As Turel already mentioned his beyond stellar numbers I want to focus on what Tarvitz brings to not only House Hoth but the entire clan. He brings a insane work ethic that puts most of us “active” people to shame. He is constantly in the thick of every House/Clan and DJB event out there. If he doesn’t place you can bet he still put in a ton of effort, trust me i know. I was on his Battleplan team for the Clan event Desperate Measures a event he did finished in 3rd place overall. Then again taking 2nd place in the most recent House Event Suspicion on Solyiat, Tarvitz continually puts his all into every event he can.

As if events was the only thing Tarvitz was good for, nope not in the least at all. After months of research, rewrites, blood sweat and tears Tarvitz completed the biggest addition to Hoth canon to date! He created a 21 page wiki article Notable Fauna: Strokera which single handedly populated a major continent on our new world!

Tarvitz also compiles the entire member achievements and formats it for my reports. He has done this every month I have been in leadership. He never once complains when I ask him if he can do it and in fact he always completes the task faster than any deadline I give him. He is one of the sole reasons I can get my reports out on time each month.

There is so much more I can say but I’ll let others chime in as well but at the end of the day, my dear friend you amaze me with the dedication and hard work you put into this club. You are always there for me or anyone in the Clan that needs help and I more than appreciate everything you do for Hoth and the Clan as a whole!

Tarvitz, our resident destroyer of Mouse lore and do-er of freaking everything. Turel and Edgar have gone over the numbers metrics, so Im just going to touch on what other things he brings to the team.

He is a constant source of chatter among his House and Clanmates. Often times challenging us to look deeper into our characters which often brings to light a new way to look at them, or even new ways to alter our CS's. While he loathes the new canon, he is very helpful in bringing some of the Legends material to light that can be of use to everyone. Lastly he is a constant help to the Clan by offering to proof ACC posts, fiction, reports, and is a mad man at creating new content for our House wiki page.

Congratulations my friend, this is well deserved!

Tarvitz is one of those rare members that you can always rely on to complete a task in a timely manner. Using the Notable Fauna Wiki page as an example, Tarvitz was always ahead of the deadline; several days before I was prepared to ask for a progress report, I was being asked to glance through and give him my thoughts on the creatures he had created. It's not often you find a member that apologizes for the depth of detail or for being ahead of time.

That is only but one example of the kind of person Ka Tarvitz is. He puts everything into his work, with no thought toward the recognition it will bring. He simply does it to bring more life and depth to the fictional backstory of not only House Hoth, but Clan Odan-Urr as a whole.

It is for this reason that I am pleased to be recommending Ka Tarvitz for a Grand Cross. Congratulations, mate! You've more than earned this!

Exceptionally active both in terms of her own activity record and her contribution to the clan leadership, Alara is everything we hoped she would be when she joined the summit team. She brings with her an excellent combination of work rate and pragmatism, and has done a great job of organising her house and her leadership team.

Her recent creation of a House Excidium Leadership Calendar, which contains all the major events, reporting days, competitions, project deadlines, etc. for the house and its subunits outlines her organised approach to leadership. Furthermore, Alara never forgets her members and is very quick to recognise those who deserve it.

When Alara joined the clan and made her way through the journeyman ranks everyone spoke about how she would be a future leader of the clan. She has surpassed all expectations. Thanks for everything you do for us.
