Pteryx Autonomous Jetpack

The Pteryx Autonomous Jetpack is an advanced and extremely nimble jetpack. It features a quick-detachment system, allowing it to be quickly removed or installed. Articulating thruster arms deploy when at lower speeds to increase the maneuverability of the user. At high speeds, the arms retract for decreased drag. This jetpack is also equipped with advanced automation, allowing it to be beckoned by the user from distances up to 10km. It can lift a user up to 1200 meters in height and cover extraordinary distances. It also features an "on-station hover" mode that allows the jetpack to hover over the user at a specified height for up to 10 minutes. This jetpack is lightly armored, offering some protection from external damage that might otherwise significantly reduce its performance, though its superior design protects it from an explosion in most cases.
