Since he became part of the KHP office, Esca has proven himself to be a great Praetor. He is constantly coming to me with his thoughts and ideas for things. He has been helping greatly with the ongoing projects of the office. He does things that I ask him to do in a quick fashion and he does it with a good amount of quality. I am proud to have Esca as my Praetor and I look forward to his continued service here in the KHP office.

Esca has been a great help with both the Rebirth and the Cataclysm work
by both spellchecking and grammar correcting and giving his ideas. He's
never too much for small routine work, and he's usually in time.
Working
with him is fun and inspiring. In the light of all his work, I believe
a
promotion for Esca would be in order.

Wow, I am not sure where to start with Esca. I think that this promotion has been steadily gaining ground for some time now and it has finally burst and come to fruition. Esca is probably one of the most DB-oriented people that I have met while in the Brotherhood. Always eager to help out wherever he can, Esca has held a great many positions within Plagueis and Clan Exar Kun before that, having performed each one to the best of his abilities, which, quite frankly, far exceed others best abilities.
Never one to turn away from a challenge, Esca continuously takes on project upon project, filling his plate again soon after emptying it. He has been on the Rebirth Task Force, editing documents and spreadsheets (which we all know can be VERY tiring); has served as the Praetor to the Krath High Priestess, Telona, doing a wide variety of jobs and tasks, many which hardly anyone sees, for her and the entire Krath Order; served as Aedile of House Exar Kun and doing wonderfully at it; and most recently, as my Proconsul.
Since taking the position of PCON, Esca has outlined his vision for the Clan, which is far reaching and very involved. I truly think that it takes a person of great vision and ability to do all that Esca does, and I only wish that there were some better way to reward him for his undying, unwavering dedication to his House and Clan. However, I know that this is something that will make do for the time being. This seemingly large promotion is honestly a small reward in comparison to all that Esca does on a daily basis for the Clan and the Brotherhood as a whole.
Congratulations, Esca. You have truly earned this. Wear your rank with pride, my brother.
