Prototype: BD-unit "Survivor Edition" Backpack Droid

The BD-unit "Survivor Edition" Backpack Droid is a modified version of the BD-unit Backpack Droid. It has been fitted with additional tools and resources such as a macrobinocular "BD Vision" mode that allows a person to look through their photoreceptors and highlight targets and destinations, a stim dispenser, a thruster for hovering and quick bursts, a droid hacking matrix, and more powerful computer access and slicing link.

Mint Condition (Droid Cosmetic)

BD-unit "Survivor Edition" Backpack Droid has been painstakingly cared for, and even upon close examination it appears as though BD-unit "Survivor Edition" Backpack Droid was freshly off the manufacturing line. Absent of any scratches, dents or even the slightest imperfections, the only thing missing is the new droid smell.

Radiation Protection (Advanced) (Droid Structural Upgrade - III)

BD-unit "Survivor Edition" Backpack Droid has been fitted with advanced radiation redundancies and seals, preventing any serious damage when exposed but requiring the droid to operate at a reduced capacity or risk permanent damage.

Memory Wipe Prevention Protocols (Droid Enhancement Upgrade - III)

This BD-unit "Survivor Edition" Backpack Droid has been fitted with a protocol to fight against memory wipes imposed on it by other droids or technology, replicating the wiping computer's numeric matrices to slice into its system and short-circuit that computer or droid instead.

The Caretaker (Droid Personality)

BD-unit "Survivor Edition" Backpack Droid has developed a personality around the concept of a caretaker. It has assumed the needs of its owner to be its prime directive, even such tasks that have not been requested of it. This results in BD-unit "Survivor Edition" Backpack Droid often flitting about in an attempt to meet any possible task before it is necessary, including menial tasks.
