The TIE Avenger is a 13.41-meter long starfighter developed by Sienar Fleet Systems as an experimental successor to the TIE Advanced x1. Equipped with a hyperdrive and life support, it features inward-angled wings similar to the TIE Interceptor, along with twin rear-mounted engines. The Avenger carries an advanced targeting computer and is heavily armed, including a retractable heavy laser cannon beneath the cockpit.
