With an active staff and only moderate activity being generated, it is difficult to make a name for yourself on the ACC staff. Most times, staff members are forced to lay low and find solace in the everyday workings of the Centre until something grand comes along. Unfortunately, I cannot say that about Nekura. In this month alone, Nekura has administrated 16 battles, judged 5 and trained 4; putting himself in the top 3 for staff activity. If that were all, I'd still be ecstatic, but it isn't. Within days of his arrival he requested to be tasked with something, with an eagerness that I can truly relate to. There are many things that I could have given him, many things of note and prestige, but I didn't. Instead, I gave him the lowest, dirtiest, pain in the arse assignment: Scan the entirety of the ACC Roster; sift through all of the members who are Rogue from the DB and/or who are still Initiates that haven't qualified. While he was doing that, he was to find Initiates that weren't Rogue and mail them personally (each of them) with an invitation to Qualify or Train. All in all, Nekura had dealings (in one way or another) with over 200 members/dossiers on the ACC roster... he did it in 3 days.

He has a bright future on the staff and I can see that he will become one of my great assets. So, it is with humble thanks for his drive, perseverance and willingness to do whatever it takes for the Centre, that I recommend the Star of Antei to KAP Nekura Manji Keibatsu.
