Forcesaber

The Forcesaber is a weapon of ancient Rakatan invention, re-engineered by the most knowledgeable and skilled alchemists of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood. Originally used during the time of the Rakatan Infinite Empire, it is a rare precursor to the traditional lightsaber design. It uses a special form of crystal shaped by alchemy. When dark side energy is funneled through the crystal an energy blade as if from a regular lightsaber is ignited, allowing it to cut through almost anything, even blast doors given enough time.
