The O55-C Holdout Blaster is a sub-compact holdout blaster pistol that can easily be concealed, making it popular among those seeking to appear unarmed. A dual-stage trigger allows the user to fire regular blasterbolts if the trigger is squeezed to the first stage. The second stage releases a potent charged blast that leaves the weapon unable to fire a consecutive shot for several seconds. It has high accuracy at close-range combat, but quickly loses effectiveness at medium and long distances.
Rook has had every external component painted black as night, with attempts to minimize the brightness of external lights and features. This allows this O55-C Holdout Blaster to more easily blend into the shadows and darkness unseen.
