Curator-class Cruiser

The Curator-class Cruiser is a 1000-meter long experimental Cruiser retrofitted from the Defender-class Cruiser and engineered to be an advanced research and experimentation vessel. It was commissioned by the Odan-Urr scientists, funded by ACE Financial, and manufactured by ArxMotors. Intended as a state-of-the-art research vessel, installation of advanced laboratories lead to its high price tag. The hangar bay has been downsized to accommodate additional research areas, including a greenhouse, vault, and an aquarium. The ship is mostly de-armed with the exception of some standard turbolasers on the underside and some point-defense weapons to act as a deterrent and defend the Odan-Urr's research. Hyperdrive capable, this vessel has great speed and average maneuverability, with heavy armor and heavy shielding.
