What I ask of my Magistrates is to handle minor tasks, such as creating warbanners and handling minor image designs. However, Ekeia has not sat back and been satisfied with doing minor work and has always asked to challenge herself. In that respect, I charged her with creating a lightsaber for the lightsaber selector. Despite her skills and knowledge to create one, she created 24 images for the saber selector that I have seen displayed on the dossiers of many members.<br><br>In addition to this, she has assisted further during the Herald Style Hanukkah by providing the blades on all of the Serpent saberstaff hilts, which helped in ensuring that we started the event on time. She has also completed 12 warbanners for various members and is currently working under Jeric to provide images for multiple pages on the Wikipedia. Finally, she has spent money on the core program that myself and Muz use to produce the vast majority of the images displayed in the Brotherhood, working to expand her knowledge in graphic designing.<br><br>For her unfaltering dedication to the Brotherhood, Heraldâs Office, and for striving to excel for the benefit of the general membership, I would like to award Ekeia Iclo with her first Sapphire Blade. As a member of the Dark Council, I have to make certain that I have a reliable team that can get the job done with haste and high expectations of themselves. When I asked Jeric to help out in Herald Style Hanukkah, he produced a second saber set with such quality and haste that I was shocked at his productivity. In addition to his saber design for the selector, which equals to 24 sabers created, he also produced seven custom sabers for members, along with two warbanners.<br><br>Though he has spent a fairly large amount of time designing items for the Heraldâs Office, I have charged him with administrating the production of images for the Wikipedia, to help further his administrating skills aside from graphic design. For his service to the Heraldâs Office, headstrong dedication to serving the Brotherhood, and eagerness to improve the quality of his skills for the sake of the Brotherhood, I would like to present Jeric Cyrin with his first Sapphire Blade. Congratulations and thank you for your hard work and dedication.<br><br>-DA Shikyo Keibatsu Sadow<br>Herald of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood

Anubis has been nothing short of a blessing to Taldryan since his return. As a leader, it was my joy to have someone who could be counted on to not only do a project, but get it done on time, satisfactorily, and above all reasonable expectations! This commitment to sacrificing his own time so that the members of our Clan can benefit is exemplified in the amount of work he has completed not only on my wiki projects but that of the entire DBâs! Normally, the completion of a project warrants a merit award, but I am asking that you consider some of the following.<b>
While Consul, it was my sole goal to update, revitalize, and revamp the planets and planetary systems that Taldryan possesses. I wrote up a short document for system detailing each planet and then assigned the work to my then Proconsul Vorion and my then Aedile of House Ektrosis, Anubis. Anubis jumped at the chance, took to the work with much enthusiasm and had the Proconsul asking me for specific assignments he could do that Anubis hadnât already taken care of. Over the course of my tenure as Consul, the Rybanloth and KrâTal projects came together piece by piece with his meticulous efforts. Images, information, and pages all come to and through him and became one. Without his work on these projects, I would not have seen their completion!<br>
Also, just as the Clans became houses, Anubis of his own accord compiled the Taldryan Security Serviceâs OOB into several useful and helpful wiki pages, revamping the existing OOB but also assigning the ground forces into units, brigades, companies and the like. His work in organizing the ground forces, it was pointed out to me by the Justicar and former Taldryan Consul, that it rivaled the amount of work he himself put into the Naval forces years ago after the Tempest Bravo reset. <br>
Mind you that Anubis has been, and continues to be, the Aedile and second-in-command to House Taldryan while he completed these projects. As a leader, I found him to be very responsible, highly motivated, and of a higher caliber than most members. Anubis is sharp, vocal, and intelligent; a nice counter-balance to the Proconsul I had for much of my term as Consul. <br>
For his work in aiding and furthering Taldryanâs considerable fictional background, for his trepid desire to work for others, and for the leadership heâs shown over the past year, I recommend that this Sapphire Blade be awarded to Anubis Aneddu. Congratulations Anbu.<br>
~Vodo Biask Taldrya<br>
<br>
Here is where I get right into it. Anubis Annedu is by far the most active member in Taldryan, and even more assuredly one of the most dedicated members and/or leaders this Brotherhood has seen in recent years. His dedication to fulfilling projects and seeing members to find their niche in this club is hardly paired by anyone Iâve seen in action. Iâve heard stories of the greats in the past and what theyâve done for the Brotherhood, and looking at the direction Anubis is going, he too will be one of those members people look back on in the future as one of those âgreatsâ. <br>
As such, it is only right that I give an example(s) as to what exactly he has done to merit this award, and I hope it will be used by other members reading this recommendation who wish to be a productive, outstanding member and leader. <br>
Before becoming Wiki Tribune, and well before being appointed Aedile of Taldryan Anubis was tasked with by the then CON of Taldryan, Vodo Biask Taldrya to help with updating the well outdated KrâTal system information via the wiki. Vodo supplied details for Anbu and his PCON to get working on the project; Anubis dug right in. Tirelessly Anubis worked through this project in a fast-paced fashion, his work load being close to doubled as he ended up working on the rest of the KrâTal system and Rybanloth system revamps/edits by himself, a sign of his true dedication to a project that when started appeared as a dismal/daunting task that was not going to end shortly. Nearly a couple of months later, the brotherhood had shifted its way of leadership, and I stepped up to the spot of QUA of Taldryan. Anubis shortly came knocking on my door with a finished and ready-to-launch Newly Revamped KrâTal system. I sent it to select members within Taldryan, and they approved it within a heartbeat. <br>
One large-scale project completed, Anubis began to work on other small projects I had tasked him with, and shortly thereafter I received the blessing of Grand Master Muz to appoint Anubis to Aedile of Taldryan after hosting applications. Anubis eagerly stepped up and quickly began work on the newly released Ground-Forces Reset, turning it from mere text on a spreadsheet to full on Regiments, Companies, Battalions, etc. on the DJB Wiki. Once again I submitted his work to Select Taldryan members, and once more they approved, this time making mention of the sheer professionalism that the documents held. <br>
As if his two accomplishments for his House were not enough, Anubis continues to push forward with his duties as Aedile (And now Tribune of the Wiki). Reports are found near-every two weeks, emails spew across the Talâ mailing list, and IRC is constantly flooded with his name on the nicklist and it is rare that an event on the Message Boards go unnoticed by Anubisâs prowling eyes. <br>
During the Vendetta âDisorderâ Anubis brought pride to his home by competing in 7 events for his Order. Though he did not place in any of the events he participated in, itâs not the placement that counts the most, rather the effort. During the war Anubis kept his house updated on the events that were ongoing for their respective weeks. He was also found on IRC pumping up activity where necessary, along with conversing with other members in his Order to work out events. It was clear that Anubis knew his role in leading by example.<br>
Over the course of August-September Anubis earned himself 9 Dark Side Scrolls for work done on the Dark Jedi Brotherhood Wiki. This included edits, fixing links, images, official Taldryan House articles, along with his Character Article being nominated for DJBWikipedian of the month. Itâs no wonder why Anubis was chosen as Tribune of the Wiki, as he clearly knows it inside-and-out. I feel overshadowed sometimes with the knowledge about some of the various aspects of the DJB that he knows. <br>
Anubis is constantly being one of the lead factors to how we rule over our House and home, House Taldryan. Running competitions and writing reports are second nature to him, and being there for his members and other members of the Brotherhood are just some of the things he capitalizes on during a daily basis. I could not be the leader I am without my Aedile, and Anubis is the perfect example of what a good Aedile is and should be. Other Houses arenât fortunate enough to have such an active, competent AED leading them. Anubis displays his love for this club day in and day out, whether it be running a DJB wide Bryar Bowl, or opening up the option for members to create report graphics for him, or just hanging out on IRC with other members who share the same love. To be honest, I am surprised Anubis has not received an award like this before. Other Houses neglected what special qualities he has, so I hope that this award displays a small bit as to what Anubis truly is worth. <br>
Anubis man, this has been a long time coming, and each time I wanted to award you for your hard work you kept starting more things. Finally, I bit the bullet. You deserve this bro, and donât let all of that text above puff up your head anymore than it is already. ;)<br>

Tsainetomo Keibatsu Sadow. The original Afro-Jedi. This man is a shining star in our club. Many people in the DB look up to him, and with good reason. His service in many leadership positions including Proconsul, Quastor, Aedile, and Deputy Combat Master is outstanding. For certain, many within Naga Sadow look up to him. Sai has always been the cool head, the diplomat, the Devil's advocate. I have been privileged to serve alongside him many times in my long career in Naga Sadow. His performance and leadership from the front in every vendetta and Great Jedi war since he has been in Naga Sadow is much appreciated and inspires the younglings and us old farts alike. This is reflected in his bearing of the Sadow name, and the numerous awards and medals he has in his bag. if every leader in our club was like Sai we couldn't ask for better. For his hard work, long efforts, tireless (and quiet) service and his always bringing his "A" game to this club as a whole, Sai should be rewarded. It makes me very happy to reccomend this, and in Naga Sadow's opinion it is long overdue. ~Macron Goura Sadow, HNS Quaestor, Consul Emeritus Sai is one of those stalwarts who've now been in the Clan-turned-House for many years, having become one of the elders of Naga Sadow. Indeed, in the past year, there's been little in Naga Sadow that hasn't either had Sai's name on it, or else which he hasn't in some form had direct impact on. Whether on the front lines in the spotlight as Proconsul and latterly as Aedile, or from the shadows as one of those elder stalwarts whose views always provide a guiding hand, helping others. Looking back at the past twelve-to-eighteen months, I can remember how Sai has had a direct influence on virtually every storyline that we've carried out, going right back to the Ninth Great Jedi War. Much as I may often end up being seen as the storylines' mouthpieces, so many of the raw creative ideas these days in actuality come from the minds of people such as Sai. The entire story of Cyrus Raze, for example, began as a two week insert to bring Shan Long back into the Clan for the Great Jedi Warâ?"until Sai suggested bringing Cyrus back after he was thrown off a cliff and instead using him as one of the GJW's main antagonists. Fast-forwarding to the Spring of this year, once again Sai has been at the creative forefront, this time of the Unrest in the City developmental run-on, spearheading the ongoing story's development with the help of Malisane and recently Fremoc. Having begun back in April, Unrest has now been running for getting on for five months, being what began as an experimental project masterminded by Sai, which was envisioned as a permanently ongoing character development run-on. Back in April, at the time I claimed it couldn't be done, looking back at attempts by Ashura last year at something very similar, believing that Sai was biting off far, far more than he could chew, that interest just couldn't be sustained for that stretch of time. However, looking at the message board today, Unrest in the City has become the most successful run-on to be carried out in more than two years, eclipsing everything that has been run since as far back as 2008 and is now closing on surpassing even some of Naga Sadow's Great Jedi War performances. And this is all because of the work and determination of Sai and Malisane to engineer an ongoing, "Act" based run-on, which has consequently seen some of the highest activity levels and most successful team-building in as long as I can remember. Run-ons and fictional development aside, Sai's whole character lends much to be credited as well. Whether helping others, focusing on the younger generation and bolstering retention of the up and coming membership (as examples like his work on the run-ons demonstrates), or just his general sociable demeanourâ?"Sai is one of those people who just fits in, quietly, sociably, and happily. He's one of those people who is here for the enjoyment to be had from the club, and he lives his beliefs, hoping to ensure everyone else has the same, fulfilling experience. Be it his work as Proconsul, Aedile, Deputy Combat Master, or just the general helping hand he has continued to provide at all times, Sai is a credit to Naga Sadow and the Dark Brotherhood as a whole. While Sai might be Krath, nobody's perfect; nonetheless, the boy done good, the boy done good. -Xanos Zorrixor Darth Vexatus I've known Sai for several years now, and throughout that time he has stood as a shining example of the very best kind of member that the DB has. Mature, intelligent, thoughtful and dedicated to improving the club in any way that he can, Sai has fulfilled many roles during his time here and been responsible for a large part of the positive atmosphere that I feel we can lay claim to in HNS/CNS. In the year since he was last promoted, Sai has done an amazing job as the Quaestor of House Ludo Kressh; performed admirably his duties as Deputy Combat Master; and been an excellent Proconsul to me and then Macron, providing a fountainhead of new ideas and thoughts and lending his sage advice to every discussion that came up amongst the clan Summit. His work in pioneering CNS' "Unrest in the City" run-on, an ongoing venue for fictional development which has become one of the longest-running and most enjoyable run-ons that we've ever done, is just one example of his ideas for making the Brotherhood a different and more enjoyable place. The other recommendations for his promotion will undoubtedly go into more exhaustive detail and list statistics; I simply feel that a man so devoted to the Brotherhood that he would continue to chip in and be heavily involved despite the birth of his child and all the responsibilities that come with fatherhood deserves recognition. Congratulations, cousin- you've earnt this in every way. ~KPN Manji Keibatsu Sadow, Ex-Consul of CNS During my years in Naga Sadow it has been an honor to always know we have the assistance of the Afro Jedi. Sai has shown great dedication towards his work always putting Naga Sadow ahead of his own personal achievements. He has always been willing to step up when his leadership skills are needed. Combine his individual accomplishments and his leadership experience. - SWL Kharon Daragon in cases...like these, it's very easy to slip into cliched phrases which exaggerate the impact of the individual in question. It is my pleasure to say that in this case, that isn't a worry. Since Sai was last promoted, he's been a Quaestor, Deputy Combat Master and stepped up to the plate to take on the Proconsul job, right before everyone changed to being Houses. It's very easy to be a leader during the good times, when your members are active and everyone's having fun. It's less easy to be a leader when things aren't going your way - something Sai knows all too well, having been a leader during these 'interesting times' before. His reaction is to regard it as a challenge and then to lead by example - something which cannot be emphasised enough as one of his good points. His own activity is not to be sniffed at and even during those periods in the last year where he was without some form of official leadership role, he was always trying to improve things for his House. In part by looking out for dozy young leaders like myself and reminding me of just what formidable footsteps I was attempting to follow in, but also through things like being one of the masterminds behind our current run on, which is currently in it's fourth month and massively informing the way the Clan's fictional canon is evolving. On top of all of these things, he instills a sense of cameraderie in people. For this reason alone, House Naga Sadow would be a much poorer place without him. I know a lot of younger members of the House look up to him - myself included. He is exactly what every leader in this club ought to be - mature, competent, with an insane work ethic, a good sense of humour and the humility not to let it all go to his head. He is more than ready for this. Congrats, boss! -Dyrra Skye Tsainetomo Keibatsu Sadow is a hard working, friendly, dedicated and imaginative member of this House and the Dark Brotherhood. Over the last twelve months in particular he has been a great member and leader, notably his great contribution to our vendetta results, his work on wiki and runon projects and of course his hard work as a leader as Aedile, Quaestor and Pro Consul where he has worked hard in each role to develop new members and provide fun activities for them to do as well as setting a good example of appropriate behaviour. Having worked with him on several projects I can testify that he addresses each with a mature, patient and open attitude listening to other peoples ideas and commenting and providing his own and he is a pleasure to work with. For all his recent and past activities ... I am more than happy to endorse this. Malisane Sadow, Rollmaster of Naga Sadow. A year and change for the man named Tsainetomo Keibatsu Sadow. A lot can happen between then, and now, and with Sai, a lot does happen. Aedile of Ludo Kressh, Quaestor of Ludo Kressh, Deputy Combat Master, Proconsul of Naga Sadow, and now the Aedile of House Naga Sadow. All duties that are associated with each position should say something to the man's work ethic, but also that he knows how to lead people properly and to make sure each person that is under him, is praised properly. Sai is the major mastermind to the Unrest in the City Developmental run on, and is a part of almost everything that goes on within our Clan/House. To say the least Sai is the man and I full recommend Sai. Congrats my friend, you've earned it. ~Templar Fremoc Pepoi, Sergeant, Magistrate to the Fist

Malisane to say the least is probably the funniest men in the clan, but also loves his clan without a doubt. Since Malisane's last promotion, which was over 3 years ago, he has been the Left hand of Justice, Aedile and Quaestor of Ludo Kressh, Clan Rollmaster for CNS, and now the House Rollmaster for HNS. As Aedile and Quaestor he pushed his clan through the internal clan feud, but also created the Underworld run on for clan development. Most recently, he's was one of the masterminds on the Unrest in the City run on, another Run On for Clan development, but it would continue onward for other stories to play out as well. With his appointment to Rollmaster, he constantly welcomes new members to our House, he emails them almost weekly if not every few days, to check up on their progress. He also makes sure our Master Student program is running smoothly and that every master that wants an apprentice, will have one. In his time since his last promotion, he's earned a Grand Cross of the Dark Side, a Steel Cross, and 3 Dark Crosses and earned the prestigious title of Son of Sadow. Congrats Mal, you've earned it. ~Templar Fremoc Pepoi, Magistrate to the Fist
When I first joined the Brotherhood and then CNS, Malisane was a name I quickly got used to seeing in my email in-box, being the dynamic member that he was; that has not changed in my three plus years of membership. Mali, as we know him, has always been a vocal presence in our ethereal home, supporting ideas that he thought were good and providing insight on matters that he may not have agreed with. In that regard, Mali is a true change-agent, never shying from the difficult conversations or contrary opinions that are necessary and required to move any worthwhile entity forward. Even when he doesn't have an 'official' leadership position, he is not cowed into thinking that he must remain silent; on the contrary, Mali's love for his House truly transcends any title, as he, as before, is a constant presence and guiding force. His was one of the select minds I tapped to assist me with our groundbreaking runon project, and his ideas and energy have helped the HNS Developmental Run-On gain the legs that it has. Activity-wise, Malisane has earned a Grand Cross of the Dark Side, a Steel Cross, 3 Dark Crosses and has been dubbed a revered Son of Sadow, our House's highest honor. For being the member that he is, and for inspiring the rest of us to be greater than we are, I hereby, without reservation or malice aforethought, do lend my name and support. Congratulations!
-Tsainetomo Keibatsu Sadow
It scares me sometimes when I get asked to write a recommendation and look at people's dossiers and see... 3 years, 3 months, 13 days. Has it really been that long since Malisanelast got a promotion? I'm not sure what hits me the most. The fact it reminds me how long I've been here, feeling as though we only promoted yesterday. Or the fact that Malisane, obviously, isn't the new guy I still think of him as anymore.
Like many of our esoteric little clique we like to call Naga Sadow, Malisane is one of those who just gets on with the job, not asking for any commendation, and so who gets forgotten, passed by time and time again, with nobody really paying much notice. 3 years, 3 months, 13 days. It would seem, I must fall among that group as well, who have taken for granted for so, so long what Malisane has done, how much he has done, despite how little he has had in return in that period. How does one sum up three years of work in a few paragraphs? How does one even begin to remember all that has happened in three years? We've had a Rite of Supremacy. A Great Jedi War. A House Feud... and that's only going back the last eighteen months.
One thing I can categorically say about Malisane is how he, in a certain way, reminds me of myself. He doesn't need a position. He just does things. He may not have always worked in a formal capacity, but that arguably says even more about him: he doesn't need a flashy title to get on with "the job". He enjoys what he does, so he comes up with run-ons and activities that he knows others can enjoy. Speaking from experience, I can say how much his influence has changed me during the past couple of years. Once upon a time, I wrote a lot more about my own character. These days? These days I've taken after Malisane, writing much more about the "other characters", those which actually interact with the younger members, those that aren't all about my own character but which are about finding ways to let new writers take stories in their own direction. Malisane's is always the nagging voice in the back of my mind, reminding me not to script stories in advance, but to leave things open, more free form, and only offer a very light guiding hand instead of the way things were historically done. Of late, it has been very satisfying NOT being the person in the driving seat for a change: because those people have become Malisane and Sai (and, latterly, Fremoc as well). Where it's Deliverance, the Voice of Justice, Ven Dastari, the Organisation, Councillor Zero... recently, Malisane has been the source of most of the major storyline(s) that have run through much of this year. People so often wrongly conclude these days "Goat's doing it", when in reality I'm nothing but the member taking part now. The stories themselves have become the realm of the Malisanes, Sais and Fremocs.
However, none of this says Malisane is averse to taking up the responsibility either, as his return as Rollmaster shows. Right now, so soon after reforming back into Independent Houses, it would be such an easy time for veterans (and, scanning his profile, I see I can genuinely use that word for him now) like Malisane to be giving up, moving on, and no longer caring. He's been Aedile. He's been Quaestor. No more Proconsul or Consul? What's the point anymore? But no. That's not how he reacts. No. Instead, he steps up to the plate, takes on the task of helping out Macron and Sai during a period when they were most certainly need him most. Bringing with him his past credentials as the Clan's Envoy, his passion not only for fiction and the Black Guard and helping new members above old, his continued drive is something that many in his place would by now have burned out of. 3 years, 3 months, 13 days. That number just keeps coming back to me. I can look down the roster, see so many Equites that have either been bumped off to the Rogues, or else just sit there, clogging up the roster. But not with Malisane. He continues to be active.
In this new dawn of Independent Houses, where so much of the unnecessary bureaucracy has been swept away, Malisane represents the sort of member I hope more will now aspire to be. Not ones looking to work their way up an inflated ladder of unnecessary positions, but ones that will realise that they can help out, lend a hand, contribute, without always needing to be the guy whose name is on the roster.
Xanos Zorrixor

Malisane Sadow has always shown great uniqueness in his work, always putting Naga Sadow ahead of his own personal achievements. He is always willing to step up when his leadership skills are needed such as his time as Quaestor of House Ludo Kressh. His creativeness is unmatched as Malisane has single handedly created most of the surroundings of Naga Sadow as well as had a large part in numerous Sadow storylines. Combine his individual accomplishments and his leadership experience. - SWL Kharon Daragon
Malisane Sadow is one of the core contributors to much of our fictional existance as Naga Sadow. His work in developing places like Kangaras, Markosian, Marakith, and many others is untiring. His fictional runon planning and development is nothing short of outstanding, as evidenced by the current "Unrest in the Coty" runon and several before that. Malisane has served very well as Rollmaster (CNS and HNS), Aedile, Quaestor, Envoy KAB and to the DJB as Left Hand of Justice. His work is thorough, thoughtful, and has enhanced our Naga Sadow group and the club at large. His help as Rollmaster has been a great asset to our group especially since the Clan to House switch. Malisane is a natural envoy of sorts and makes sure our new blood is well taken care of as well as administering the Master Student program. Naga Sadow has seen quite a few promotions happen under his guidance. For his long-standing, tireless and unceasing efforts on behalf of Naga Sadow and our club, I'd like to reccomend this Sapphire Blade.

Of all the members of Tarentum, Saitou is perhaps my favorite-- he doesn't lock his doors at night.
All kidding aside, Saitou has certainly earned his Tarentae name several times over. He was a huge influence in House Cestus in its waning days, and his creation and development of House Reinthaler is remarkable. It's not often that you see others working as hard as he did without asking for any sort of reward, and he does it while maintaining a very busy work schedule. Simply amazing.
You deserve this, man. Try not to poke your eye out with it.
~Dralin Fortea
Quaestor of House Reinthaler
Saitou, he is...unfathomable. He is noble, honest, hardworking, exceptional, and many more things that cannot wholly describe all that he is and all that he does. He is a large part of this clan, and a large part of House Reinthaler. He is everything that a member should want to be, and more.
My experience with Saitou began in the waning days of House Cestus, during the run-on that would seal its fate. Though I only received a brief glance of him, I learned a lot about his character and feeling. He is patient, yet forceful. Wise, yet cunning. As I served under him as Aedile of the House he helped to found, I was truly in awe of him. He is a master; he knows the limits of his power but doesn't hesitate to push them, while maintaining a crucial balance point with the members and the Summit. He has woven the history of Reinthaler with only minor help from me, and he continues to push the House fiction to the limit, always finding new and better things to do with it.
If anyone truly deserves this award, then Saitou is foremost. Saitou, I stand behind you one hundred percent, and hope that you continue to amaze me in the future.
~Severon Vercingetorix
Aedile Emeritus of House Reinthaler
Ever since joining the Brotherhood Saitou has been a great friend and a great role model (one to which I strive to emulate, though not always successfully). His fiction and professionalism are always spot on. He manages to stay out of petty politics and has actively stated that his goal is to help newer members. There is nobody in the DB I would trust more with a leadership position than Saitou and, though I was sad to see him go as a Quaestor, I'm glad in that I can always consider him one of my best friends in the Brotherhood. That being said, Saitou's performance in the Rite of Supremacy was exemplary. He checked over countless submissions and became known as the comma Nazi for his outstanding level of commitment to making each piece perfect. Even while correcting everything he could get his hands on, Saitou managed to participate in events as well, including the ACC battle (where he firmly defeated his archnemesis) and fiction events.
However, his dedication to this club really showed when he volunteered to be a Quaestor of a 100% brand new house whose summit members would have been shaky and unprofessional without his guidance. Wasting no time he got to work training Severon and Raimi--two of Tarentum's most valuable members--in how to succeed in leadership positions and infuse their unit with a sense of fun that all of its members can enjoy, regardless of rank.
Friend to all, enemy to none (except Rasil) there is nobody I can think of who more deserves to be recognized for his services than Saitou Tarentae.
Much Love,
~Ji K'awiil de Oultrevent
Proconsul of Tarentum
Saitou Tarentae is a man of the shadows. He is a behind-the-scenes worker, a renowned Tarentae who has always been a prized advisor, writer, and teacher. Given that statement, one would not expect a man who prefers to work in a more subtle manner to step up to a challenge of building a new house from the ground up and serving as its Quaestor for over three months. Oh, wait, that's exactly what he did.
Talk about some amazing work. Before the closure of House Cestus, Saitou assisted in writing a storyline that brought about a stellar denouement to such a historical unit. He is partially if not mostly responsible for the creation and fictionalization of House Reinthaler, one of two new houses created during the Tarentum reformation. He helped detail Yridia III as the homeplanet of Reinthaler and wrote almost the entire wiki article of Reinthaler's base, the Pyramid (he even created a graphic floorplan for the page). With BTLs Severon Vercingetorix and Dox Romanae, he established Black Phoenix and Zurhidon as Reinthaler's battle teams and gave them fictional weight in the house. And through all that, he consistently showed presence as Reinthaler's Quaestor. The workload he took on with this entire project really cannot be described in enough words - it can only be awarded as properly as possible.
Saitou's Quaestorship was initially a transitional job - he wanted to work as a mentor to his Aedile and BTLs so that they could be prepared for the path ahead in future leadership. However, with a position comes the need to adapt to specific circumstances. When Raimi Mistwalker, Saitou's protege, had to step down from Aedile, Saitou had to continue the job with a new second-in-command. Real life was beginning to overwhelm him, and the fluctuating activity in his house was more than difficult to handle. Not only that, but a constant rotation of leaders and BTLs made Saitou's job all the more arduous. But he did not falter. He did not stumble. Instead, he continued on for another month, making sure Reinthaler had a proper successor so he could step down gracefully and professionally.
Saitou Tarentae is an inspiration as one of the most helpful, amicable, and honorable members of Tarentum. It is amazing how many people look up to him, and his recent work is no exception. He was a communicative, efficient leader as Quaestor, and he will continue to be a close friend and advisor to many in our clan, including me. As the Reinthaler motto chosen by Saitou states: "Glory never dies for the one able to achieve it." This sapphire blade is only a small token of appreciation for all of the charity and dedication that this great man has given us. Congratulations, Saitou, and good luck in your future endeavors.

From my first day in the Dark Jedi Brotherhood I have seen Ji go nowhere but up. I have seen him soar in Tarentum and exceed what most DB members might expect from anyone. When I joined the Dark Brotherhood Ji had been recently appointed Rollmaster of House Cestus, and though at that time I hadn't made much contact with Ji, his efforts for his house were seen by all. Upon being made Aedile of House Cestus, Ji had made a fine name for himself in Tarentum. It was through him and Ronovi that Cestus had blossomed into an extremely active house. His work with Cestus as it's Quaestor has been an example for Tarentum's houses and can be seen through such works as the Hieros Lokhos ton Taras. One can only anticipate what he will do upon being made ProConsul.
Ji, aside from being one of Tarentum's leaders, is also one of Tarentum's most active members. Ji is a superb writer, always impressing others with his work and continually gaining novas for his work. He is constant on Tarentum's IRC channel, giving advice to our young journeymen and older members alike. He has proven himself time and time again with his relentless nature in earning numerous awards, promotions, etc. his most recent being a field promotion granted from his enormous effort in the Rite of Supremacy (field promotions that were only granted to two people in all of Tarentum). With his contributions in the Brotherhood, Ji has made Tarentum what it is today, and I would like to thank him for that in requesting a Sapphire Blade for Ji K'awiil.
~Jagen Phoenix, Aedile of House Tridens.
Ji and I haven't had much contact with one another until fairly recently, but he has long been one of the individuals in Tarentum that drives me to continually improve. He is a juggernaut. His relentless nature has helped build House Cestus into a powerhouse, and an example for myself and my fellow Gladians to aspire to. Ji's own writing is superb, and the proof is in the novae he earned in the RoS and GJW9. He is always willing to edit work for others, lending them the full benefits of his own skill by teaching them to improve their own. More important than his writing, however, is his character. He is a constant fixture in the Clan's IRC channel. There you can nearly always find him encouraging newer members to be more active, hounding his House Summit to keep them busy and active, and pestering the Clan Summit about any number of things, all with only the best interest of Tarentum in mind. In recent days I have often turned to Ji when I needed to vent or needed advice. He has been cheerful and willing to help without any reservations. Ji K'awill brings out my competitive nature like few others because it takes a great deal of work to live up to the standard he sets. An organization such as the Dark Brotherhood lives or dies by the few among its members who are willing to put in the effort to make it a great experience for everyone. Ji is, without question, one of those few and I am pleased to help recognize him for that.

Battlemaster Ji K'awiil. I've heard that name so often, I would think he is a household item. He's always looking for ways to improve himself and his clan. He never stops devoting himself to Tarentum and never stops helping members.
I met Ji during the recent Rite of Supremacy. He was sort of an enigma, always working and doing everything he could. He always had helpful hints for everyone, regardless of what they were doing. There was nothing that he couldn't provide advice on.
His help is never condescending. He never tears anyone down; he always tries to bring others up. His ultimate goal is to bring Tarentum back to glory, and he strives for that everyday. He never stops working and I almost think that he never sleeps.
Ji deserves this, not because I believe it, but because Tarentum believes it. We all know that Ji has done a lot and we all feel that he deserves this reward. Ji, good job man. Ya done well son, ya done well.
~Severon Vercingetorix; Dark Jedi Knight
I find myself recommending awards and promotions for Battlemaster Ji K'awiil quite often these days, and this is no exception. Ji is truly a phenomenal Tarenti. He is a naturally born leader, a brilliant writer, an amazing mentor, a fierce competitor, and a dear friend. He has contributed so much to Tarentum lore and structure that I cannot even recount it all in one try. Ji is that much of a worker, and that much more deserving of the prestigious Sapphire Blade.
I met Ji when I was a newcomer, and he was a Jedi Hunter, but it wasn't until he worked as my Rollmaster in House Cestus while I was Quaestor that he really showed me how much he could do. After ascending to Aedile, Ji helped me completely restructure and reorganize Cestus's lore, making it a powerhouse of activity and a place for future leaders to grow. Once I became PCON, Ji took up the reins as Quaestor with ease, plotting out a major run-on and storyline for Cestus - known simply as "Rift" - as well as pushing his house to new heights in the "Broken" storyline and run-on. But even beyond his leadership roles, Ji has been a researcher, an editor, and a contributor to Tarentum as well as Arcona fiction. Not only has he completed a wiki article of Arcona's clan powers (mostly on his own), but he has also updated outdated wiki articles as well as polished and revised the Tarentum Prospectus, roles of the Tarentae and the Tarenti, and history. All this while maintaining his Quaestorship and a position on the Wiki Staff. He is unstoppable.
Most recently, Ji has shown an amazing effort in the latest Rite of Supremacy: Spoils of War. Not only did he score a vast amount of victories in the ACC for Tarentum, but he also received a Silver Nova for the "Free Form" fiction event, proving himself as one of the best writers in not just the clan, but also the Brotherhood. All the while, Ji took tremendous amounts of time to proofread and critique Tarenti's fiction entries and ACC posts, and his advice even assisted in many wins in the ACC. All of this work convinced me and Oberst to encourage Muz to grant Ji a field promotion, and he became one of only two members of Tarentum to receive one. But even after the Rite of Supremacy, he did not slow down, becoming an enormous asset to our current reformation of Tarentum and the installation of two new houses to replace our current ones. He has been a strong voice in the development of this incredible project, and he and I both have enormous hopes for the future of the clan. This proves to me, as well as everyone else, that Ji is not holding anything back. He is a firecracker that keeps going off, setting Tarentum alight with his contributions and his suggestions.
What I think is most important, however, is Ji's utmost devotion to Tarentum. He cares about its progress, and he cares about its improvement. When Tarentum placed fifth in the Rite of Supremacy, he was one of the first to say, "Not good enough." As an advisor, he has given honest reports about Tarentum's activity and progress. As a friend, he is even sharper when it comes to wit and opinion. But more often than not, he is right in his feedback. I have taken much of his advice and seen great things flourish from it. He hardly ever lets me down, because as a member of Tarentum, he therefore can get in touch with what his clan needs or desires. In fact, one of his greatest wishes is to see the entire clan involved in each clan proceeding, so nothing is hidden, and nothing is secret - that way, all of Tarentum can contribute to its progress and lore. That is true leadership, and that is true dedication.
Ji, my friend, you have impressed me as well as inspired me. Now that I have been "crowned' the Princess of Yridia, and I will need members like you to keep the clan alive. I know you will be an awesome Proconsul, and I don't want you to take this award for granted. The Sapphire Blade implies amazing dedication to one's clan, and therefore you have proven to me, as your Consul, that you deserve it. I thank you for your incredible contributions, and I can only hope for more prosperous times working with you in this clan. Rock on, buddy.

Taig (or TKGR, as he is sometimes known :P) has, quite frankly, been a massive breath of fresh air ever since he blazed into CNS to take on the role of my Proconsul. He's solid, reliable, keeps his finger on the pulse of events, and has taken to the task of helping me run the Clan with stunning aplomb. Despite coming into the Clan from outside, Taig has settled in incredibly, and it now feels like he's been here for an age- he gets on well with everybody in the Clan, and is friendly and approachable to all. The RoS was a great test of his leadership prowess, and Taig rose to the challenge admirably, doing everything he could to motivate and encourage other members of the Clan to take part and also leading by example, taking part in several of the fiction events and the ACC, where he took home a couple of well-deserved victories. Taig was on IRC for most of the Feud, badgering people to post in their battles and to avoid timing out, and his dedication and determination was particularly uplifting to me. I think I'm entirely justified in saying that CNS' third place finish is largely due to Taig's determination and encouragement of other members, and I haven't even scratched on his amazing work in the Shadow Academy, where I have the joy of working with him in his position as Praetor to the Headmaster. His love for the SA is infectious, and his dedication to that role (alongside his role as PCON) is superlative; he neglects neither position and excels in both. For these reasons, along with his incredible performance and motivational skills during the RoS, it is my distinct honour to present Taigikori with this Sapphire Blade. Very well deserved, Taig! ~KPN Manji Keibatsu Sadow, Consul of Naga Sadow

I try to reward Academy staff members around every six months, with Scrolls of Foundation or Dark Crosses, whatever they have earned. Every time I do so, however, it reminds me of how little I reward Taigikori for his extreme dedication and hard work as my Praetor. He has been working with me for around a year now, pretty much half of my time as Headmaster, and I am not sure what sort of time that would have been without him. Not too long after he joined me, I helped in getting him promoted, but other than that the only thing I have given Taig is a Steel Cross and Seal of Loyalty, which just isn't enough.
<br>
<br>
Taig is my right and left-hand, and he performs both tasks superbly. He is always there to give feedback and criticism on every project the Shadow Academy and I are working on. He helps with new course revision, and has even started to help with coding. He is also a bountiful source of ideas himself, with the Test of Power revamp and a future Order CORE plans all coming from him. The massive restructuring of the Shadow Academy into Departments, Professors, and Docents, which has been extremely successful in terms of efficiency, was also an idea Taig presented when he first applied for the position. He helped with Journeymen Competitions and fictional updates, both of which are coming back in a more streamlined and encompassing way, which Taig will once again be heading. Finally, Taig is always happy to do the grunt work, be it working on a Wiki article for the tenth time, clearing out the grading que when things get backed up, or writing yet another recommendation for a staff member (note: I wrote this one).
<br>
<br>
The most amazing thing about Taig, however, is how he manages to do all of this Shadow Academy work while at the same time juggling countless other jobs. In the DB, he is a Proconsul, which is definitely no walk in the park, and he also keeps up with gaming and participating in vendettas. Best yet, he is in college and a police officer (though, oddly, he is on IRC most while working....), and just recently became a father, but that is not stopping him from checking email and giving feedback. Taigikori is one of the most dedicative, responsible, and hardworking members that the Shadow Academy or the Brotherhood has, and he has made my job a lot easier. For this, I proudly recommend him for this Sapphire Blade ~ Dark Side Adept Aabsdu di Plagia Dupar; Headmaster of the Shadow Academy

The man known as Taig is a natural leader who inspires and encourages all the members of Clan Naga Sadow to put forth their effort and have fun. He has fit perfectly among the members of CNS, from old to new, and sometimes you forget heâs only been with the Clan for a short time. Always available and easy to talk to, Taig has been a great asset to the Clan and his leadership and skill contributed to the Clan placing Third in the Rite of Supremacy. I am proud to assist in recommending Taigikori Dupar a very well earned Sapphire Blade. â SWL Robert Sadow

Tigger, is probably hands down, the best inspirational and motivating, and probably the craziest leader know to man. Every week we would get an email saying how there's only X amount of time left before the week was out and that we only had a few submissions for the RoS and he wanted to see more. He was on top of everyone during the ACC events, making sure no one timed out, and if someone was close he would be baggering them with emails or PM's on IRC to make sure they were getting the matches done. Taig, fine job man, and congrats on the Sapphire Blade.

Sith Warlord Robert Sadow, or Bob, is a long standing and respected member of this Clan and the DB, and is one of the most recognisable members. He cares about this Clan and works hard for it. When he became Consul last year he set about improving the Clan and the good feeling of it's members, and succeeded well leading us into and through the Great Jedi war and beyond to the recent House Feud, where he worked hard with Xanos and Ashura to make it a big success. Though we were saddened by his resignation following computer problems he came back and has taken the helm of House Marka Ragnos which is a testimony to his continued commitment to this Clan and it's success, and I am sure will be a great mentor to the newer members and upcoming leaders by hard work and example., and will be a driving force for improvement.
He's a great guy, a popular member, and a respected and experienced leader, and we're luckly to have him in this Clan. Bob deserves a reward and I'm happy to add my name to those recommending a Sapphire Blade for him. ~SBL Malisane Sadow, Quaestor of House Ludo Kressh
From January 10th to August 11th, you were my Consul as I rose through the ranks of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood. But you were the Consul of CNS before that and I can only comment on what I was here for. Bob, you helped me through the beginning stages of my DB career, you watched over the clan through the GJW, and then you planned out the Children of War Feud with Goat. I remember the days when I was an early BTL and there were times we would joke as to who got to promote which apprentice or novice next. I cannot put it any other way but the plain and simple way, that you have done an amazing job for Naga Sadow. If it were not for your laptop dying, we could have seen the reign of Bob for an even longer time. For your service to Naga Sadow as Consul, I want say Thanks, Boss.

DJK Fremoc Pepoi
Aedile of Marka Ragnos
It seems as though everybody knows who Bob is- he's the laid-back, caring drunk who's been a devoted Disciple of Sadow for far longer than any of us. Bob has been around for an age, and in all of that time he's been one of the most reliable, dedicated members that I've ever met. His time as Consul was great for the Clan; if he hadn't been forced to resign due to laptop troubles, I'm sure that he would have continued to do a great job in the position for a long time to come. As it stands, when he managed to get back on the internet, Bob immediately showed his desire to help out the Clan by applying for both the positions that were open; his determination to give the Clan any assistance that he can is truly commendable. As the new Quaestor of Marka Ragnos, I am sure that Bob will bring strong, experienced leadership to the table, and the Sadow Conclave of September '09 feels that this Sapphire Blade is the best way that we can express our undying gratitude to Bob for his devotion and service to Clan Naga Sadow. ~KE Manji Keibatsu Sadow, Consul of Clan Naga Sadow
