I truly hope that, one day, Pyralis will return to Tarentum as a brother, but he will always be known as a friend to myself, and to many within our Clan. Pyralis was more active than many on IRC, but one of the greatest gifts he gave to the Clan was his presence, and his great talents. He designed the website for the Phyle he was a an asset to, the Keepers of the Night, and did an astounding job with it. To be quite honest, I think I subconsciously took this long to reward him because I didn't want to admit he was gone. Pyralis, I apologize that it took this long, but know that you are truly my friend, I truly appreciated your service, and I am sorry to have to see you go. During my absence he built the house up and got every one situated to where they wanted to be. He put in a SGT that has been doing a great job holding the Battleteam together. He has done more than i can imagine in the time i have been here. I realize that it has been hard, at times, to find the motivation, and I've talked with Jason, and he knows his situation at this point, but in the end, he's been trying to keep on, and not give up. I think as he puts more of himself into this, and remembers that it's not for himself, but for the House, he'll begin to reap the rewards that mean more than any medal or promotion. I'd ask and advise you never to forget that, Jason, for as we realize that we're serving others, and providing them with enjoyment, we'll see the real benefits of being a leader. Sildrin is one of the longest standing members of Naga Sadow and one whose aquaintance it has been a pleasure for me to both know and work with over the last few years. She has shown one of the greatest traits that I know of, loyalty and devotion to house and clan always willing to help newer members, in her time in CNS she has gone rogue twice with good reasons and each time come home to the clan. She has done a great deal of work in designing websites for both the DB and the clan during her membership always delivering an excellent standard of work. Unfortunately due to her being rogue during the split with the EH it is difficult to judge except with memory how long she has held her current rank, which to my knowledge is nearly two years hence she has been overlooked regarding promotions. This is something I now hope to rectify with this recc and see that she is rewarded for her service to this clan.
