Prototype: Military Sphyrna-class Hammerhead Corvette

The Military Sphyrna-class Hammerhead Corvette is a 116-meter long Corvette retrofitted to be combat-capable. This Corvette has been outfitted by The Exchange and Aurora Collegium with autonomous systems to reduce the necessary crew to operate it. Hyperdrive capable, this vessel has average maneuverability and speed, with heavy armor and average shielding.

Onboard Research Amenities (Space Vehicle Modification)

The Wildgrowth II has had its interior significantly altered to support scholarly pursuits. Several of the areas have been refitted into among others a small library, and a study. A somewhat small segment of the cargo space of the ship has been altered to support secure artifact storage and the other segment has been modified to safely transport biological and geological specimen as well as small habitats for smaller forms of fauna and flora. A stateroom has been altered into a conservatory like greenhouse, isolated from the rest of the ship to prevent damage to ship systems due to increased moisture amongst other things, with altered environmental controls to support the plants residing inside the chamber. A small segment of the cargo space has been sacrificed to create a few additional cabins to house guests and passengers.

Wildgrowth II has seen combat, and it shows, with laser marks scarring the plating on the vehicle, and minor damage in the form of scratches and dents unrepaired since they had no impact on the functionality of this Military Sphyrna-class Hammerhead Corvette.
