The E-21c is a light, powerful short-length blaster rifle that is very accurate at close and medium ranges, with experimental motion tracking optics and a detachable glow rod. It was designed by Synergy Technologies as an improved version of the E-11 and F-11 blaster rifles. It features stun, semi-automatic, 3 bolt burst, and full automatic firing modes. The E-21C also features an increased rate of fire, increased accuracy, and increased power compared to it's predecessors, making it versatile and effective weapon. It has been adopted by the Severian Principate as their main battle rifle.
E-21c Blaster Rifle has seen combat, and it shows, with blaster marks scarring the body on the weapon, and minor damage in the form of scratches and dents unrepaired since they had no impact on the functionality of this E-21c Blaster Rifle.
