The Dreadmist-class Battlecruiser is a 900-meter-long Cruiser constructed by the Arx Capital Exchange using the best of Brotherhood capital ship construction methods. Designed to serve deep within the vanguard of a combat engagement, it uses designs of Imperial weapons systems, New Republic armorsmithing, and Brotherhood experimental triple-layered shield systems, allowing it to withstand significant exchanges with enemy forces. Hyperdrive-capable, this vessel has great speed and average maneuverability, with heavy armor and powerful shields.

The topside of Dreadmist-class Battlecruiser's hull has been painted in a matte black and is bisected by a light gray line running down the middle of the ship. A likewise light gray border also surrounds the topside hull. The matte black area on the starboard side has additionally been painted with two stripes, one white and one red, with the Clan logo in white between them. On the inside, the walls and floors are kept in simple shades of gray, with strategically placed light sources to allow for easy maneuvering through the corridors. The only exception to this functional decor is the command bridge and the quarters reserved for the commanding officers and dignitaries, whose floors are of a polished black color.
