Ylith joined Arcona on February 1st, 2006. From the moment he set foot in this Clan, he has done more than anyone could ever ask. As a general member of the Clan, he really has no peer in terms of pure activity. Over the course of the month, Ylith has earned over 60 Cluster’s of Fire. The number of matches then for him to have reached that total is even more outstanding. He has participated in EVERY competition in both his House and in the Clan, winning or coming in the top 3 in just about everyone one of these competitions. The number of Crescent he has earned over the course of the month can attest to this fact, and shows not only his activity, but the time and effort he takes in his submissions. He can also be found on IRC constantly, as well as posting on the messageboard frequently, with his posts not being spam but actually contributing to the various topics. He has begun topics on both the main board and on the Arcona forum for the artists in the Dark Brotherhood to come together, show off their work and critique it. He also continues to submit to the Writer’s Corner and has been active in a couple of ACC matches over the course of the month.

If just his activity were taken into account, it should be more than enough to grant his this award. However, Ylith became the Aedile of Oriens Obscurum almost mid-way through February and has thrown himself into the role just as he does with his activity. He has written his reports; put together competitions and kept in contact with the members of the House. He has also taken it upon himself to help teach some of the newer members how to become better at Jedi Academy. He has also taken on a student, and has already helped her reach the rank of Guardian.

Ylith continues to grow into his role as Aedile, as is still the most active member of this Clan, earning his this award.

The month of February has been an extremely active time for Arcona in general. However, for such activity to blossom, it must start from it’s leadership and as Aedile of House Galeres, Archean has exemplified this aspect.

As a leader, Archean has more than fulfilled what has been required of him. As Aedile this past month, he was key in both coming up with competition ideas for the House as well as running them. He has also written his reports in a timely manner over the course of the month, keeping the House informed of current news as well as pushing the various competitions. He was instrumental in helping to re-organize the Battleteams in Galeres, getting them staffed and on their way. He is also a constant presence, both on IRC as well as on the messageboards, helping the various members of both Galeres and Arcona in general in any possible way he can.

His other “job” in Arcona is as the House Envoy for Galeres. There were a number of new recruits over the course of the month for the House, and Archean continues to do a superb job in that regard. He is prompt in welcome new members to both the House and Clan, and gets them whatever help that is needed. He has also taken on a Student, who has already been elevated a number of rank under his tutelage.

However, for all of the work he’s done for the Clan, Archean has still managed to be one of the most active members of the Clan as well. He has earned 33 Clusters of Fire this month alone, with the actual number of matches far exceeding that number. He has participated in a number of both Clan and House competitions, managing to place in the top 3 on a couple of them as well. And on top of that, he was also active within the ACC as well.

An active and caring leader is worth more than can be said. A leader who then not only does his duties, but is also a member who participates in competitions is more than one can ask for. Archean has shown his worth this month, and is deserving of this honour.
