In the light of all the GJW activities following his resignation, I'd almost forgotten that Strategos deserved a reward for what he's done as Proconsul during Chapter One of the GJW. He was very busy in real life at the time, which forced him to resign later on, but he still managed to find as much time as possible to compete and encourage other members to do so as well. His leadership in Chapter One has really been very good, and it was one of the things which led to Arcona ultimately winning that Chapter. For his excellent service as my Proconsul during Chapter One of the War, I wish to reward Strategos with a Steel Cross. Congratulations, my friend.
