The HK-model Gladiator Droid, also known as the HK Assassin Unit, is a highly advanced combat and protocol droid designed for subterfuge, infiltration, and combat. It has advanced protocols and redundancies that allow it to continue to fight until the very end and serve as an excellent infiltration droid.
Mother has been painstakingly cared for, and even upon close examination it appears as though HK-model Gladiator Droid was freshly off the manufacturing line. Absent of any scratches, dents or even the slightest imperfections, the only thing missing is the new droid smell.
Mother was reprogrammed to serve as a protector and protocol droid. Its main purpose is to keep its owner out of too much trouble. Mother also had its speech and behavior routines trained with family and drama holonet shows. It doesn’t actually BELIEVE it is anyone’s parent, but now Mother actually talks and behaves in a motherly and sometimes overprotective fashion to everyone it registers as its “children and their little friends”.
