He sent a personal mail to the rogues on the database (that's a LOT!), trying to recruit them, and we've already seen at least 3 new, established members join the clan from it. He works tirelessly coming up with new ideas, planning competitions, writing fiction, contacting the members, working with the summit on their own projects, and... well... so much more.
