CNS is a hard clan to lead, let alone almost lead to victory. Manesh has done his job as Consul most admirably, and deserves our thanks and recognition.<br>
<br>
Since he first stepped into the linelight as Proconsul, Manesh has stood out as a member that knows what it means to serve. He is dedicated to his clan and too his members through and through. He has encouraged them to better themselves and make CNS a powerful force in the DB. As such, he led the Clan to the close finish with Taldryan in the GJW. It was a comeback to remember, and Manesh can be credited with a lot of that.<br>
<br>
Beyond the GJW, Manesh has hard to work through a lot of conflicts that no person should have to. He's weathered the storms that come with being a Consul. He's helped to find happy mediums between members in a politically charged atmosphere. I can attest to the fact that dealing with problems like that is draining and just makes you want to leave your computer. Manesh has stayed strong, though. He's worked with his members to try and find compromise and has tried to hold the different parties together. It's not an easy job to do, but someone has to. Manesh has been the go-to guy, and his courgage in this area is appreciated.<br>
<br>
While this is all going on, Manesh has even eorked to continue with normal activity and projects in the clan. His efforts will be felt in full as CNS continues to grow as a dominating force in the Brotherhood.<br>
<br>
Thank you for your hard work and dedication, Manesh.<br>

<br>
-----------------<br>
<br>
I am pleased to be writing this recc for Manesh. After all he has done, tirelessly working throughout the GJW, and focusing his efforts on improving the clan, and keeping them motivated the entire time, I can't not reccomend him for an award. I haven't seen someone who refuses to get involved in the political stuff, and the negativity, and still work so hard, in a very long time - but he does it, over and over again. Manesh has earned the award, for his many long years of service, and his efforts on behalf of the clan. Thank you for all that you have done, and all that you continue to do, Manesh. Without your efforts, we would not have earned a very close 2nd place in the GJW. ~ Kat Pridemore, PCON of Naga Sadow<br>
<br>
-----------------<br>
If it weren't for Manesh, I probably wouldn't have done anything more than a few events for this GJW. It's not that I had anything against it, it's just that I am a very unmotivated person lately (hence the retirement). Of all of the events that I participated in, Manesh was the reason that I took part in more than half of them. If it wasn't for his nagging (and by nagging I mean motivational speeches, freakouts and his privately begging me to do something on IRC) I wouldn't have done most of what I did. He got me to install JA and play several matches of that, along with the poetry event (I hate poetry, can't write it to save my life), and I even played pinball. Manesh is a superb leader for CNS and any reward for his actions, his motivation and his event participation, is well earned.<br>

------------------------<br>
<br>
Manesh Sadow has been Consul of Clan Naga Sadow for nearly two months and before that Pro Consul. He has worked hard to try and normalise the Clan following recent upheaval caused by several Summit members leaving including his predecessor and a recent marked improvement in activity and member satisfaction can be partly attributed to this.. <br>
At a time when there have been stirrings from some of the more militant and opinionated members in the Clan, Manesh has done his best to resolve issues and continue to work hard to improve the Clan despite this.<br>
<br>
His leadership of the Clan during the Great Jedi War was impressive, both by example participating in most of the events and accumulating one of the highest scores in the Clan, and also by motivating his members with a stream of regular emails informing them of scores and ongoing events and encouraging as many as possible to take part.<br>
He also maintained spreadsheets of individual results and designed a fair and simple award system based on participation and scores to simplify the medals and promotions at the end.<br>
<br>
For all of this I believe Manesh Sadow is deserving of recognition for his efforts.<br>

On behalf of DA Dalthid:<br>
<br>
For 1 year and 7 months KE Nekura Manji Keibatsu has been a member of the ACC staff, nay, more than a member...a "staple". His time has been spent in the Training realm of our platform, guiding the newer members and those who need to qualify with a superb effort that is barely measured by numbers. With over 130 Training and Qualification battles on record, the Epis has performed like a staunch professional. Rarely (in comparison) will an INI re-Qualify with the same Trainer, that is a situation found more in Training battles due to the comfort of having already engaged with a specific staff member. With that being the case, it is safe to say that Nekura is responsible for the Training and Qualification of over 100 members of the Centre (easily); 100 members of our club...100 individuals...that impresses me to no end. I can barely count the "staff greats" on two hands - and Nekura is one of them. Of those who are and who have been, the Epis can easily take his place amongst the best. His drive and willingness to instruct make him an asset to the Centre and to the Club as a whole. His dedication to his Clan is remarkable, that is not a secret to anyone, but the fact that he lends the same passion to his efforts in the ACC is amazing - especially when so many trade one for the other. His exceptional (and often thankless) dedication to this aspect of the Brotherhood and the selflessness by which he serves are traits that should exist in everyone who chooses a role of this kind and scope. As always, when honoring a member, there is no way to fully express my thanks or the respect I have for them and their efforts. Nevertheless, it is with the utmost appreciation that I recommend KE Nekura Manji Keibatsu for the Amethyst Kukri. <br>

DJM Alanna Taldrya has been recognized by her fellow Clan members for her amazing work in Clan Taldryan since her return more than a year ago after stepping down from KHP. Most of her time back has been serving as House Ektrosis Envoy. For all her work in the Clan we request an Amethyst Kukri (AK) be awarded.<br>
--------------------<br>
<br>
<br>
There is little that can be said to describe Alanna and her role in our Clan besides she is one of kind and a true leader in every sense of the word. Alanna rejoined Taldryan last year after stepping down from the position of Krath High Priestess. Not too long after that she began working with the new members of House Ektrosis. Alanna has done a remarkable job just in the last 5 months or so making Ektrosis the leading House in the Clan with active new members, bringing the entire House to a much higher activity status. She is so much more than a simply email sender, she is an Envoy that helps any member with whatever they need, step-by-step, one rank up at a time. Alanna doesn't want to be considered leadership or part of any Summit just as Envoy, but she deserves recognition for all that hard work. In my mind she is right beside the rest of us, even more so at times.<br>
<br>
There is another great thing about Alanna that must be mentioned. Whenever we hit a major event like the recent Clan Feud and the current Great Jedi War, she steps up not only to participate in whatever possible, but also to guide and direct the members through it all. Alanna doesn't have to think about doing this, it's just who she is. She is a caring, supportive, and loyal member and deserving of our respect and appreciation. For all here time as Envoy, and her excellent performance in the Great Jedi War so far (top 10 in points), I recommend she be publicly rewarded for it. Congratulations Alanna! <3<br>

Alanna is one of the most hardworking people I have worked with. In her job as Envoy, she is in contact with countless numbers of new recruits. I have personally witnessed Alanna welcoming new members on IRC more than once, and I know she is in contact through email to all of the recent arrivals to Ektrosis. Welcoming new members isn't the only part of an Envoy's work, however. Working with the rest of the Clan Summit, Alanna has been instrumental in tweaking the Ektrosis promotion guide. In addition to all her work as Envoy, Alanna has lead by example in this recent GJW, holding on to an MVP spot for multiple weeks. For all her hard work, Alanna deserves some thanks.<br>

Alanna is great. No two ways around it. It has been nearly a year since Alanna has been awarded anything for her work in Ektrosis, this is far too long! She is a great envoy; she has helped almost every member through our Dark Jedi Trials. Alanna helps all of our new people with any questions they have, and they have a lot of questions. She always brings problems in our Trials to us and helps us fix them. She is always willing to help anyone. She does a ton of work and is on IRC a lot, albeit I'm asleep at the time. She helped out a ton during the recent feud with Clan Arcona and has done a great job in the GJW thus far. She has been getting the members of the clan a good boost of energy with her emails and getting them to participate, this is a huge help. With out Alanna our summit wouldn't be nearly as good as it is now. I can't think of a better way to award her for all her hard and diligent work then giving her this Amethyst Kukri. Thank you so much Lannie, we appreciate all your hard work.<br>

Alanna has taken a position that has been reinvented, re-designed and reinvented again because no practical use was found for it and used the position to do a great deal of good for Ektrosis. That position is Envoy. In the time that Alanna has held her position, she's maintained extremely high levels of dedication and activity. Her main task is to guide members of House Ektrosis from the rank of Initiate up through Guardian. While this sounds like a rather simple task, in reality it requires lots of tedious work. Her duties are mainly emailing members and making sure that any questions they might have are properly answered, they know what is required of them for the next promotion and things of that nature. Alanna is also extremely prompt, sending a new member a welcome email within hours of joining is the norm rather then the exception. Alanna has been working extremely hard for Ektrosis for quite a while now; it's time that she sees a reward for her effort. <br>

Recommended on behalf of Dark Side Adept Dalthid:<br>
<br>
Just recently, the Antei Combat Centre suffered a tremendous blow to its staff. Although all staff members within the ACC do put their all into their work, there are some who go that extra distance, and truly shine. Without a doubt, Vessicant is just such a person. For his entire time on the staff - roughly a year and a half - Vessicant was a Trainer, a thankless job where one is tasked with critiquing the works of others, telling them why spelling is important, why they can't block a lightsaber with a piece of metal or why a Novice may have a difficult time throwing an Equite around. Being one of the longer-running staff members, Vessicant has had to deal with such battles countless times, the numbers truly staggering if one were to count every qualification and training battle he had done. <br>
<br>
<br>
<br>
However, not only was his workload tremendously high, his quality of work was, by far, the "best" of all trainers. The depth in which he makes his comments are astounding, and are, by far, the most detailed that have graced the ACC site. Checking ANY of his training battles will show you the truth of these comments. In addition, he has developed a 'Trainer's Guide', specifically written for staff members, that covers everything from the basics of how to approach a battle to how to deal with the normal frustrations of the position. This addition to the staff's handbook will be a great help to those going through the same scenarios and merely solidifies his mentoring attitude and his desire to see the staff prosper and improve.<br>
<br>
<br>
<br>
The Amethyst Kukri is awarded for: "Exceptional services in the form of single projects or long-term leadership..."; "Bearers of this award have shown dedication and focus on furthering one aspect of the Brotherhood far beyond the norm."<br>
<br>
<br>
<br>
If SWL Vessicant is not worthy of this award, I don't know who is. He was indispensable for the duration of his stay, a key player to allowing a manageable workload for the entirety of the staff-taking on an average, twice as many trainees than anyone else over the course of his time, a template for how in depth comments to combatants should be with a clear understanding that trainers are the 'gateway' to the ACC proper and a good friend of the staff, in general. He was conscious of how his singular efforts effected the staff and the membership and strived to keep his position free of malice and untainted by bias - he was, and is, an exemplary professional.<br>
<br>
<br>
<br>
This award is a small token of appreciation for all of his hard work and effort. He will truly be missed, and it is hoped he will one day return to continue his great work. Until then, thank you for everything you've done, Vessicant. It was a great honor to have worked along side you all this time.<br>

Sildrin is only the 11th Quaestor of House Ludo Kressh (a house that has existed for over 7 years), and like her predecessors she has done an excellent job. She has been in the position for 3 months now, and has approached it with fervor. She intricately tracks the activities of hermembers using her nifty online activity tracking system. She emails new members when they arrive. She adds to the position a certain maturity that is badly needed in Clan Naga Sadow since I (Manesh) have no maturity whatsoever.<br>
<br>
In addition, Sildrin has created the Clan Naga Sadow website, which is arguably one of the best DB websites I have ever seen. Take a look: http://www.nagasadow.org. It's one of those websites where you look at it and you feel special for being in Clan Naga Sadow. We know that that website took Sildrin a great deal of time and effort, and in fact, when you combine that with her work as Quaestor, we've actually asked her if she's handling more than she can chew. She says she's fine. That's commitment.<br>
<br>
Sildrin has actually been in the Dark Brotherhood a long time, perhaps 6 or 7 years. For the longest time, she was somewhat active but never sought out any position of responsibility in the DB. However, in the past year she has proven her ambition and resourcefulness, and is a member to be taken seriously. Kinda makes us wish we knew her abilities earlier.<br>

I would add in to this recommendation how impressed I have been with Sildrin. The is a member that has an initiative that is hard to come by. Specifically, Sildrin has made efforts to improve the entire DB by offering to help with the Library system and by making Firefox plugins that search the dossiers for members. That is the type of activity that I absolutely love to see. This is a fitting reward.<br>

For the last two months, Smoke has done an exceptional job as Gaming Tribune. He started off his tenure having to clean up the mess that was the points system, fix all of the data and establish a good system for keeping track of things. SInce then, he has been consistent and on-time with his duties. He has facilitated some efforts to amend and correct the the Rites of Combat and has led the effort to get a new channel for the DB Gaming. Besides all of this, SMoke is still a regular gamer and active in the clans. He has been a big contriutor to the DB post-Amalgamation, and I can only see him contribution even more as time goes on.<br>

To say that Muz has been a fine addition to the Dark Council is an understatement. His exuberance is unparalleled. His creative talent is unmatched. The speed at which he completes his work is amazing. As Pyralis would say: "Muz is the only person I know who can do 48 hours of work in 2 minutes." In just under 5 weeks as Herald, Muz has created 240 new sabers from which members can choose upon earning the rank of DJK. Beyond this, he has created an additional 72 sabers for use by the Equites of the Brotherhood. These sabers will be accessible from members' administrative functions when logging in. This is all beyond the consistent work he has done on Custom sabers and Warbanners for our club. The saber project is a massive undertaking that could easily have taken months. Muz completed it in weeks. He has already begun work on some REALLY fantastic custom robes which will replace our archaic "robes." The initial results of his work are quite impressive. I know I speak for the entire Brotherhood when I say that we are all eager to see the final product. Muz has also cooperated with other members of the Dark Council, assisting them with their projects, and has invented some phenomenal ideas for the Sixth Great Jedi War coming up this year. Muz is a consistently available for the entire membership and has written regular reports, keeping open a strong line of communication on his many projects to the membership.
I am most pleased with Muz's initiative and enthusiasm. It is rare indeed to find a member so committed to their ideas and so passionate about helping others. Muz is a true example of what all members should aspire to be. While Muz will undoubtedly earn many more great thing in the future, we think this Amethyst Kukri is a mighty good way of thanking him for his tremendous start as Herald.
Thanks Muz!
- The GM Staff (aka Jac and Pyr), P:HRLD Shin'Ichi.....oh and Kir loves you too
This may be a little unprecedented, and frankly I wouldn't blame you if you just sent back an emailing saying "shut up kid and gimmie your lunch money" but I would like to address a tiny issue. For a good while now I've noticed that Muz has been working his ass off, and when I say that I don't mean it lightly. He works a full day at his RL job and then comes home and stays up sometimes until 3 or 4 AM working on the sabers and robes while I handle the Warbanners and miscellaneous graphic requests. He's plotting and planning and trying to figure out the best ways to make this place look simply spectacular. Honestly I couldn't ask for a better person to work with. No matter what's going on in his personal life he's always giving 100% to the DB because it means so much to him as I know it does to you, me and a plethora of other people. Muz really wants to make this place better, not just for accolades and awards but because it's a place where friends can gather and enjoy each other's company, a place where Star Wars fans can hang out and be themselves and have some fun. He cares about this site as if the members were his family, I know because he really does look after me like I'm his little brother, and he genuinely cares about everything that goes on here.
Ok so what's all that rambling have to do with anything you ask? I'd like to see him awarded. Like I said he works his ass off and I believe an award would be a great measure of showing our appreciation for a man who places friendship, honor and dedication above the petty concerns of self. I hope that you take my words to heart, then again I also hope you don't electrocute my head for being so forward. Thank you.

Member: KE Dark Sabre Taldrya
Time Served: 2 years 1 month
Current Position: Judge
Positions Held: Judge, Operator and Senior Operator
One of the longest standing and most skilled staff members, Dark Sabre is among the few who have navigated through all aspects of the ACC and it's staff. Hired by Cyris over two years ago, his dedication to the Centre was clear as he dove headlong into duties as a Judge. An unquestionable ethic and honesty with combatants led to his selection as an Operator under Combat Master Alaric. Standing out with both tenure and ability, DS was then selected as a Senior Operator by the current CM until structural changes dissolved the position. Staff members have come and gone, but DS is still there, offering his help and critiques to well over 200 battles. This one aspect of the Brotherhood is perhaps his greatest work, despite his time in other leadership roles, because it is devoid of alignment, save it's alignment to the Brotherhood as a whole. As a combatant, he is equally skilled and perhaps one of the best in the ACC. Winning the first Pilot's Championship Ladder, DS was awarded the title of "Ace". Though they are 'personal' gains and skills and can't really be seen as merits for this award by most - I'd be happy to argue the point. Countless new combatants have patterned themselves after the Epis in both style and imagination, seeming to have found their idol. Influence, positive influence, is a trait we often overlook from those in leadership positions when considering them for awards, but in this case, it's undeniable. I won't attempt to dazzle this recommendation with numbers, two years is a lot of information to sift through. Suffice it to say; at his lowest point of activity, DS's judgments went unquestioned. They were honest, forthright and crystal clear - at his best, his ethics were no different. Over the course of his time, he is responsible for the Judgment of hundreds of battles and the training of many initiates despite not ever having filled the position of a Trainer. He gets around, but he does so because his rapport with the staff allows him to. There will be a day, I'm sure, when we will see DS leave the ACC staff - when that is? Who knows. Rest assured, he will leave knowing he has left his mark on the ACC as one of the longest standing, honorable and knowledgeable staff members that we have had. Until then though, I'd like to extend a "thank you", on behalf of four Combat Masters, to Dark Sabre Taldrya for his extended service and dedication to the Brotherhood and the ACC.
Dalthid
For consistent and much needed service to the office of the KHP. DS offered a lot of work on updating the website, creating the Debate competition, and helping to run that competition. Thanks! - Telona

Ciara has without a doubt served the office of the KHP for a very long time with superb dedication. She has been part of many projects over the years. The most recent project was the monumental task of gathering information on past KHPs either by reading through old documents or by contacting them directly. She helped the process of mashing all this information down into a story form by voicing her opinions on the drafts and offering suggestions for the next re-write. Not only did she help with this project but she also helped push the updated Krath history along by offering suggestions and information. With her help, the membership may enjoy the fruits of her labor by visiting www.krath.org and viewing the history section. It is with pleasure that I present this award to her. Thank you for being such a great Magistrate.
