The ARC Caster is a highly-modified Special Blaster inside the frame of a Blas-Tech E-11 Blaster Rifle. It uses a charge function to prepare a blast of electricity at a target that when fully charged can effect up to four other targets. This weapon is also capable of severely damaging the wiring and systems of droid components, and was deployed by the army of the Galactic Empire.
