Work't has been a valuable asset to the Fist staff during his six-month term, providing a crucial fresh perspective as a younger-in-the-club member. As a Magistrate his direct responsibility is helping take care of the queue. In this current term Work't has provided detailed review and timely processing for 64 gaming submissions directly impacting 44 unique members.
Beyond his administrative duties with the queue Work't has participated in every staff discussion and policy decision over the six months. He's been involved in and provided critical input to the development of 3 new platform proposals (Dead by Daylight, Halo Infinite Firefight, and Helldivers 2), a major policy change for Casual Queue (Cards Against Humanity Special Rule), and the overhaul of the GMRG society rewards and progression. Work't also drafted and submitted a Shadow Academy course for Discord Pazaak to help newer members enjoy that new platform that is currently pending publication.

Kanal has remained an active and engaged member of the Brotherhood, providing engagement via Discord, gaming, and competition placements. Since his last recognition, he has organized 16 competitions, and participated in 22 competitions, managing to score 2 Sapphire Stars, 2 Emerald Star Crescents, and 43 Clusters of Earth via gaming, all while serving in his role as Quizmaster for the last few months.

Kanal has continued to enjoy success as the one-man show behind the Brotherhood's trivia sessions. Trivia is a bit unusual and Kanal has slightly more to manage than the average competition organizer. In addition to the normal work of creating the competition and handling placement--both of which are bit more work than your average DB comp--Kanal has the almost unique task of managing a Discord bot's integration on the DB server. He doesn't just write the trivia 'quizzes,' he also inputs them into Quizbot and handles the convoluted bot commands required to kick them off in #trivia. Kanal is also one of the very few members on the server who sets up Discord server events for his activities, and, to my knowledge, the only one who isn't a core Council member or Consul.
In an era when most competition organizers fire and forget instead of advertising and hyping their competitions in chat, Kanal's reliability in terms of scheduling, tagging the Quizzard server role, and setting up server events has paid off. By my count, his trivia sessions have generated roughly a thousand competition participations since I last pitched in on an award for him last July.
