It's an incredible pleasure to make this recommendation today. Vizsla is home to a variety of notable members, some are former councillors while others are activity superstars, yet a complete list of notable Vizsla would be lacking without Kanal’s name.

Since last being awarded 2 years ago, Kanal has organized 91 competitions - a large chuck through his duties as Quizmaster for the club. In addition to this, he has participated in another 127 competitions. This has earned him 1 bronze nova and 15 Crescents (4 Ruby, 1 Amethyst, 2 Sapphire, 6 Emerald, 1 Topaz, & 1 Quartz). Additionally he has earned 950 Clusters of Fire, 1 Cluster of Ice, 4 Clusters of Graphite, 1 Dark Side Scroll, and 2 Seal of Loyalty. Kanal has completed 91 gaming activities and 3 fiction activities while writing 405 words. He's completed 1 course and 1 degree in the Shadow Academy. Kanal has also achieved 1 society rank-ups as an ACC participant. This level of activity has obtained 693600 credits for Vizsla while Kanal has achieved 25495 MXP through these activities.

Yet, Kanal has also contributed significantly to Vizsla and has earned an additional 454 non-site MXP needed for a Ruby Scepter (25,949). To start, Kanal has been a consistent and welcoming presence in the Vizsla channels, especially warchat, on Discord. Always present and always willing to interact with others while encouraging conversations about star wars, our supported games and providing guidance to new folks in our community. This was further experienced during the Pro Bowl event in the fall, where Kanal served as Rotworm Captain and fulfilled his duties by assisting with the draft, hyping the event in our clan and Rotworm channels, while also assisting others with advice on the events. Frankly, I see this as one of Kanal’s great features - he is a discord champion, starting or continuing conversations, helping or welcoming others, and stepping up to help hype events for the clan. He further this by championing the trivia channel as tribune, creating interesting and engaging trivia events that will be missed now that he has resigned. Finally, Kanal has been a willing participant in our clan’s gaming social nights and has often been the rallying cry for starting up support in games like Battlefront 2. For these contributions, Kanal has the clan's thanks and we wish to recognize those contributions through today's Ruby Scepter.

Since his last award, Slags remained a tour de force of a Consul, passionately and actively paving the way for his clan, and the brotherhood at large.

His experienced oversight has helped continue to give Plagueis life and a momentum to continue towards the future. Internal training and oversight of the clans other leaders, regularly rewarding reviews, and timely focused expansions of activity are all a large list of responsibilities to juggle.

Not only did he push the clan during the running of season 1 Parabellum, he provided many activity outlets himself. This includes the major clan events of Ascending Conspiracy and Ascending Convergence. He also was the lead in the annual running of the Pro Bowl, with Pro Bowl IX being the largest and most successful to date. An effort that required coordination with all the other Consuls in the club.

Slagar was always focused, and put forward great effort towards bettering his clan and this club. Plagueis stands where it does currently, largely due to the efforts he made during his tenure. Thank you Slags for all of the great effort you put into this job, and Congratulations.

Additional reasons

There are some members of the Brotherhood whose reputations arrive long before you ever formally meet them. For me, that person was Slags.

Long before I joined the club, I knew the name through my partner, Alaris. Late nights were often filled with the sounds of voice chats echoing from the other room in my house. Laughter, debates that grew louder than intended, moments of frustration followed immediately by shared jokes. Slags was almost always part of those conversations. Even as someone completely outside the Brotherhood at the time, it was obvious that this was someone deeply embedded in the community.

It was also obvious that he was not universally easy to deal with.

Slags built a reputation over decades as someone fiercely opinionated, confident to the point of stubbornness, and at times capable of coming across as indifferent, overly blunt, or as some would say, an asshole. In his career, that intensity could create friction. He was never interested in soft leadership or empty diplomacy and there were moments where ego spoke louder than patience.

But what defines Slags legacy is not who he was at his most difficult... it is the growth that followed.

Over time and with the grounding influence of people like Alaris who were never afraid to challenge him, Slags evolved. The sharp edges did not disappear, rather, they refined into something far more effective. Confidence became experience. Blunt honesty became constructive mentorship. Strong opinions became informed leadership shaped by decades of institutional knowledge.

By the time I joined the Brotherhood, I encountered a leader who had learned not only how to lead others, but how to grow himself.

From day one, he made space for new members in a way that felt genuine. There was no pretense, no forced friendliness, simply an expectation that if you were here, you belonged and had something to contribute. That attitude set the tone for my early experience and ultimately shaped my entire career within the club.

Only a few months after joining, I stepped into my first leadership role as Aedile. Like many new leaders, I entered that position excited but uncertain, trying to understand how to balance responsibility with community building. Nearly every leadership skill I possess today can be traced back to lessons learned from Slags during that time.

He did not mentor through lectures. He mentored through engagement.

He answered questions at all hours, challenged my assumptions, offered feedback that was honest rather than comfortable, and consistently encouraged me to grow beyond what I thought I was capable of. I learned how to manage people, how to foster activity, how to prioritize member experience, and how to navigate the complicated reality of leading a volunteer organization, all under his guidance.

My entire DJB career has unfolded alongside his mentorship. From Aedile, to Quaestor twice, and now to Proconsul, I have spent nearly my entire time on a summit team. I can say without hesitation that I would not be in the position I am today without Slags influence. He was my sounding board, my critic when I needed grounding, and my loudest supporter when confidence faltered.

He was quite simply my leadership foundation.

To understand the scale of Slags impact however, one must look beyond individual mentorship and consider the span of his service.

Since joining the Brotherhood on January 14 1999, Slags has devoted over two decades to shaping nearly every aspect of the organization. Few members can claim such sustained dedication across eras of change, and fewer still remain relevant leaders across multiple generations of membership.

Throughout his career he has served in an extraordinary range of roles: Aedile, Battle Team Leader, Quaestor, Proconsul, Consul, Praetor, Magistrate, Herald, Wiki Staff member, and even as a Hand of Justice. Each position reflects not merely participation but trust, repeated demonstrations that when the Brotherhood needed leadership Slags stepped forward.

Longevity alone does not define greatness. Impact does.

His accomplishments speak to both competitive excellence and sustained leadership success. Among his many honors, Slags holds the titles of di Plagia, Second Hero of the Dark Crusade, First Hero of Horizons, Avatar of Strife, Third Hero of the Fifteenth Great Jedi War: Ascension, and Third Hero of the Sixteenth Great Jedi War: Transcendence. These titles represent not momentary achievement but continued excellence across multiple defining events in Brotherhood history.

His competitive legacy is equally remarkable. As Combat Center Champion [Singularity] and bearer of the title The Mindwalker, Slags demonstrated mastery not only of leadership but of personal participation and skill. His standing within the clubs competitive sphere is further reinforced by holding the highest number of Gold Novae in the Brotherhood and the second highest total of Silver Novae, a testament to years of consistent engagement and performance.

Reaching the rank of Elder 3, the second highest attainable rank within the Brotherhood, reflects something even more significant than awards or statistics: sustained trust earned over decades.

Yet statistics alone cannot capture what Slags truly contributed.

The most meaningful measure of his legacy is the leaders he helped create.

Over the years, Slags shifted from being a leader defined primarily by personal presence to one defined by mentorship. He learned to empower others, to step back when needed and to allow new voices to shape the future of the club. That evolution is visible in countless members who have rose through the ranks under his guidance, myself included.

He believed in people before they believed in themselves. He challenged leaders to improve rather than settle. He reminded us that while we dedicate countless hours to organization, planning, and competition, we remain volunteers brought together by shared passion, creativity, and friendship.

What began for me as overheard conversations years ago became one of the most influential relationships of my time in the Brotherhood. Mentorship became collaboration. Collaboration became friendship.

And through it all Slags remained a constant. Sometimes challenging, sometimes frustrating, always honest, and ultimately deeply invested in the success of both individuals and the club as a whole.

Growth defines a leader’s true legacy. Slags journey from strong willed veteran to seasoned mentor reflects not only personal development but a commitment to becoming better for the community he cared about. That willingness to evolve is, in my opinion, one of his greatest accomplishments.

Thank you, Slags, for the lessons, the guidance, the encouragement, and even the difficult conversations that shaped me into the leader I am today. Thank you for investing time and belief into others. Thank you for helping build leaders who will continue carrying forward the principles you worked so hard to refine.

You leave behind more than titles, awards, or positions. You leave behind people, leaders strengthened by your mentorship, friendships forged through shared experience, and a Brotherhood undeniably shaped by your presence.

I am incredibly grateful to have learned from you, honored to have served alongside you, and proud to call you a friend.

Your legacy is not simply what you achieved.

It is who you helped others become.

Nora Olen, 2026-04-19 02:53:55 UTC

Master Slagar stands firmly among the old guard of the Club. A name I had seen and heard long before I ever had the privilege of working alongside him. When I joined Clan Summit and later stepped into the role of Consul, that reputation quickly proved well-earned. Over the course of our shared tenure, I came to know him not just as a leader, but as a steady presence among his peers.

Throughout his time as Consul, to my knowledge one of the longest-serving in the Club’s history at over five years. Master Slagar consistently ensured that the rest of us were informed, prepared and supported. He maintained open lines of communication across the Consular ranks, keeping us aware of emerging issues and offering insight that helped each Clan navigate challenges in a way that best suited their individual paths to success.

On a more personal level, I valued the many conversations we exchanged. Whether it was discussing model aircraft techniques or working through mentorship moments as I found my footing as a new Consul, Master Slagar was always willing to lend his time and perspective. When it came to Pro Bowl preparations, he brought a level of organization and efficiency that made what could have been a complex process feel seamless. His approach set the standard, and it was one the rest of us were proud to support and carry forward each year.

Master Slagar, it has been both an honor and a privilege to serve alongside you. Beyond the administrative demands and the constant drive to improve the Club, you have reminded us that leadership is also about the relationships we build and the respect we foster among one another. That impact will endure well beyond your tenure. Your presence in the Consular channels will be missed. Thank you for everything you have given to this Club.

Adept DarkHawk Sadow, 2026-04-17 21:52:44 UTC

Oh Slags, how the tables have turned. I never realized how bittersweet the day would be when I would finally get the chance to pay you back for all of the kind words that you have written about me in award and promo recs because it would mean that a constant for nearly 9 years was no more. It would mean that Slags was no longer in leadership.

In the past 11 years there has been a grand total of 34 days where Slags wasn’t in a leadership position. When I first joined, Slags was already leading Plagueis as Consul. I was intimidated at first as a new join by this member so far up the ranks of the club, but Slags very quickly saw something in me and offered me my first taste of leadership, and I haven’t looked back since. That’s the thing about Slags, he’s always had a knack for seeing the leadership potential in members whether they see it in themselves or not, and helping them to grow and foster their skills within those positions. I can honestly say that I wouldn’t be in the position I am today nor held the positions that I have, if it weren’t for Slag’s encouragement and mentorship. Working with Slags has shown me the importance of putting the member experience first and foremost, the value of trying new things in order to see what drives engagement and activity, and that at the end of the day we are all volunteers in a club dedicated to space wizards and ships that go “pew, pew, pew”, so we need try to have a bit of fun!

I mentioned 11 years (with an EXTREMELY BRIEF hiatus) in leadership, but what I didn’t mention was that 5 years of that was just his current stretch as consul of Clan Plagueis. An incredibly impressive tenure that shows dedication and commitment to the clan. Under his guidance we saw membership participation increase, more competition organizers within the clan and of course, we saw Clan Plagueis bring home second place in the Sixteenth Great Jedi War. All incredible work that Slag’s would have you attribute to others, but while accurate, it’s not the whole story. Without his guidance, without his pushing and without him putting the right team together, none of that would have been possible. But it’s not just this clan that Slag’s was passionate about, but the club as a whole. Over the years, Slags has taken a small, silly new idea for a new clan event, the Pro Bowl, and worked tirelessly to expand and refine it to become a highly anticipated annual event. Starting as a way to break down the barriers between the houses of Clan Plagueis by dividing the members into two new teams turned into an event that would break down the walls between all of the clans of the Brotherhood and even bring in the DC to participate. This was a passion project for Slags that wasn’t about the glory of any one clan or individual, but about the value of teamwork and the importance of just trying things. It was about meeting new people from outside your regular contacts, creating unlikely alliances and sometimes even unexpected friendships. But in the end, above all it was about making a positive experience for members, something that Slags has preached to me over and over again over the years. These are lessons that Slags has worked tirelessly to instill in the leaders around him and are lessons I plan on carrying forward in my leadership career.

Thank you, Slags, for everything you’ve done for the Club, the Clan and me over the years. Your presence will be sorely missed and felt throughout the entire club. You leave some absolutely massive shoes to be filled, and unfortunately, I only have a massive hat. But, I will do my best to live up to the legacy you are leaving behind.

Adapt. Ascend. Avail. - TuQ

TuQ’uan Varick di Plagia, 2026-04-18 13:10:32 UTC

Slagar is a longstanding fixture of the Brotherhood. Certainly inside Plagueis, but even outside of it you would be hard pressed to find a member that cannot equate Plagueis' success and Slags' name. This is no less prevalent in the continued success and notoriety of the annual Pro Bowl event for which he is responsible. Additionally, Plagueis demonstrates one of the highest participation counts within the club regularly and that is no small matter.

When discussing Slags, the most notable thing to mention is his absolute passion for the club and his members. This could be seen in every interaction and debate he had at the highest of club values. That cannot be argued. He took that passion and turned it into a tenured career leading Plagueis through highs and lows, challenges and quiet seas. The thing I respect is that he didn't just sit back and let his members show up. No, he dives into the waters alongside them, leading from the front with passion and skill.

For that, it is easy to thank him. It's what I think all Consuls should be doing. They're the example their clan should be following. Constant events, engagement with high level initiatives, and trickling down to pushing his clan to do better. That is what I think of for a Consul. That is what I look to reward. I thank Slags for his work as consul and the large shoes he leaves for those who come next.

It's an absolute delight to be able to make this recommendation today. Kenath Zoron Ad Vizsla, or simply Zoron, is frankly an outstanding member of both the clan and club. There is never an activity report without Zoron's name, whether it be competitions enter or placed or host; he will be in there. Therefore, it's well deserved to see that this member has achieved enough MXP for a Ruby Spector.

Since his last medal, almost 2 years ago, Zoron has acheived this by organizing 6 competitions, participating in another 234, completiting 20 gaming activities, passing 11 courses, gaining 4 degrees, and earning 148 Crescents (23 Diamond, 20 Ruby, 45 Amethyst, 22 Sapphire, 21 Emerald, 11 Topax, and 6 Quartz) along with 156 clusters of fire, 4 clusters of graphite, and 1 seal of loyalty. In addition to this, he's achieve 2 society rankups (Aurora & ACC participant) and an astounding 1446820 credits for Clan Vizsla.

The above metrics clearly show Zoron's outstanding activities and competitive edge, however it's important to know that Zoron is also a great contributor to our community through his friendliness and the support he shows his fellow Vizsla member. I appreciate how much Zoron brings to our community through all his efforts and I think it's important we recognize those efforts today with a Ruby Spector. Thanks for all you do, Zoron. Congrats!

Ben is an exemplary example of an Arconan and an Arconae. A constant and active presence in Arconan spaces, and one we are always happy to have around. It is no surprise to me that he is once again up for one of the higher echelon of awards available in the Brotherhood.

Thank you, Ben, for being a part of our Clan.

It is with great joy that I hereby recommend Ben be awarded a Ruby Scepter.

Since his last recognition, Ben has organized and helped co-organize 18 competitions, while participating in a whopping 165 competitions himself. He’s earned 106,0000 credits for Clan Arcona’s coffers, earning 75 crescent with Diamond stars, multiple clusters, 3 scrolls of foundation, and an SoL. He’s ranked up 3 societies and judged 2 ACC matches.

This award also carries with it his last few months as Headmaster, which can be seen reflected in the metrics of grading 128 exams and earning 1 degree for himself as well.

We are always grateful for Ben's contributions as a member of Clan Arcona, and for how his presence makes the club in general a better place.

Seals has been one of those members you just kinda watch and wonder what they're gonna do next. From cranking out tons of art for the Herald staff (as told by Vyr below) to doing all the things (as told by Xantros below) to just taking the time to talk to folks and produce the weekly comp round-up she happily posts in the clan channels, Seals shows that she has the drive and tenacity to dig in and get it done, as evidenced by this award. Her very first Ruby Scepter. This is a major milestone for any member, this shiny pimp cane you can use to bonk people.

No longer will Seals be the bonked, but can now be the bonker. Bonkee? Eh, you get the idea. Congratulations, Seals! Well done and I'll see you in the next one!

Seals has been an invaluable member of my staff ever since she joined. She started out unsure of herself but, slowly and with time, she has gained much more confidence and showed her skills clearly with her work. I'm very proud of the work she's done so far and hope she will continue doing more!

So far, for the Herald's staff, Seals has completed 1 Custom robe, 3 Custom weapons, 6 Warbanners and 30 Selector robes as part of the Holiday special 2025.

Good job and congrats, Seals. Proud of you!

Captain Morgan Sorenn, 2026-01-16 02:35:23 UTC

Seals is one of the people that you really want to have as a member of your Battleteam, House or Clan. I definitely do and let me share with you why.

Seals is a very active members of Wildcards. Since her last recognition she has participated in 125 competitions of all kinds – fiction, graphics, gaming and others. She has managed to earn 62 Crescents in total, which means that she has placed in almost than 50% of competitions she has participated in. Isn't it impressive? She has submitted 90 gaming activities, earning 805 Clusters of Fire. For her Fiction (2 – 2245 words in total) and Role-Playing (7 as a participant – 7564 words in total) activities, she has earned 25 Clusters of Ice. For her graphic activities, she has earned 62 Clusters of Graphite. Among her other achievements are obtaining a Silver Nova, passing a Shadow Academy course and six rank advancements in Societies – 2 in the Inquisitorious, 2 in the Shroud Syndicate and 2 in the Envoy Corps (Participant). Finally, she has served as a Battleteam Leader of Wildcards for 3 months since her last recognition and a Magistrate to the Herald for around 4 months since her last recognition (Morgan has covered her work in his office).

Though I have been Seals' BTL for a very short time (succeeding her in this role), I am happy to have her in Wildcards and honored to include my recommendation for her first Ruby Scepter. It is just a small token of my appreciation for all her work and activity.

It is my honor to recommend J’Kast for the Ruby Scepter, in recognition of a period of service defined by exceptional consistency, sustained engagement, and reliable leadership in support of the Brotherhood’s ongoing activities.

Over this award period, J’Kast distinguished himself foremost through an extraordinary level of participation. With 505 participations, he stands among the most consistently active members of the club, demonstrating a level of presence and reliability that materially contributes to the health and vibrancy of the Brotherhood. This activity is further reinforced by his competitive success, having earned a total of 216 Crescent awards during this time. These include 11 Crescents with Diamond Star, 22 with Ruby Star, 52 with Amethyst Star, 58 with Sapphire Star, 49 with Emerald Star, 15 with Topaz Star, and 9 with Quartz Star. Taken together, these awards represent placements in approximately 43% of all competitions he has entered, an impressive rate of success given the sheer volume of his participation and the diversity of events involved.

In addition to his competitive presence, J’Kast contributed as Aedile by actively hosting competitions that supported both our monthly competition series and the Operation Zerek event. Throughout his eight-month tenure, he helped sustain consistent member engagement by designing and running competitions across routine and large-scale Clan initiatives. His leadership was practical and impact-driven, centered on providing reliable activity opportunities and maintaining momentum across event cycles.

J’Kast also maintained a balanced activity profile across other areas of the Brotherhood. He participated in 57 gaming activities, maintaining a visible presence in the club’s social and competitive gaming spaces. Creatively, he contributed through roleplaying, participating in five sessions totaling 4,541 words, while also serving as a Roleplaying DM for an additional session, contributing 473 words in a facilitative capacity.

Academically and societally, J’Kast continued to invest in the Brotherhood’s long-term development. He passed 7 Shadow Academy courses and earned 3 degrees, alongside achieving 14 society rank-ups across multiple organizations, including the Aurora Collegium of Sciences, Grand Master’s Royal Guard, Inquisitorius, Shroud Syndicate, and the Envoy Corps.

Taken together, J’Kast’s record reflects sustained commitment, dependable leadership service, and consistent competitive performance. His contributions are marked by reliability and longevity rather than short-term bursts of activity, aligning well with the standards and intent of the Ruby Scepter. He is a deserving recipient of this award.

Primary reason

It is my honor to recommend Furios for the Ruby Scepter, in recognition of a period of service marked by exceptional leadership, sustained organizational commitment, and an extraordinary breadth of activity across nearly every pillar of the Brotherhood.

Over this award period, Furios has demonstrated a rare combination of initiative and follow-through, organizing 22 activities and co-organizing an additional 41. This level of direct administrative engagement reflects not only reliability, but a willingness to shoulder the often unseen workload that keeps the club active and healthy. His service as Aedile and later Quaestor further underscores this commitment. Furios was the primary driver of both our recent Wiki Project Phase 1 revamp of our lore as well as Operation Zerek. For the former, he averaged roughly half of the work across the Hyperdyne Systems Interstellar, Azorian Citadel, Ice Station Zerek, Cilix, Confederacy of the Outer Reaches, and House Ventress articles. He also served as the main overseer of the project, coordinating the efforts of three other project members while providing initial review and feedback before the articles were submitted to me for final approval.

For Operation Zerek, he coordinated all Clan Summit members at both the House and Battleteam levels to execute the event. In essence, he took point on running the operation in much the same manner a Consul would for a major Clan event. This was in addition to his day-to-day duties as a Summit member, where he consistently focused on member engagement and support. He also continued what has become a Plagueis tradition with our vacation competitions, this time delivering the Vacation on Hoth event in 2025. His five news posts, split between position reports and major event updates, further demonstrate a willingness to communicate, document, and elevate the accomplishments of others—an often underappreciated but vital form of service.

Beyond leadership, Furios’s personal activity level is nothing short of remarkable. With 217 participations and 116 gaming activities, he has been a constant and enthusiastic presence across competitive and social spaces alike. His engagement with the Antei Combat Center, completion of ACC battles, and steady gaming output reinforce a sustained commitment to the Brotherhood’s core interactive offerings. Furios has also made significant creative contributions, producing over 22,000 words across regular fiction and roleplaying activities. Complementing this are 15 fiction activities outside the ACC and consistent roleplaying participation, highlighting a member who contributes meaningfully rather than sporadically.

Academically and structurally, Furios continues to invest in the long-term strength of the Brotherhood. With 12 Shadow Academy courses passed, 4 degrees earned, and affiliation across multiple societies—including the Shroud Syndicate and Envoy Corps—he exemplifies well-rounded engagement.

Taken together, Furios’s record reflects sustained excellence, broad impact, and selfless leadership. His contributions extend well beyond any single role or activity type, touching organization, participation, creativity, and mentorship alike. This level of service is fully in keeping with the standards of the Ruby Scepter, and I can think of few more deserving recipients.

It's an incredible pleasure to make this recommendation today. While this Chiss is called Malodin'Tater, he is known to our community simply as Tater. Like his namesake, he is a flavorful addition to our community and, like any starch, is a heavy but desired presence.

Since last being awarded 25 months ago, Tater has organized 5 competitions and participated in an astounding 407 competitions. This has earned him 92 Crescents (2 Diamond, 20 Ruby, 33 Amethyst, 25 Sapphire, 7 Emerald, 3 Topaz, & 2 Quartz). Additionally he has earned 150 Clusters of Graphite, 134 Clusters of Ice, 12 Seals of Transcendence, and a Seal of Loyalty. Tater wrote 51,975 words across 37 fiction activities, he's completed 16 courses in the Shadow Academy, and gained 5 degrees. Tater has also achieved 7 society rank-ups (1 GMRG, 3 Inquisitorius, and 3 Shroud Syndicate). This level of activity has obtained 1,556,220 credits for Vizsla while Tater has achieved 24906 MXP through these activities.

Yet, Tater has also contributed significantly to Vizsla and has earned an additional 1043 non-site MXP needed for a Ruby Scepter (25,949). To start, Tater has been a consistent and welcoming presence in the Vizsla channels, especially warchat, on Discord. Always present and always willing to interact with others. In addition to this, Tater has served as M:CON to Sarin for 3 months earlier this year assisting with the clan wiki revamp as well as working with Sarin to develop a vision for the clan's future lore. This has been significant to us as Tater now has become a wealth of knowledge allowing the clan to continue Sarin's vision from the lore projects they shared and developed. Since becoming Quaestor two months ago, Tater has instrumental to carrying this legacy forward as we have furthered Sarin's ideas by developing the clan theme, establishing lore items like Blackspire Tower, and expanding the worldbuilding that he and Sarin mapped out over many talks and emails ago. In addition to this, we've gotten rid of the M:CON role and have been using the QUA roles as they were intended, with Tater now taking the lead on the administrative duties for Wren by hosting regular competitions in our Bounty Board series and providing evaluations of his membership so we can ensure folks are rewarded properly. For these contributions, Tater has the clan's thanks and we wish to recognize those contributions through today's Ruby Scepter.

Additionally she has earned 1.507 Clusters of Fire, 4 Clusters of Graphite, a Scroll of the Master, and a Seal of Loyalty. Zuza wrote 3.619 words across 3 ACC matches and served as judge for a further 5 matches, thus advancing her rank in the Antei Combat Center (participant) society once and in the Antei Combat Center (judge) society 5 times. She wrote 8.894 words of fiction, a further 32.489 words across 22 Roleplaying Sessions and a further 2.535 words while DMing a session. This earned her an impressive 99 Clusters of Ice. Zuza also passed 2 Shadow Academy Courses.

Zuza has been a veritable powerhouse presence in the Taldryan Social Scene on Discord. Always present and always willing to interact with others.

In itself this would already be impressive. However Zuza did this while serving on the FIST staff the entire time, first as a Magistrate and now as Praetor. I will let the FIST document her work in these roles in his supporting recommendation though.

Zuza, when you came to our Clan, you hit the ground running. I am very happy to see you’ve made yourself comfortable in Taldryan and hope to be able to award you many more medals in the future. I am beyond proud to award you the Ruby Scepter for your efforts over the past 7 months, congratulations, you’ve more than earned this!

Primary reason

It's Jack, he Jack'd off, did all the things: Jack'd up the volume on all our competitions, running the COU Campaigns alongside me, running DB Wide Poetry competitions, running roleplays, and pushing Odanites to participate in everything they can get their hands on. On more than one occasion, he's thrown jacks under my feet to slow me down, remind me to take care of my own health, and keep me from burning out. And most importantly, he's been a good man, with a good service record for Clan and Club.

Organizing/Co-organizing 61 competitions since his last recognition, Jack has also participated in 148 competitions (183 if we include containers), judged and completed an ACC Match (with a word count of 1,112), written 2 Regular fictions with a word count of 1,993, and joined 22 roleplays with a word count of 17,343, advanced 7 ranks across various societies: 1 in the Inquisitorious, 2 in The Shroud Syndicate, 2 in the ACC as a participant, 1 as a judge, as well as increasing his rank once in the Envoy Corps as a participant.

He has also earned 3 Crescents with Diamond Stars, 7 Crescents with Ruby Stars, 8 Crescents with Amethyst Stars, 12 Crescents with Sapphire Stars, 7 Crescents with Emerald Stars, 2 Crescents with Topaz Stars, 4 Crescents with Quartz Stars, 796 Clusters of Fire, 41 Clusters of Ice, 16 Clusters of Graphite, and a Seal of Loyalty. Jack has also earned 748,100 Credits for Odan-Urr over the same time.

As my PCON, Jack has worked to continue our outreach, training, and recognition programs. Routinely working alongside our newest and youngest members, we've tried to promote a culture of learning and empowerment from within Odan-Urr. Through several family and health crises Jack has stepped in to cover the Clan's needs in my stead, especially over the last 6 months where recent issues have sidelined me for a few weeks at a time sporadically leaving him in charge of the Clan for roughly 3 of the 6 months, he has often reminded me to take time to recover and grieve as needed, and worked tirelessly to keep our Clan moving, even as we lost the entirety of our upper summit within the period of a month, and moved to promote our junior varsity team to take their place a little sooner than anticipated to keep the Clan agile. His continued work to better the conditions and future outlook of Odan-Urr: organizing our storylines (developing half of the dozen potential storylines for our ongoing Campaign), accessibility, and overall activity levels through his ever-present competition series (both assisting me in the mass competitions of the COU Campaign and his own separate Cluster Race series and monthly RP runs), his presence and power in-Clan have been ceaseless, from bullying the Bunny, corralling Kav, rounding up several of our stray members, and providing them all with comprehensive, hands-on instruction to help them find a better footing within the community. Jack has been the gentle hand, cajoling and cheering our members as needed, providing the pressure and support to keep them grounded and pointed north through the chaos, coaching our young leaders on, ensuring, and establishing protocols to promote further in-house activity.

Month after month, he has worked his way through our roster with me, performing routine outreach. He has worked with some of our more silent members, keeping them on the Roster and attempting to reintegrate them into routine activity, most recently bringing LadyCaprinet back around as well as establishing contact with four others who had fallen out of touch or who were at risk of rogueing out in recent days. His efforts are plain as day when you look at Odan-Urr's overall activity referencing the recent Parabellum cycle, with 30 members having taken direct participation.

Ever onwards~
