The Delta-7B Aethersprite-class Light Interceptor is an 8-meter long Starfighter that is designed as an interceptor and scout. It is armed with four laser cannons. Hyperdrive capable by use of its detachable Syliure hyperdrive booster ring, this vessel has exceptional maneuverability and great speed, with light armor and shielding. It can be equipped with an astromech droid for improved navigation and in-flight maintenance. Known more commonly as the "Jedi starfighter", the Delta-7B was designed specifically for use by the Jedi Order during the waning days of the Republic as was used throughout the Clone Wars.
