Cosinga-class Heavy Corvette

The Consinga-class Heavy Corvette is a 120-meter long Corvette that can also fill the role of an armored pleasure yacht with a sleek body and two rear-swept wings. Hyperdrive capable, this vessel has exceptional maneuverability and speed, with heavy armor and powerful shielding. Its powerful powerplant and engines are able to outrun an Imperial Star Destroyer and are even capable of dragging their tractor beams. While not as well armed as some other ships of its class, the Cosinga-class makes up for this with its armor, shielding, advanced sensor suite, and advanced defensive countermeasure systems in its wings that make it incredibly hard to track and are also capable of blasting gravity mines. Emperor Palpatine was known to own several of these vessels that he housed in his Observatories throughout the galaxy.
