Multispectrum Disguise Projector

The Multispectrum Disguise Projector is a portable high-definition holoprojector that will make the user appear as their surroundings, essentially rendering them invisible. However, if the user moves too quickly, it will cause the image being projected to blur and become distorted. Alternatively, it could store one high-resolution scan and be projected over the wearer as a disguise. It has a limited duration before needing to recharge.
