It's not been long since I last awarded Sofila. Frighteningly little time, actually, yet here we are with an absolute KARK tonne from ARC's punchiest Mirilian. Despite all the hurdles and shenangins and Blitz being Blitz thrown her way, Sof or Jenni as we more so call her, has been a anchor of the clan. For once I'm not going to do the numbers first!
On moving up from AED, Sofila took Doon into the position, training him on the reporting done for the House at large and then helping with the spreadsheet editing to make that information better for the credit pull system recently reinstated. Alongside that, she hired and trained Alex Draconic more known as Bograt. She took a dusty old man and got him to a position where now he's leading the House in her stead with confidence and no squeaky wheels. She completed 3 Medal reccs as well as doing 2 people's EQ 2 recommendations, supporting 7 more medal reccs and another 4 promotions. She has been an extremely communicative, responsible and stalwhart leader in HQD, be it handling members and ensurnig she knew what each of them liked, wanted and needed from their leaders, to creating the new house plot solo. All of this, while still regularly outputting reports and keeping people informed.
Not that Jenni's efforts were limited just to leadership, afterall she created the wiki page for Discord Trivia herself, ensuring that it was thoroughly informative and making Trivia comps accessible to anyone who desires to give it a shot. She also updated the Port Ol'Val timeline and Voidbreaker II's roster on their pages and created the Siren air squadron page from scratch, not only creating lore but creating a space for several Arconan members to colloborate and have a shared sense of unity together. Because that's what Jenni is all about, bringing people together and being a beating heart for this community. She has spent hours dedicating her time to her members, and to members outside the brotherhood. You can see that every day when the powers that be aren't nerfing her so she doesn't take over the world.
Finally, to her numbers. Jenni has organised 18 competitions, co-organising 1 more. She has participated in 187 comps, 41 of which containers. In doing so she has earned 6 Crescents with Diamond Stars, 11 Ruby, 7 Amethyst, 15 Sapphire, 7 Emerald, 8 Topaz and 8 Quartz. Across 39 Fiction activities and 3 ACC battles Jenni harvested 124 Clusters of Ice and over 44 Gaming activities there is 336 Clusters of Fire burning a hole in her pocket. She's also earned 3 Dark Side Scrolls and 12 Clusters of Graphite, and just throw some extra in there did a tactical SA exam to gain her one more Degree. All this earned Jenni 5 more Society Rank ups and 872,570 Credits for Clan Arcona.
Those numbers of course are nothing in comparison to the effect Jenni has on our little community, as well as the community of the Brotherhood at large. I couldn't be happier to grant her this Ruby Scepter. Bonk away Jenni, just be gentle with me.

JENNI!
Our illustrious recently-retired boss lady deserves the highest awards this club can give if only for having to put up with my dumb behind.
Jenni has been an invaluable part of House Qel-Droma, Clan Arcona, and the Brotherhood for a longer than I've been back in the club, and is a constant and appreciated presence in all of our social areas.
When I first came back after a 20 year absence, there was hardly anyone I knew or recognized, but Jenni immediately made me feel welcomed and back at home in House Qel-Droma without even a second thought. It's just the way she is. She's always been in-touch with what's going on with everyone around her, and even when she's dealing with tough stuff herself has been a sympathetic ear when anyone was having trouble.
Though she's had to step back from her leadership duties, I have no doubt that she'll continue to be an active and helpful presence around the club, and a great friend.
Bograt, 2024-10-05 18:20:37 UTC
Behold our lady of dodging bullets, orbit jumping, and the embodiment of the internet’s collection of angry cat memes! Thou who puts the rage in seagull. I ran out of memes to try to quote but not out of praise. Sofila, or Jenni as we all love and know her by, is one of the most open, inclusive, fun-loving and caring member in the Brotherhood. I would say ‘clan’ but I feel her reach and influence does and has always transcended the borders defining units. She has always engaged with everyone and has been invested in the community the Brotherhood strives to build and foster from day one, which was something that clearly she strived to do as leader and accomplished.
Even with real life putting her through the wringer, Jenni always took time out of her day to engage with her members and get to know them and their characters intimately. She learned their interests and helped encourage them to chase them by aiding them with soundboard ideas or nudging comps and rps at them. She worked hard and diligently on the Umbra Ferrum event she ran for Qel-Droma. As a leader, Jenni ensured her unit was always kept in the know with timely reports and that they felt awarded and recognized for their activity via properly due awards and promotions, and a monthly leaderboard. Jenni even organized a group of us with pilot characters in Arcona to populate some life into one of our possession units, the Siren Squadron. As one of the members who was involved with that, I can whole-heartedly say it was a ton of fun even if short lived as many of the characters have moved on to new positions and duties now. The fact Jenni even created us a wiki was tremendous!
I need to learn more vocabulary because I just can’t pin down exactly what makes Jenni great in words. I am so glad you have found your way to the Brotherhood and I got a chance to meet you. Truthfully, I have always felt comfortable talking to you and hell, even anxious but the type of anxious I feel when I just get so hyped to want to befriend someone. A happy silly anxiety that’s worth it. You’re a fantastic person to get to know.
Thank you, Jenni, for everything you have done for Arcona, for House Qel-Droma, and just the Brotherhood whole. We greatly appreciate all of it and hope you get some time to relax and enjoy yourself. Sending well wishes and looking forward to the future as we nod to your past and present.Congratulations on the new stabby! May the stars guide your path!

Since his last medal, Kam has continued to serve with distinction as Justicar. He contributes to most DC discussions, helps DCers formulate policy changes (such as our shifting policies on AI use), and has assisted Consuls with mediation and counseling of disruptive members. He also keeps the CoJ running like clockwork, investigating complaints including one of the largest in the history of this club, which involved reviewing dozens of competition and running them through multiple AI detectors--a delicate and time consuming undertaking.
He has also maintained a high level of personal activity, participating in 89 competitions, winning eight Cr-Ds and eight Cr-Rs along with a smattering of other crescents and clusters. Thank you, Other Mav!

Mal has been on a tear in the Herald office, working with his staff to turn out dozens of extremely high quality custom images from robes, to weapons, to new possessions art. His team-based approach to the workflow has paid dividends, helping to keep the queue moving at a good pace, and has also taken the time to help teach his staff new techniques. His personal contributions have included:
- 2 team robes (Shading)
- 2 solo weapons
- 3 accessories (5 variants each)
- 11 possessions
- 4 site graphics requests
- Generated 35 individual images overall
In consultation with the DC and JST, he also made important changes to graphics competition rules to prohibit the use of AI in any cluster-awarding competition.
Most significantly, though, was his just-launched revamp of the Shroud Society which includes changes to graphics competition difficulty levels, increases to cluster awards across the board, and a corresponding increase in society points required to advance. This project was the work of several months, requiring a careful look at the numbers to ensure we don't over- or undershoot the ideal progression rate.
Thanks, oh Bearded One, and congratulations!

CSP's own little ball of chaotic witchy pyromaniac. Rayne.
I have had the extreme pleasure of watching Rayne operate within CSP for the last 3 years. She has been nothing short of a shining star for the Clan. Rayne leads by example. She is omnipresent and supportive of the clan like no other person. She bleeds CSP.
Her participation numbers are second to none. Since her last medal she has run 1 competition, participated in 63 competitions, earning 22 crescents, a handful of clusters and a seal of loyalty, and ranked up in one society. Look back through the last 18 months and those numbers get absolutely gigantic. Her consistency is what really impresses me. Rayne has been one of the most reliable and constant members in all of CSP history. She deserves to be recognized for that alone.
What the site doesn't show is everything else she's done in her official roles within the Clan Summit. Rayne has been my right hand as PCON for 8 months. In that time, she has really stepped up into her role. Everything that happens in CSP Rayne has a say in. She has been an absolute sponge soaking up all the information that I can pass to her.
She has helped me in every single capacity that a PCON can. She helps run competitions with the QUAs. She guides the summit and contributes to every conversation. Beyond this, she's recently taken on a major project, remapping and fancying up Seraph, the Homeworld of CSP. This project involves the rewriting of political, geographic, and other aspects of the planet. She’s developed over 10 additional landmarks and has already updated the previous political breakdown to the past history of the Caperion system. This update has been needed for well over a year and if it weren't for Rayne taking it on, it wouldn’t have been done. She's shared updated maps with the Clan, and even taken to asking people where they live on the map.
Rayne has also been my sounding board and editor for all of the Clan fictions that have been published in the last year. She has personally reviewed everything and sent the details back to me with markups and suggestions. That is at least 4 publications reviewed prior to release. Beyond that, Rayne has curated a list of Mobile Friendly Games and activities that have been included in our past Clan level events. At her suggestion, we have begun to include more of these mobile friendly games in our activities and we’ve seen an increase in numbers there. The list is maintained on the CSP leadership Google drive allowing access from all leaders.
Rayne maintains our wiki pages, updating them where necessary. This is a project that she has been working on since she was QUA. She’s updated numerous pages, cleaned up our categories and Rayne has worked as my official sounding board for all ideas that I have. Beyond that, she has helped me to develop the model that we use to run CSPs day to day activities. Rayne also assisted the Clan in the development of several social media sites. While they are underused, the development of these social media profiles is part of an ongoing plan for recruitment and retention. She routinely monitors our members' activity logs and recommends the appropriate awarding actions. To put it plainly, I could not accomplish anything in CSP without Rayne's help
Prior to her time as PCON, Rayne served 7 months as QUA. In her time as QUA she contributed with the same vigor that she does as Proconsul. Most of her awards during this tenure were based solely on the XP she earned from the veritable hailstorm of activity that she was doing at the time. However, this is a great opportunity to acknowledge that her contributions as QUA did not go unnoticed. All of the work that was put in as QUA that went under-awarded did not phase her. She kept doing what needed to be done. During her time as QUA, she was the first to promote our activities, developed an idea for a CSP Clan Fiction Chat, where members can discuss their characters, undertook the wiki cleanup project, There is a reason that Rayne is where she is today: Her hard work and dedication to CSP.
Rayne is not only an excellent role model for the Clan, she is the future of CSP's leadership. She has learned everything there is to know about how to run our Clan and I look forward to the day where I can pass over the throne to her. CSP would not be the same without having Rayne in it. Keep up the fantastic work. Drinks are on you!

Rayne has consistently served as a beacon of inspiration for our newer members, demonstrating thoughtfulness in her actions and remarkable patience with individuals who may not have always merited such grace.
In her role as Proconsul, Rayne has been a pillar of support for me, Kah’ri Marru, throughout my tenure as Quaestor of House Acclivis Draco. Prior to this, she served alongside me as Quaestor of House Caliburnus, exhibiting the level of dedication and commitment to the clan and its members that is essential in clan leadership.
What I particularly admire about Rayne is her nurturing spirit. She has taken several members under her wing, fostering engagement and encouraging everyone to excel in their chosen paths. Her innovative creation of the Imperial Development Channel has proven to be a valuable resource, aiding numerous members in weaving thoughtful narratives into their character’s stories. While I may no longer have direct access to her activity assessment, I am confident that her quantifiable achievements, as covered by Thran, stand as testament to this. Some of my most cherished memories from my three and a half years in this club involve Rayne’s contributions.
Rayne’s participation in virtually every clan-hosted RP is commendable (and memorable). She actively seeks to enhance the character development of others, reinforcing her role as a mentor within our community.
Much of Rayne’s past may be known only to Pepperidge Farm (likely by design lol), but one thing is certain: Rayne’s journey is far from over. She is truly deserving of this recognition, and I wholeheartedly endorse her for this award! Congrats, Rayne! You definitely deserve it!
Imperial Kah’ri Marru, 2024-07-14 21:23:50 UTC
Sniff, sniff Do you smell that? It smells like someone's burning, and that can only mean one thing... Someone's getting recognized! Of course, we're not talking about just anybody: We are talking about the very heart and soul of fire herself that burns within Clan Scholae Palatinae.
Through the years(and especially in the few short one's that I've had the pleasure of knowing her), Rayne has not only been an ever present member in the Brotherhood, but a treasured friend to so many, including myself. The list of her achievements and accolades continues to grow everyday, which is a feat of itself in more ways than one, but the thing that has always been admirable to me about her is the heart behind it all:
The Brotherhood is a community of fun loving people who, perhaps at first, came together to share in their common interest of Star Wars, but stayed together because of the friends they made here, and I can think of no better embodiment of that spirit than Rayne. She is supportive, caring, bold, and maaayybee a little crazy :p, but even more than that, she represents the best of us, and I think I speak for more than myself when I say that CSP and the Brotherhood as a whole would not be the same without her.
Here's to you, Rayne! May the flames of your success burn as bright as you do!

There's not a whole lot I can say to describe you, Jafits, but your history presents you well. A tireless warden, a man who has watched over Clan Odan-Urr for years, who served throughout where you were needed, and maintained a tireless efficiency. You've been a welcome and active member of our roster throughout my term and well before. You've been an inspiration for me, to say the least, to continue pushing forward and remaining active, despite it all even when I don't have too much to say. Your dedication to turning up and turning out is one of the elements that has shown me, no matter what, that life resided in Odan-Urr, waiting to be nurtured back.

Jafits is one of those rare few who, when it comes time for any award in Clan Odan-Urr, you will know he is on the list. I lost count of just how many times I gave him awards, from the fun stabby kind to the ones with gemstones, and each them was always earned many times over. As an unending wellspring of activity, as an essential member of the clan, and as a good friend, I second that Jafits be awarded this Ruby Scepter.
Tarvitz, 2024-07-03 20:52:15 UTC
Jafits Skrumm is someone I’ve had the chance to work with as part of Odan-Urr and gamed with for years now, especially in and around the Heroes of the Storm community. Always ready to jump in, always willing to work with new members to learn the game and get into it. Though not often connected via Voice chat he is a constant presence in that arena.
Congratulations on your award Jafits, well deserved!

The Hothfather himself, a man who has served positions all throughout Odan-Urr, alongside the Council, and trained many others who have helped to continue the spirit of Urr. Your exploits are, however, the kind which I can only begin to regale, having, myself, been gone throughout some of your more prominent postings, and not yet a member during others, but I can attest that since you've returned to Odan-Urr your presence has undoubtedly been felt. Between the sheer volume of competition participation and the levels of gaming submissions, you have been a force to reckon with. You've smashed into our leaderboards and shown through your actions that you were ready to put our names among the top competitors throughout The Brotherhood once again. As we've leaned into a historical bent, referencing old factions and restoring House Hoth, you've thrown yourself around and offered insightful inputs, helping solidify the future plans and routes for the Clan. I can certainly say I've been glad of your renewed presence and the impact it has had.

You know, I really shouldn't be surprised to hear that Edgar of all people is up for another large award. You turn your back on this guy for five minutes and he will have another 1200 clusters of fire spilling out of his pockets.
You have easily earned this red cane you can wave at them youngsters who walk on your lawn. Thank you for everything you have done old friend.
Padawan Tisto Kingang, 2024-07-03 17:53:30 UTC
When a member earns enough clusters of fire to drown someone in, you know they are someone great. When they do this and remain an eternally welcoming and great addition to a clan's community, you know they are someone exceptional. Having departed and returned many times since I joined the Brotherhood, Edgar has been a constant presence throughout Clan Odan-Urr's history. A mind behind the creation of House Hoth (lately revived once more), a member with multiple apprentices who have earned the rank of elder or joined the Summit themselves, and a major powerhouse behind our gaming events; Edgar has served the clan in more ways than can be counted.
So, I third the nomination that Edgar Drachen be granted a Ruby Sceptre. May it be the first of many to add to his collection.

Erin has thrown herself into her dual roles of Emissary and M:SCL, working to develop a recruiting messaging strategy, ensuring regular social media postings, redesigning our recruitment rewards system, co-writing and releasing the first member newsletter, and working with other DCers to develop XP values for regular site-based staff work. On the SCL side, she has worked wonders with our data reports, continuing to develop new reports and make the existing ones more useful--not to mention taking on the time consuming but important task of organizing, analyzing, and sharing the data with the DC and CONs--but her greatest accomplishment was taking the lead on coding the new ACC judging system, which all told took 80+ hours of work over several months and has allowed us to finally roll out the second half of the revamped ACC society.
On top of all of this, Erin has been a regular and vocal participant in DC discussions, often yelling at Howie so I don't have to. Thanks and congratulations!

Erin rolled in, took a lot at my insane rambling from the past twoish years on the ACC Judging system, and rocked it hard to get it functional and out the door. This massive coding accomplishment meant we could finally launch the Judgement half of the ACC supplemental society, and that I could finally stop scoring every single ACC match that came through the door. When inevitable hiccups arrived post-launch, Erin was quick to jump on them and get them fixed. She was the one who wrote up the notes for how the new system worked, along with taking the needed screenshots to teach the members how to use the new ACC Judging system. These notes were used directly by Arch for the “qualification” exam. While there is still more to be done, getting the ACC to this state has been a long time coming and Erin knocked it out of the park.
Lord Idris Adenn, 2024-06-28 20:39:21 UTC
It's been nice to see Erin's efforts since coming into the DC fold. Nice, in the sense that the enthusiasm is infectious. Terrible in the sense that I keep...getting...pinged.
But notifications can be muted!
There is always an ongoing discussion towards the betterment of the club when it comes to Erin and not just in ideation, but implementation. Having the ability to code and work with James to share the work is an immeasurable boon to us all. That means Erin can help bump up other DC members' projects while also advancing her own. This can be seen with the revamped ACC work (both judging and society) and with the data reports being pushed out to even the Consuls.
Thank you so much for taking a realistic approach to yourself and the club, Erin. You've greatly benefited from it. Almost as much as we have.
Darth Renatus, 2024-07-03 01:10:57 UTC
Since her previous recognition, Erinyes has made several contributions to the site's codebase, of which the implementation of the ACC Judging Queue and the Approval Data Report are the most notable. Erinyes proactively took the lead on these projects, which not only involved putting in close to a hundred hours of coding time, but also included tasks like planning, communicating with primary stakeholders, facilitating documentation, and keeping an eye on everything when features eventually went live. Thank you for everything, and congratulations!

Zuji, Diy, the Goat, Flyndt... A m'they'dy of many names, titles and abilities. I'm going to zip us through the statistics of Zuji's antics since their last award last November. In this time Zuji has participated in a whopping 172 competitions, only 34 of which were containers. They also organised 1 comp, and co-organised 10 with me for the Gods, We Dine in Brimstone event. This earned them 38 Crescents, 2 of Diamond, 7 Ruby, 11 Amethyst, 9 Sapphire, 5 Emerald, 3 Topaz and 1 Quartz. Zuji has also participated in 32 gaming activities, earning 203 clusters of fire, along side 34 clusters of graphite and another 32 Fiction activities. These include 7 typical fictions, 22 participant roleplays and 2 DM'ed sessions, all coming together for a total 83 Clusters of Ice for 48,406 words written just in the last 7 months. That's INSANE. Though of course it doesn't cover everything as Zuji hit up the Shadow Academy recently, passing 17 courses for 3 additional degrees with all of their effort combined leading to a rank up in both roleplay socieities, 1 in the Shroud and 1 more in the Collegium itself. This activity has earned 679,620 credits for Clan Arcona.
But to speak only on Zuji's abilities to make the site weep as they complete puzzles on their phone, would be to miss out on the most important aspects of them.
For the last four months Zuji has been my Proconsul. It was a difficult decision to make at the time and I'm sure there's a few people who were sick of hearing me pondering it by the time the decision was made. I made the right decision, and that is proven every single day. They are constantly on the ball helping with members, whether its in the server channels or in dms you can count on Zuji to be there. They have been the back bone of the successful Arc-Announcements channel and there's been more than one time where I've dropped news personally and still been beaten out on getting it in the channel before they do. Zuj has also been pushing for reminders of recent conversations in our summit channel and its been invaluable. Sometimes conversations are quite long and their effort to ensure that a TLDR with the prominent talking points highlighted is provided has been vital for the summit. All this while being on the front lines of encouragment, knowing the members well enough to know what to throw their way in a lovely tactical manner.
And this is just what can be seen in our channels. Only myself and Atty can attest to how important Zuji was to the running of the Gods event. They wrote a huge chunk of all the event fictions, being the live soundboard for all the ideas. Originally the event was supposed to be 3 more entire events, with Tiexsema coming to light later on in the series. Zuji was an integral part of the conversations that managed to not just compress the event into what it became, but making my haphazard display of ideas into a flowing narrative. While I made spreadsheets for grading, they worked on making a physical map with the locations of the event pinpointed and the environmental effects so the membership would have a better mental view of what they were facing.
Not that this even covers everything, even now we have nights where we spend hours discussing Arcona's fictional future and the angles we might take. What the future holds and the plans for it. They've been a huge support to me, directly as we've introduced new structural changes and how best to trial and implement them. They were there for me, the summit and the clan as a whole back in January. From proofreading my announcements to the clan, to helping settle my anxiety and that of others, while also actively stepping up to make sure the correct information was being shared, they were a huge part of why things went so smoothly. When it comes to reports, Zuji has been pulling the competition and news hauls without even being asked, and we've settled into a fairly even split with it just naturally. They're also consistently looking for ways to get others non-site xp, looking into others who might be able to do those sweeps and get experience in the formatting and process of report writing even before they're considering leadership.
More recently, Zuji has been on the lead for the Award Sweep this quarter. Real life has stolen some time from me and I've not been worried for a moment because I know that Zuji is not only able, but proactive and willing to step up and ensure that with my limited time we can get it done and make sure our members get the best we can give them. And not to make this too long, but their efforts haven't been restricted to just within Arcona. Zuji regularly interacts and encourages members outside of the clan, and even has been noted stepping up as player in a roleplay beyond expectations. To quote Anders:
"Diy here has been aiding me with Immortal Sith Part 2.5. Even as a participant, they kept up to speed with all the RP scores, hit points, and rolls, making life a lot easier for both myself as the DM and their fellow participants."
This RP went on for months and while I wasn't in it, I've been in the same series of rps for part 2 and 3 and witnessed the organisation, level-headedness, improvisation and overall awesomeness you need. It's hours of effort, dedicated note taking and clear, kind communication that they weren't even asked to do. They just stepped up to help and honestly that alone, is the makings of greatness in this club.
Zuji. I may have surpassed you in rank and become the master, but I won't ever pass you in the impact, dedication and love you have put into this community.

Zujenia/Diy has been one of the most all-around reliable, wonderful people in this club since they joined. A constant source of inspiration and always fun to roleplay or write with. A good friend, a good writer, and a good clanmate, the Cake deserves this and so much more!

I've known Zuji for a while now, I think ever since I was a Knight, and not once has their bright and helpful personality shone through like a bright light in stormy weather.
I wanted to take the opportunity to expand on how Zuji helped me most recently. I know Zuza said a few words. Recently, I have been running a series of RP's called Immortal Sith where I refuse to make life easy for myself in various ways in regards to rules etc, member characters hit points, story beats etc etc.
This us where Zuji came in. They were a participant in Immortal Sith 2.5 and about half way through, keeping track of dice rolls, hit points, and the scores throughout the story was beginning to be a logistical nightmare of my own creation. Zuji stepped in and organised, unprompted, the dice rolls and hit points, regularly keeling myself, and her fellow participants, on track and up to date.
It might not sound like much, but honestly, the whole reason that RP finished as smooth as it did was thanks to Zuji. They pretty much became my unofficial Co-DM for no other reason than they wanted to help.
Zuji is legit a delight to be around, work with, chat with, laugh with. I highly recommend anyone who gets the opportunity to work with Zuji to just do it. You won't be disappointed. Congratulations on your green stabby!

My'they'dy, or Diy to the dossier, is a sir/they/goat of many talents, as many others here will tell you. I have extolled in the past of their reliability as one of our most levelheaded and critically kind members, the one that, if you disappointed them, you truly knew you were in the wrong. They are always as fair and just as possible, and take every concern as a summit member, advisor, member, and friend to care for and respect others, to help anyone, to provide information and organization and to recognize others. If someone is feeling unheard, unseen, unappreciated -- they will be the one to say I'm sorry, to say thank you, to show care. They make a deliberate effort to slow down and pay that attention and time and let people know they matter and they are important when they may be feeling their absolute weakest and smallest. I know in these last six months Zuji has been my hero to me so many times over. And the greatest part is they're there to do that for all others in the Brotherhood too.
I'm so grateful for you. We all are. Thank you.
