Vassan Rokir has been one of the biggest - if not the biggest - helps I've had within Clan Arcona. From the time he returned to active duty, he's taken numerous tasks onto himself to aid House Qel-Droma and Arcona as a whole. Not only has he almost single-handedly written and designed Arcona's clan facilities, but he has created the new and updated Arcona Clan Powers and Abyssal Rites as well. Add to that that he's played a key role during the past two chapters of this GJW, once again showing his great dedication and loyalty to Clan Arcona. From the Dark Council: Rakhai(Numaril) has done an excellent job as CSP Consul during his tenure, revitalizing the Clan and setting the base for an active future. With Rakhai's guidance, the Clan has entered into a new era of activity, with new and old members actively participating in DB competitions. Despite being a small Clan, CSP has made a good showing in the last few DB competitions

Rakhai came to the Clan when he was most needed. His dedication, enthusiasm and sheer amount of will and effort that he put in the Clan in its most desperate hour, first as Quaestor of House Acclivis Draco, and then as Consul of Clan Scholae Palatinae, helped Clan not only survive through difficult times, but form a healthy basis upon which to develop. He succeeded in forming a team of highly qualified and motivated people who ran the units of the Clan and formed a membership basis upon which Clan will further develop.

In many ways Numaril Asfågeln has built the foundation of modern Clan Scholae Palatinae, something the rest of us must not fail. I've contemplated a suitable reward for Rekio over the last few days, and I feel I have finally come to the proper conclusion. I've spoken with a number of my Summits on this, and I believe there is no one in Tarentum who would object tot his.

Rekio is always an example of activity, and dedication to the Clan. He is truly my right hand; I doubt that Tarentum would be as great as it is without his assistance, and his great leadership. Rekio helped lead the way in the Sith War, much as he did in the last Sith War. He continues to strive for personal bests, but also sees the value in spending more effort to see others shine, as well.

I honestly believe that as we progress farther together, as a Clan Summit, as friends, and together with the Clan, Rekio will truly succeed me as Consul, and will likely be the best leader this Clan has seen in a long time, if not the best, indeed. His continued service in his duties, including those new responsibilities with the grant and title projects within Tarentum, is always pushing the standards for us all, and I appreciate all he does.

You know, I've had several recommendations for Anshar, most particularly when he applied for PCON, but I've been informed of his past performances, his reputation, and his dedication, and I must say, I've not been let down. Anshar is a dedicated man, and an assest of the highest worth within my Clan.

I turned the duties of KCE over to Anshar after talking with him, and becoming aware of his dedication towards training new recruits, and seeing them become successful. He continues to direct the Envoy efforts, and far surpassing my expectations. I believe he is to be commended as highly as I may for his tremendous service, and his dedication to those who will become the next generation of Tarentum.

Anshar, you have become a brother in tarentum, but most importantly, my friend, and I truly do not know how well we would be off without you. I am truly grateful for your service, your friendship, and your presence. Congratulations, my friend.

I've been hesitant, I suppose, to award the Sapphire Blade, or even the Grand Cross, because they truly mean something to me, and they should mean something great to those who receive them. I believe at this time, Telona is one of the perhaps three people in Tarentum who merit this award. Telona has been a long-standing member of Tarentum, and perhaps one of her best qualities is her leadership. Telona is a foundation upon which strength can be cultured. She puts tremendous effort and work into her Phyle, and also into the whole Clan, whenever the need arises. The last few months, I have watched her turn a Phyle that had been closed due to inactivity into a strong gathering of people truly interested in having fun, and dominating within the DB. I truly believe Telona is worthy of this honor, and offer my sincere thanks, and congratulations.

Almost in the blink of an eye Clan Naga Sadow was without a Consul and a Proconsul as Xanos Zorrixor and Trevarus Caerick were elevated to Sith High Warrior and Oracle. In that time arose a leader fof CNS who, as a long standing member, knew what was required and put forth his effort to bring CNS around and under control. Epis Rai did just that. After being appointed CON he went to work on the structure of CNS making sure that it's members were looked after by appointing QUAs that would see to that as well as inviting in members who could help strengthen it

He has given a lot of help in resurrecting the quiet AoC, his help with getting the Clan Name award proposal written up was greatly appreciated. He has lead Taldryan exceptionally well and has seen it prosper under his tenure. His ever ready and willing attitude is an inspiration for all. His devotion to the Brotherhood in doing what he can to make it better as well as his consistent effort to make it enjoyable for all is well appreciated.

Oberst has, to date, been one of the biggest helps I have had within Tarentum. From the time I retook my former position of Quaestor of Gladius, until the present, he has taken onto himself numerous tasks to help me, which I fully appreciate.

When Oberst first returned, even before he rejoined Tarentum, he was only too willing to help me on an ongoing project to compile, expand, and rewrite the history of Tarentum. He has also helped rebuild Tridens, both formerly as its Commander of Hammerhead, and now as her Aedile.

Oberst has also helped lead Tridens to victory in the Sith War, helping Rekio out to train and recruit people, and also seeking to improve himself, in the process. These tasks are often made all the more difficult as Oberst juggles them in-between his busy school schedule, as well as leading the life of the normal american male.

Finally, there are several other projects that Oberst has been assisting me with. He helped me with the write-ups for tarentum's Clan Specific powers, helping by running a trial run of a master-apprentice system for Tarentum, and also with a prototype of a new Jedi Trials system that we weill be initiating. All-together, Oberst continues to amaze me by the sheer number of tasks he is able to capably juggle, and complete. I think his work merits a reat amount, but this is only one small token of many that I am sure are soon to come. Congratulations, Oberst.
