Continuing the tradition established by Spears, I would like to award Ricco with a Steel Cross for his writing and grading of the new Force Philosophies exam. It was a long process, but Ricco stuck with it, worked hard, and contributed a course with great fictional details for the Brotherhood.
As EP of a fairly high volume exam, Menace has almost always graded the submissions quickly and efficiently. The only time he ran into trouble is when there was a glitch in the database, and he was not receiving the notification e-mails. THis problem has been fixed.
Odium just recently stepped down as EP of the ISET exam because he was advancing further in his house. During his time as the ISET EP, he consistently graded exams and handled this medium submission test quite well.
When I became Headmaster, I knew that it would be virtually impossible for me to function as the Knight Commander on top of the new duties I had. Siyavash applied for the position to replace me, and looking back, I see that it was a good choice.

Siya has taken the near random duties I had self-imposed on the KCB position and refined them. Her reports are in greater detail submitted more consistently than mine ever were. Where as I was more willing to let the clans run as they see fit, she has taken a more direct approach with the clans. Not seeking to override them, she instead is in the process of establishing some conformity across the Brotherhood, but still giving the clans plenty of free room.

Siya has worked effortlessly with the Envoys since taking over as KCB. She has worked invididually with clans, with individual envoys, and with me. Though she acknowledges that I do have a say over Envoy policy, she and I think along the same lines, and I feel comfortable with letting her work as she pleases.

Siya has grand plans for the Envoys, seeking to work on the fictional aspects of the Society, and expanding upon my initial moves to make the Envoys more like the few other socieities that exist. She doesn't let me forget about my role, constantly reminding me about things that need to get done. Siya was also instrumental in preparing the last Advancement Report for the Brotherhood. I imagine that in the next report, she will be doing most of the work on it.

Siya handles criticism well, is never short of ideas, and, perhaps most importantly, she works well with others. Of all Envoys, the Knight Commander must maintain the greatest balance between one's clan and service to the Brotherhood as a whole. And, on top of what she has done so far as KCB, and what I imagine will come in the future, Siya has taken on the role of an EP in the Shadow Academy as well.
