Primary reason: Going into the multi-order shift, I knew that I would need a capable Sith Order member to help me guide the new House Gladius. Welshman fit the bill. He has been an active, consistent Aedile and member of this house. He has easily taken command of the house when I am away. He has helped me get two special, House Gladius only rewards projects fully operational (Letters of Commendation and a House Champion system). He has been an excellent person to consult and he has an eagerness to begin doing some of the in house things that we have discussed (as soon as all these other competitions clear up).

Welshman has taken the initiative to reward members when he sees fit. He is constantly in touch with the House, both via IRC and e-mail. He is one of the most active people in the House; serious about his job, but having fun with it, too. For his service as Aedile and skill and dedication he has shown, I can think of no greater reward than a promotion to Warmaster.

His thirst for knowledge has seen him complete an obscene amount of courses and this seems set to continue. As part of the Master Student Programme KPN Cuchulain set his relevant tasks, actually setting the tasks to be more difficult than actually stated on the Clan web-site and Dakari threw himself into it to complete all the tasks in startling time.
