I have to say, Rekio Corsair is possibly one of the two best people I have ever teamed with as a Summit. I do believe that Tarentum has come this far, because he is dedicated to her, loyal to her, and more concerned about the Clan's welfare and progression, than his own.

I also know that he gives everything he can, and he gives it as soon as he can. His efforts may not always come in the first moments of any endeavor, but it's not because he doesn't care. When school has him mobbed, Rekio will often stay up late to complete tasks, and he's always trying to make sure the Clan, and her reputation, stay in peak shape.

Rekio has only been a Warlord for about 4 months, but I think it would be unfair to hold him there any longer. He seeks dedication from everyone around him, including myself. He is often my motivation, because he makes sure that I remember what our goals are, and what the Clan needs. The two of us have had an awesome run together, and I have no doubt in my mind that he will likely be the one to succeed me once Tarentum is no longer mine to serve. Rekio truly is one of Tarentum's greatest, and I think I speak for the whole Clan when I say, Tarentum believes in Rekio Corsair, and Tarentum thanks Rekio for all he has done. And truly, Tarentum believes Rekio is fitting for the honored rank of Overlord.

Well done Rekio. It's been a pleasure serving with you, and a pleasure watching you come to this point.

For service above and beyond the call of duty, for consistent activity, participation and excellence in competitions, for developing her skills in writing, for being present on IRC, egroups and the message boards, for assistance to the House and Quaestor, for training a new Apprentice and running a Phyle with dedication and finesse, it is my oppinion that Cipher is ready to join the ranks of the Krath proper. She is a consumat scholar, loyal worker and good friend, always prepared to diffuse a hostile situation, and always behaving in a professional, polite fashion.
