Starhawk-class Battleship Mark I

The Starhawk-class Battleship Mark I is a 2400-meter long Destroyer constructed at the Nadiri Dockyards for use by the New Republic Defense Fleet. They have a unique design, with the front of the vessel shaped like a hatchet. One of the first vessels to be created for use by the New Republic Defense Fleet, it is capable of taking on an Imperial Star Destroyer and is more heavily armed than an MC80A Home One Type Heavy Star Cruiser. Towards the end of the Galactic Civil War, these vessels were constructed using captured and disassembled Imperial vessels.
