great opportunity for members.

When she became Headmaster just before the Great Jedi War, she was asked to jump in to be part of a team running a Vendetta. She stepped up easily and ran several competitions and provided feedback as part of the team. While her feedback has already been incredible on what future may lay ahead for the Shadow Academy, her efforts even in such a short time have been great.

For her incredible efforts as a member, and in support of the Shadow Academy as Praetor, and her efforts as Headmaster since during a vendetta, I recommend for Ciara an Amethyst Kukri. Congratulations!

Additional reasons

Ciara served as Left Hand of Justice for a brief but unusually busy three month term. During her time in the Chamber, she participated in two trials and provided cogent advice on a number of other matters. I relied on her careful, thoughtful approach to complex problems, and the members who she advised in her role as defense counsel benefited greatly from her tactful manner and genuine care in seeing them through a difficult time. I was sorry to see her depart to take on the mantle of Headmistress, but I am very happy today to lend my recommendation for this Amethyst Kukri. Congratulations, Ciara!

Primary reason

Selika has maintained the office of Herald for nearly an entire year. Managing the staff to create warbanners, custom graphics and the graphics society for the Brotherhood. He oversaw the release of wide range of Mandalorian graphics as well as all the dossier selectors as awards for members from Brotherhood wide events. He organized and graded six events in the most recent Great Jedi War and handled all grading and questions to a very successful event. Selika also contributed graphics and support for the overall event itself and the container. For all his work supporting his office as Herald, and his continued support as a member of the Dark Council and all that it does, I recommend Selika an Amethyst Kukri. Congratulations!

Primary reason

Bentre has been the Consul of Naga Sadow as well as the Wiki Tribune for eleven months now. Participating as a member, creating opportunities for members and managing the wiki which is a powerful and well used tool by our community.

While Consul, he participated in over 100 competitions, wrote thousands of words of fiction, while leading the Clan. He ran a 19 event major competition to drive the Clan’s fictional story forward at the start of this year. Followed by preparing his Clan for the Great Jedi War that just concluded. He maintained the fictional direction of the Clan and provided great communication to members while maintaining all the leadership positions on his Clan’s summit. Most recently he managed his Clan through Great Jedi War XIV Homefront and helped all his members make the most of the event.

For all his great leadership of Clan Naga Sadow, and his service to the Brotherhood as the Wiki Tribune. I recommend for Bentre an Amethyst Kukri. Congratulations!
