Over the last 3 months, Demos has turned this House into the best Sith House in the DB at the moment. All House Oriens Obscurum BT made it into the next round of the SSLseason 2 under his guidence. Season 1 was won under his guidence. Normally this is done by his BT but I think his enthousiasm and constant reminders have helped these BT to achieve this. He does his weekly reports in time, is online daily talking to Clan and House members, writes numerous emails a week to motivate his people and has created a training manual for HOO Sith. He also comments frequently on topics concerning the whole Sith Order. He also has held a lot of competitions and has participated himself in Clan Competitions. He has done this wihtout the help of an AED for most of the time he is QUA now.

Over the past 6 months, dagger has won 15 competitions in JK2 tournaments and some 2nd and 3rd places. Also, he won 50(!) CF in the past 3 months and a total of 150 in 7. Since he joined the DB, he is on IRC almost daily, talking to other members in House Galeres and Clan Arcona. he also writes activity-boosting emails to his House members, thereby helping his QUA.

This member has always been active, but in the last month his activity has been stagering. He competes in each competition, and always comes away with a fist full of CFs. I would like him to be recognized for his high activity and skill.
