A Holographic Projector Doubler Suit, commonly referred to as simply doubler suit, was hardware capable projecting a duplicate image of the wearer via a holovid recorder and projector to copy the user's image and beam a doppelganger somewhere else in the hopes of drawing enemy fire. It had a very limited line of sight range of 10 meters.
Holographic Projector Doubler Suit has been designed with a snow enviornment camouflage. Each component of the armor has been applied with a mingled pattern of white, grey, and slightly blue tones to better blend with a snowy environment.
Holographic Projector Doubler Suit provides moderate protection. It can withstand cuts and blows but will buckle against the heavy blunt force of 2-3 direct strikes from bladed weapons. Glancing hits from blasters and slugthrowers are mitigated.
