I often think of one individual first. This man is often overlooked when it comes time to recognize the 'little man' or the 'hardest worker' in the Brotherhood. In fact, his last promotion was long overdue and took considerable time to be awarded - yet, Dakari did not falter or blame anyone for the delay. And today, it is my hope we can collectively recognize his efforts in the non-leadership aspect of the Brotherhood.
