The outer casing of this lightsaber has been constructed using beskar, making it nearly indestructable and resistant to lightsaber attacks.

This long-hafted lightsaber has been constructed as a spear, the 1.75 meter long haft bearing fine damascene grooves carved into it for texture and grip. Coated in black ceramic polymer for both protection and camouflage, etched runes embellish one side of the hilt, travelling the length of the weapon reciting a litany of names important to the Ulfhednar Clan. At the end of the haft, the emitter and inner workings of this lightsaber reside. Upon activation, a pale turquoise blade extends from the end of the haft.

Using a series of obscured inner mechanisms and exceptionally finely machined connections, a user familiar with this weapon can use the Force to collapse this weapon down into a third of its length for ease of carry and concealment. Multiple locks and exceptionally high tolerances combine at several points to ensure structural integrity, but make collapsing the weapon a slow and somewhat tedious process. Use of the weapon while folded is awkward at best. Redeploying is a far quicker process, allowing the weapon to snap back to its full length with a moment’s notice.

This lightsaber is equipped with a specialized emitter that renders the blade silent during normal operation, but still makes noise when it comes in contact with another blade, energy, or solid matter.
