For contributions to the Project Arx, specifically in the area of helping to create the write ups- that is, the creative writing and descriptions of the locations/venues- of the Dark Ascent and Sepulchrum. The Dark Asecent eventually became it's own article, as it is the home for the Dark Council, but the concept and implementation of it's original design are fully a credit to Slag's original work on that part of the project. He continued this by helping create the Sepulchrum, which is the Inquisitorius' secret holding cells for prisoners and interrogation. This helped add a darker, deeper foundation to one of the locations I hope will become a part of future fictional updates for the Dark Jedi Brotherhood.
Thank you for your contributions to this long-ranging, Brotherhood wide project. The original work put into the document helped give a strong foundation to the project as it made the push from concept to reality. Thank you for your efforts!

Since joining the staff as a Magistrate 4 months ago, Braecen quickly learned the nuances of the Character Sheet and Competitions queue approval system, and helped bring his own level of professional, constructive level of engagement with members to assist with getting their character's created and their competitions set up properly. His patient voice has had a hand in shaping how we handle remands, and I have heard only positive things to date. As a magistrate, he has approved 67 (23.02%) of Character Sheets that have come through. This metric alone does not account for the remands and back-and-forths and follow ups he's had with members on Telegram as well. In short, Braecen has been a stellar addition to the Voice team, and is one of the big reasons I've been able to step back almost entirely from CS remands and approvals. He also helped with onboarding our latest Magistrate, making sure he was brought up to speed with remands and approval protocol and tone.
Thank you for being an effective and helpful member of the team. I look forward to continuing to have you as a part of our team.

Over the last 4 months as Praetor to the Voice, Atty has approved a staff-high 79 Character Sheet's. This statistic alone does not convey the number of professional, polite, and patient remands she processes in an effort to continually direct members into having Character Sheets that are in line with the approval guidelines and the expectations of the system. This level of attention and service helps to create a better process for members both new and old when creating their character sheets.
Furthermore, Atty has proofread every major document or report that I have published, including the latest two fiction updates (Chapter 4: Order and Chapter 5: Engame). She was a heavy hand in helping to proof read the Arx article, and contributed artwork to the Art4Arx competition in a meaningful way that helped enhance the quality of the Arx articles.
Atty is an active and vocal participant in Voice Staff chat, leading the charge on maintaining the competition and character sheet queue. She has taken on the task of onboarding Braecen and our newest hire, TuQ, and has done an excellent job getting them both up to speed while I was focused elsewhere.
Atty also manages and posts the daily questions for Fiction Chat. On top of being an admin, she makes sure to post the daily question each day and helps drive member activity and attention by answering the questions herself while also encouraging others to answer and expand as well.
Most importantly, she knows me well enough, for the most part, to handle my style of leadership and administration. I do not have to double check her work, and know that when I leave the CS or Competition queue in her hands, things will get done.
Thank you for your service as Praetor, Atty. I appreciate it.

Kul was originally part of the Voice Staff Task Force that I had assembled to help tackle a plethora of projects. From that initial time period, Kul made his mark by providing the foundation for what would become the Fiction Studies exam that has just been launched and is live, as well as the Run-On Studies exam previously published. He took screenshots of the various administration steps in creating a Fiction Competition, which helped provide a strong visual aid to the text guidelines and written steps. He also helped discuss logistics for what type of exam it would be, and helped shape it towards becoming a primer instead of another "how to write well" guide. This exam will help members both new and old get better acquainted with organizing, grading, and running Fiction Competitions in the DJB. Thank you for your contributions to this Brotherhood wide project.

I'm just going to keep feeding Korroth praise and awards until he finally decides to be my Magistrate. Until then, I'll just have to settle for rewarding him for his stellar contributions to the back end administration of Voice Staff projects and documentation.
As an auxiliary member of the Voice Staff, Korroth was instrumentalist in setting up and creating the Wikipedia coding and formatting for Project Arx. His templates, outline, and hyperlinking helped make the article complete-upon-launch, with only minor cosmetic tweaks needed. This allowed the Voice Team to focus on the creative content of the article, and ultimately delivered a stronger final product for the Brotherhood.
Beyond that, Korroth took over my Fiction Studies project as the point-person and owned the recently completed (and now live) Fiction Studies exam. This involved writing out the majority of the Wikipeda article (https://wiki.darkjedibrotherhood.com/view/Fiction), and then creating questions that pulled from it. The work that went into making this exam will serve as a primer for new and veteran members looking to understand how fiction competitions are run, organized, and graded in the DJB, for years to come. It helps the Writing Department in the SA grow stronger as a resource for members to learn about our systems. This was all done under the outline and direction given by myself, and included multiple revisions and passes as I asked more questions, added more requests for content, and asked for more questions to be drawn up.
For his relentless pursuit of making sure this exam got done, and for dealing with my nagging and critique, combined with his multiple efforts assisting with Project Arx, I'm pleased to render this Steel Cross for your work. Thank you Korro for sticking with things!
