The Force Shield Helmet was a piece of technology designed to protect the wearer's mind from the effects of the Force. This device was effective at defending the wearer from telepathic intrusion and suggestion from average level Force users, but faltered against those that were well trained. The defense capabilities were so potent that Force-sensitive individuals would become disoriented when wearing this item.
