The E-21c is a light, powerful short-length blaster rifle that is very accurate at close and medium ranges, with experimental motion tracking optics and a detachable glow rod. It was designed by Synergy Technologies as an improved version of the E-11 and F-11 blaster rifles. It features stun, semi-automatic, 3 bolt burst, and full automatic firing modes. The E-21C also features an increased rate of fire, increased accuracy, and increased power compared to it's predecessors, making it versatile and effective weapon. It has been adopted by the Severian Principate as their main battle rifle.

Waterproof + Bifurcating Cyclical-Ignition Pulse (Blaster Weapon Enhancement - III)

The chassis of this E-21c Blaster Rifle has been modified with waterproof casing, seals, and a modified emitter that emits a pulse, allowing E-21c Blaster Rifle to be submerged and operate normally in water without damage to the internal components.

Blackout (Ranged Weapon Cosmetic)

E-21c Blaster Rifle has had every external component painted black as night, with attempts to minimize the brightness of external lights and features. This allows this E-21c Blaster Rifle to more easily blend into the shadows and darkness unseen.

Ion Fire Mode (Blaster Weapon Upgrade - I)

E-21c Blaster Rifle has been modified to fire a pure ion bolt, allowing this E-21c Blaster Rifle to fire bolts that are ineffective against organics and non-technological objects but devastating to droids or electrical equipment.

J19 Electroscope (Blaster Weapon Targeting Enhancement - III)

The top of this E-21c Blaster Rifle has been fitted with a J19 electroscope, allowing E-21c Blaster Rifle up to 8x zoom with four adjustment levels of magnification and low-light capabilities.
